Abstract

Modern retail business competition is increasingly fierce today, making business competitors continue to improve services and development in order to compete in the current era, one of which is PT. XYZ, which is engaged in supermarket retailing, continues to develop its chain of stores in several regions in Indonesia and improve the quality of its leaders. This study discusses and analyzes the leadership and culture of emotional intelligence that is by training. The study was taken from several employees of PT. XYZ during August, September and October. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, from a population of 161 PT. XYZ meets the criteria for being a sample. The analytical method used in this study is Structural Equitional Modeling with Lisrel. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on training. The effect of training on emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on emotional intelligence. The influence of organizational culture on emotional intelligence also has a positive and significant effect on emotional intelligence. Organizational culture is the most influential variable on emotional intelligence.

Abstract

Optimal employee performance is influenced by factors such as hard-skills and soft-skills. The aim of this research is to identify influence of hard-skill and soft-skills contribute achieving the performance of the Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) infrastructure project. The research method using a survey and the number of saturated samples is 57 employees of the Jakarta MRT infrastructure project (from 6 companies consortium). Technique of data analysis is using correlation, simple & multi regression with the SPSS program. The results of this study are following; 1) hard-skills partially influence significantly on the performance of the MRT infrastructure project employees, although only contributed 10% in the achievement of employee performance; 2) the mathematical model Y = 2,284 + 0364 X1 can be used to predict the performance achievement of employees infrastructure projects; 3) soft-skills in partial or simultaneal with hard-skill does not give a real influence on the achievement of employee performance of infrastructure project; 4) for more types of work relying on technic-skills related to high accuracy, the performance of its employees is more influenced by hard-skills; 5) The need to include a soft-skill that is in accordance with the hard-skills learned in the process of learning as a hidden curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation, information technology on innovation, entrepreneurial orientation on business performance, information technology on business performance, innovation on business performance, innovation mediates the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance and innovation mediates the effect of information technology on business performance of business shop owners in Glodok Market. The data used are primary data derived from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study were all business shop owners in Glodok Market is 758 with a probability sampling technique of 176 stores as respondents. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using the Lisrel 8.80 program. The results showed that there was no effect of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation, there was a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation on business performance, there was a positive and significant influence on information technology on innovation, there was a positive and significant effect on information technology on business performance, there was a positive and significant effect on innovation on business performance, innovation cannot mediate entrepreneurial orientation to business performance and innovation can mediate information technology on business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze career development as mediator of work environment and organizational commitment on salesforce performance at PT. Astra International Tbk - Daihatsu Sales Operation Wil. DKI 2. This study uses a quantitative approach with structural equation model or SEM through software named PLS (Partial Least Square) method with the smartPLS program. The population of the study is numbered 344 and sampling using non-probability (purposive sampling) in which employee criteria as Salesforce at PT. Astra International Tbk - Daihatsu Sales Operation Wil. DKI 2 (consists of 20 branches), therefore sample obtained is numbered 185 respondents. The model theory used is showing fit to empirical data. The results of study showed that: (1) work environment has no significant effect on salesforce performance, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant on salesforce performance, (3) work environment has a positive and significant on development career, (4) organizational commitment has a positive and significant on development career, (5) career development has a positive and significant on salesforce performance, (6) work environment has a positive and significant on salesforce performance with development career as full mediator, (7) and organizational commitment has a positive and significant on salesforce performance with career development as partial mediator.

Abstract

Kementrian Koperasi UKM (2023), mengemukakan bahwa kontribusi usaha bidang penyediaan akomodasi dan makanan minuman Rp116.267.405 Juta atau 4,67% dari PDB DKI Jakarta Th 2020s, laju petumbuhan kontribusi tahun 2020 sebesar -16,21% artinya sangat memprihatinkan sehingga perlu ditingkatkan kemamapuan bisnis UMKM. Tujuan PKM adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk mewujudkan penguatan ekonomi hijau berbasis karakter kewirausahaan UMKM mendukung program Pemerintah mengembangkan green economy. Metode PKM: pelatihan konsep-konsep penting untuk dimengerti dan dikuasai oleh peserta PKM yaitu pengetahuan ekonomi hijau dan karakter kewirausaha UMKM. Selain itu melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi sejauhmana perkembangan ekonomi hijau dan karakter kewirausahaan mendukung keberlangsungan bisansi peserta PKM secara berkelanjutan. Khalayak sasaran: Pelaku UMKM, Calon pelaku UMKM, Tokoh Masyarakat UMKM. Temuan dilapangan: suruh peserta pelatihan menganggap ekonomi hijau penting dengan nilai 4.327 dan karakter kewirausahaan penting dengan nilai 4.157. Seluruh instrumen: ekonomi hiujau 6 instrumen dan karakter kewirausahaan 5 instrumnen semua dinilai diatas 4 yang artinya penting dalam skala 5. Kontribusi PKM: pelaku UMKM memiliki kemampuan mewujudkan ekonomi hijau berbasis karakter kewirausahaan dalam menjalankan bisnis UMKM secara efektif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan yang diharapkan pada akhirnya meningkatkan pertumbuhan kontribusi UMK terhadap PDB Pemerintah.

Abstract

Abstract, the current composition of employees in the workplace by generation is dominated by Generation Y or Millennial Generation, and will continue to grow and even generation Z will emerge as the next generation that will enter the working age. Companies are required to adapt to all matters relating to this generation to maintain continuity and to improve performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, generation Y characteristics and job satisfaction as a mediator on the performance of Generation Y employees at the Jakarta Regional Office Employment BPJS. The focus of the study is generation Y which is the largest population of employees. This type of research is quantitative research with the sampling method used is simple random sampling. The population is all employees of Generation Y BPJS at the Regional Office of DKI Jakarta and by using the Slovin formula a sample of 237 people is obtained. The analytical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The conclusion of the study shows that the characteristics of generation Y, job satisfaction, and organizational culture and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. Partially Y generation characteristics and organizational culture influence employee performance by moderating job satisfaction variables. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that BPJS Manpower management pay attention to the Y behavior characteristics of the workplace so that they are comfortable and productive, maintain a work culture focused on results, eliminate communication boundaries between generations, increase innovation participation for employees. Of the four variables, the employee performance variable has the highest average value among other variables, while the strong performance indicators are service level agreement and accuracy. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of sustainable employees with work motivation as a mediating variable in the Village Office in Kembangan District. The research method used a quantitative approach with questionnaires to 60 employees, analyzed through SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study show that organizational culture and work discipline have a significant positive effect on work motivation and sustainable employee performance. Work motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance and acts as a partial mediator in the organization's cultural relationship to sustainable employee performance. These findings affirm the importance of strengthening organizational culture, work discipline, and motivation in improving the quality of performance of government apparatus in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of work ethic, work discipline and leadership style on the performance of the employees of the Production Department of PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. The population of this research is production employees of PT. Adil Makmur Fajar with a total sample of 39 people. Methods of data analysis using SPSS 25. Work ethic has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Production Department of PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. Work discipline cannot be analyzed further because it does not pass the heteroscedasticity test. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Production Department of PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. Work ethic and leadership style together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Production Department of PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. The contribution of this research is to become input for PT Adil Makmur Fajar to determine policies and focus more on maintaining and improving the work ethic, work discipline and leadership style of the Production Department employees.
