Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of product quality, ease of transaction, and product price on repurchase intention with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The total population in this study was 764 people with a specified sample of 100 people, because not all of them used the online marketplace using the Convience Sampling technique. The analytical method used is path analysis of hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t test), Sobel test with data processing using SPSS 25. While the type of research used in this study is associative with a quantitative approach, the data collection technique used is primary data, namely data collection techniques through questionnaires addressed to respondents, namely University of Harapan Medan students located on Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 35, J A T I, Kec. Medan City. The results show that product quality has a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Ease of Transaction has a positive and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Product price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Ease of Transactions has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention. Product price has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Customer satisfaction is not able to mediate product quality on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the ease of transactions on the intention to repurchase. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate product price on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This community service aims to develop the academic atmosphere of women entrepreneurs to have entrepreneurial competencies in overcoming challenges and developing their enterprises to become upgraded SMEs. This service was conducted in Medan City and Deli Serdang Regency with a total of 31 women’s small enterprises. This activity was carried out using qualitative descriptive methods from 5 tools, namely documents, focus group discussions (FGDs), interviews, observations, and workshops. The results of FGDs showed that women entrepreneurs needed to collaborate with universities to make affordable and quality products. The results of interviews and observations showed that they ran the enterprises because they wanted to get more income, dared to take calculated risks, had the competence, were able to take advantage of opportunities, and were able to face changes in society. These women entrepreneurs were also given training in the form of workshops to develop the academic atmosphere and increase competence in managing entrepreneurship by creating entrepreneurial journeys, namely the understanding of being successful entrepreneurs. Therefore, they can contribute to large companies.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial value on increasing business independence through entrepreneurial behavior in MSMEs in Medan Johor sub – district. The population in this study wa 583 business actors, and the sampel was 237 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple regression and path analysis. This research is a type of comparative casual research with a quantitative approach. The result of this study indicate that the variables of entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial value have a significant effect on business independence. The entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial values have a significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior. The entrepreneurial behavior variable has a significant effect on business independence. The entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial values have a significant effect on business independence mediated by entrepreneurial behavior. Keywords : Entrepreneurial Spirit, Entrepreneurial Value, Entrepreneurial Behavior, Business Independence Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jiwa wirausaha dan nilai wirausaha terhadap peningkatan kemandirian usaha melalui perilaku wirausaha pada UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Johor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 583 pelaku usaha, dan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 237 responden dengan menggunakan teknin purposive sampling. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan path analysis. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kausal komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel jiwa wirausaha dan nilai wirausaha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemandirian usaha. Variabel jiwa wirausaha dan nilai wirausaha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku wirausaha. Variabel perilaku wirausaha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemandirian usaha. Variabel jiwa wirausaha dan nilai wirausaha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemandirian usaha yang dimediasi oleh perilaku wirausaha. Kata Kunci : Jiwa Wirausaha, Nilai Wirausaha, Perilaku Wirausaha, Kemandirian Usaha.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) sektor fashion yang berada di Kota Medan berkontribusi terhadap perekonomian daerah, tetapi sektor ini juga memiliki tantangan tersendiri, salah satunya menurunnya kinerja usaha yang dapat dilihat dari menurunnya jumlah pelanggan dan pertumbuhan laba yang tidak stabil. Penelitian ini ditulis untuk menganalisa pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Inovasi terhadap Kinerja Usaha Fashion di Kota Medan. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian penulis berjumlah 108 UKM sector fashion di Kota Medan khususnya di Kecamatan Medan Johor, Medan Kota dan Medan Maimun. Penelitian juga memakai pendekatan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga dapat menjadikan seluruh pupulasi sebagai sampel. Data penelitian dianlisis dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Orientasi Kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Usaha. Demikian juga dengan variabel inovasi yang ditemukan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Usaha. Pengujian simultan melihat bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan inovasi bersama-sama berkontribusi signifikan meningkatkan kinerja usaha fashion di Kota Medan..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training and compensation on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Mandala Branch, Medan City. The background of this research is based on the importance of human resources as the main asset of a company, where improving employee quality through structured training programs and appropriate compensation is expected to enhance performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the training programs provided, the higher the employees’ competence and work productivity. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.421 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.367 and a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05. Simultaneously, training and compensation significantly affect employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 28.754 > F-table of 3.23 and an R² value of 0.652, meaning that 65.2% of the variation in employee performance is explained by training and compensation, while the remaining 34.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Sharing terhadap Innovative Work Behavior dengan Psychological Empowerment sebagai variabel mediasi pada Kantor Pusat Perumda Tirtanadi Kota Medan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 139 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26 sebagai teknik analisis untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara parsial Knowledge Sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Psychological Empowerment juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Selain itu, Knowledge Sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Psychological Empowerment. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Psychological Empowerment mampu memediasi hubungan antara Knowledge Sharing dan Innovative Work Behavior.
