Abstract

Introduction: The study of women has been widely carried out in various disciplines from a biological, historical, and cultural perspective. This study of women began to emerge after the awareness of society, especially women, about their different views, status and roles compared to men. The fact that there are differences between women and men from various aspects has prompted activists to fight for change and efforts to eliminate the views that cause these differences, so that the differences between women and men are only due to biological differences.Purposes of the Research: The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the view of women's rights in a small society and the emergence of gender inequality which can be one of the triggers for domestic violence (KDRT) in women.Methods: Community service activities carried out in the Solagratia Youth Force are a community service activity carried out in several stages, namely Identifying problems faced by cadres of AM GPM Subdistrict Solagratia, providing education about women's rights and gender equality for AM GPM Ranting Solagratia cadres . From the stages carried out, the method used in community service activities at AM GPM Ranting Solagratia is an educational method through legal counseling on women's rights and gender equality for AM GPM Ranting Solagratia cadres.Results / Findings / Novelty of the Research: After conducting  identification based on data obtained from coordination with the executives of the Solagratia Subdistrict AM GPM, a community service activity was planned for January 30, 2021. After conducting educational activities on women's rights and gender equality through counseling given to all cadres of the Solagratia GPM Youth Force There are several facts that are quite surprising, including a lack of knowledge about the right to get the highest education without exception, so that it creates the mindset of both parents and members themselves who think it is important that women have graduated from high school in order to help the family economy by working and ignore the desire to continue education to a higher stage. Second, female cadre members often experience domestic violence as a result of marriage at a young age.

Abstract

Introduction: In the frequently modern era, many phenomena happen in civilization. Children as the nation's successors need to be protected from the negative impacts of rapid development, the flow of globalization in the field of communication and information, the advancement of science and technology. The negative impact of the development of this era creates problems involving children, both children as victims, perpetrators, and witnesses who are dealing with the law itself.Purposes of Devotion: The purpose of this article is to provide a brief overview of the law on child protection. The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia guarantees the welfare of every citizen, including the protection of children's rights which are human rights. Method of Devotion: This Community Service activity was carried out at the Ittaqollah Child Welfare Institution (LKSA) Ambon City. In this activity, several stages were carried out including observing the average age and needs of the Ittaqollah Children's Social Welfare Institution (LKSA) of Ambon City, and providing legal counseling on child protection. This service activity is carried out using the lecture and question and answer method which is packaged more attractively.Results of the Devotion: After carrying out this service activity, it was found that students at the Ittaqollah Child Welfare Institution (LKSA) had minimal knowledge of child protection laws. LKSA Ittaqolah students only know about the age limit of children, but they do not understand their rights as children who have been protected by the state. Moreover, they do not understand that children are very vulnerable to become victims of violations of their rights by adults. In addition, they also still do not understand that nowadays children are not only victims, but children can also commit crimes so that children can face the law.

Abstract

Introduction: Violence that occurs against women today is an individual problem or a national problem, but it is a global and even transnational problem. This is because violence against women is related to human rights issues. Violence against women does not only accur in Indonesia. Almost in every country women face various types of violence. One of the most prominent countries with violence against women is India.Purposes of the Research: The purpose of this article is to find out about the comparison of sexual violence against women in Indonesia and India.Methods of the Research: The research method used is normative juridical research that uses legal sources of material obtained through literature studies and statutory regulations.Results of the Research: Sexual violence against women is not only a problem in Indonesia, but also a problem in various parts of the world. Cases of sexual violence against women that accur in Indonesia-India continue to increase. Therefore, cases of violence against women in Indonesia must be handled properly. One of them must have legal regulation as a basis for preventing sexual violence against women. In India it self already has regulations on sexual violence against women but the handling is not running effectively due to caste factors, economic factors.

Abstract

Kenakalan remaja kebanyakan dilakukan oleh mereka yang gagal dalam mengembangkan emosi jiwanya, mereka tidak bisa menahan diri terhadap hal baru yang masuk ke dalam dirinya, yang menimbulkan sikap yang tidak seharusnya dilakukan. Kenakalan remaja adalah wujud dari konflik yang tidak terselesaikan dengan baik pada masa kanak-kanak maupun pada saat remaja. Hal tersebut adalah merupakan suatu masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat yang kini semakin marak, Oleh karena itu masalah kenakalan remaja seyogyanya mendapatkan perhatian yang serius dan terfokus untuk mengarahkan remaja ke arah yang lebih positif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu sosialisasi dampak kenakalan remaja bagi anak di SMA Negeri 10 Ambon. Kami berharap kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang positif daalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja bagi anak.

Abstract

Kekerasan yang dilakukan terhadap seseorang dapat didasarkan atas latar belakang sosial atau identitas sosial yang melekat pada diri seseorang. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya perasaan unggul atau lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan korban yang dianggap lebih lemah dan tidak berdaya, kemudian menjurus pada tindakan yang ingin menguasai dan apabila tidak mendapat persetujuan dari korban maka muncul tindakan kekerasan tadi. Identitas sosial dalam konteks ini adalah gender yang melekat pada diri seseorang. Gender berbeda dengan jenis kelamin, walaupun keduanya melekat pada diri seseorang namun memiliki konsep yang berbeda. Kegiatan edukasi hukum dan pencegahan kekerasan gender di media sosial dilaksanakan melalui sebuah sosialisasi hukum yang bertempat di negeri Porto Kecamatan Saparua Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dengan sasaran edukasi hukum meliputi anak, remaja, serta pemuda-pemudi negeri tersebut.

Abstract

Masalah korupsi atau biasa dikenal dengan tipikor, merupakan sebuah kejahatan atau sebuah tindak pidana melawan dan juga melanggar hukum yang sifatnya untuk memperkaya diri sendiri ataupun orang lain ataupun koorporasi yang mana tindakan tersebut dapat merugikan keuangan dari suatu negara ataupun juga perekonomian di suatu negara. Hal tersebut adalah merupakan suatu masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat yang kini semakin marak, Oleh karena itu masalah korupsi seyogyanya mendapatkan perhatian yang serius dan terfokus untuk mengarahkan masyarakat ke arah yang lebih positif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu sosialisasi pengenalan anti korupsi kepada masyarakat dalam pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi. Kami berharap kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang positif daalam menanggulangi tindak pidana korupdi di desa uweth.

Abstract

Penyebaran berita bohong atau Hoax saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang sangat cepat. Fenomena hoax terjadi di era teknologi saat ini, dimana masyarakat memiliki kemudahan dalam mengakses berbagai macam jenis informasi di berbagai media. Perkembangan teknologi semakin canggih setiap tahunnya yang menyebabkan banyak hal positif maupun negatif sebagai efek perkembangan itu sendiri. Berbagai macam jenis informasi yang di akses justru menjadikan masyarakat mudah tertipu. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu penyuluhan hukum kepada remaja GPM Eden tentang penyebaran hoax melalui media sosial. Kami berharap kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang positif bagi masyarakat khususnya remaja GPM Eden dalam menyikapi informasi-informasi yang disampaikan melalui media sosial.

Abstract

Anak merupakan potensi dan aset dalam suatu keluarga. Keluarga merupakan pondasi pertama yang memegang peranan penting terhadap terbentuknya pribadi seseorang. Apabila pendidikan karakter tidak diberikan oleh orang tua kepada anaknya, bisa berdampak buruk bagi kehidupan dan masa depan anak itu sendiri, selain itu mereka dapat terjerumus dalam perilaku negatif, salah satunya penyalahgunaan narkoba. Narkoba kini semakin tren di kalangan anak-anak dan remaja serta generasi muda Indonesia. Sebab, angka penyalahgunaan narkoba ini grafiknya semakin naik dan telah pula merambah ke semua lingkungan. Oleh karenanya anak-anak merupakan kunci keberhasilan untuk perang melawan narkoba. Peran bagi anak-anak harus digerakkan secara maksimal dalam menanggulangi peredaran narkoba di negeri ini demi mewujudkan Indonesia bersinar bebas narkoba. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu penyuluhan hukum kepada anak-anak sekolah minggu tentang Pendidikan karakter dan pengenalan kejahatan narkotika. Kami berharap kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang positif bagi masyarakat khususnya bagi anak-anak sekolah minggu dalam menyikapi informasi tentang kejahatan narkotika

Abstract

This research discusses the role of the traffic police in increasing legal awareness of the use of helmets for two-wheeled motorbike drivers. Purposes of the research: to analyze and understand the application of sanctions against drivers who violate them, as well as explain the efforts made by the police to increase legal awareness. Methods of the Research: This research uses empirical juridical research methods with legal material processing techniques and then data examination is carried out in the form of data classification. Results of the Research: The results of the research show that the level of legal awareness of the use of helmets among the people of Ambon City is still very minimal or low, so it requires cooperation between law enforcement officials and the community so that the level of awareness increases and a conducive atmosphere is created.

Abstract

The rapid development of society and the development of technological advancements with the use of the internet in addition to having a positive impact can also have an impact with increasing crime that appears With a variety of modus operandi based on technological tools that if not accompanied by the development of knowledge in society about the law will cause a person to become a criminal or being a victim of a criminal offense is not uncommon for children to be targeted as victims. One form of crime that occurs in society is the crime of sexual abuse of children through the internet so that the development of the rule of law is also demanded to be able to overcome the development of this problem. This study aims to assess and analyze whether child grooming can qualify as a form of sexual abuse against children. The method used in this study is normative juridical. The results obtained show that child grooming in Hago games through online media is done with the victim mode being asked to send photos or videos without using clothes or naked by the groomer. Groomer builds closeness with the initial mode of asking for the victim's wa number and establishing closeness, giving rise to sympathy and empathy so that closeness is established between the victim and the perpetrator.
