Abstract

The teacher still uses the conventional learning model even though the fifth grade private primary school teacher in Bayat has implemented the 2013 curriculum. The implementation of learning carried out in the classroom is still one way where the teacher is the learning center while the students only record what the teacher says. The material to be studied is the theme of Indonesia's geographic characteristics because this theme is taught in fifth grade. Mind mapping learning model is a learning model used by students to be able to be creative in producing ideas or thoughts and noting what must be learned. This study used a classroom action research model of Kemmis & McTaggart. This study uses two cycles. Data analysis obtained from evaluation, interview, and observation. The use of the mind map learning model is proven to improve learning outcomes in the theme of Indonesia's geographic characteristics in grade V students in private elementary schools. The private primary school chosen is SD Kanisius Bayat. The learning outcomes obtained in the first cycle were the average value increased to 73.8 and were included in the criteria for 68.2%. The learning outcomes obtained in the second cycle increased again to 82.3 in the high criteria with a percentage of 100%. Improved material learning outcomes in Indonesia's geographic characteristics because teachers use the mind mapping model.

Abstract

This research is based on the background that online learning is not working effectively because there are some parents who do not have cellphones. Internet signal is also a problem when used in suburban primary schools. The primary school chosen is Public elementary school of Jimbung. The aim is to find out parents' perceptions of online learning. The method of research uses descriptive quantitative survey research. The research subjects used were the parents of fourth grade students because pre-research activities were related to these subjects. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using the Statistical Packages For Social Science (SPSS) program version 20. The result of his research is that parents' perceptions of online learning are determined by attention, experience, barriers, and knowledge. Factors in the category are quite good in terms of factors, namely attention, experience and obstacles. Factors in the good category obtained knowledge factors. The knowledge factor of parents is very supportive of the implementation of online learning. The factors of attention, experience and barriers experienced by parents indicate difficulties in implementing online learning.

Abstract

Children's attitudes and parental guidance in dealing with online learning during this pandemic will determine the success of learning activities in elementary schools. This type of research is a qualitative research. This research is a qualitative research. The approach used leads to the phenomenon of online learning activities. Three students and 3 parents of class III SDN 3 Ketandan Klaten were used as research subjects. Observations were made to determine the process of online learning activities. Interviews were conducted to determine parental guidance and attitudes of elementary school children who undergo online learning activities. Documentation was conducted to determine the learning outcomes experienced by elementary school children. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of the study were written related to the events experienced by parents and students. Learning activities for elementary school children who receive parental guidance during the Covid-19 pandemic are influenced by several things. Things that affect the effectiveness of the learning mentioned above include the ability of parents in information technology, cellphones and whatsapp used in learning, the quality of internet signals provided by telecommunication services, the ability of children to understand learning materials and the involvement of parents accompanying children.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to assess the importance of the links between work strain faced by high school educators with resilience (devotion, command, and obstacles), work demands (physical demands and negative demands), and demographic characteristics (gender, years of experience, age, and job position). The research sample consisted of 217 teachers who were chosen randomly using the non-probability sampling technique of accidental sampling. Multiple regression analysis was utilized to examine the research hypothesis, while CFA (confirmatory factor analysis) was used to determine the consistency of the measuring tool. The results revealed that resilience, work demands, and demographic characteristics had a significant effect on teacher job strain. Based on the results of the minor hypothesis test, difficulties and attention had a significant impact on work strain. Work command, work demands (both physical and mental), gender, years of experience, age, and job position had no noticeable effect on work strain. The findings also indicated that only 21.6% of the variation in job strain was accounted for by all independent variables, while the remaining 78.4% was influenced by factors not addressed in this research.

Abstract

Penurunan jumlah siswa yang mendaftar Program Studi PGSD Unwidha Klaten adalah latar belakang penelitian ini. Informasi mahasiswa terhadap kegiatan perkuliahan PGSD FKIP Universitas Widya Dharma Klaten adalah fokus dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Pengeditan, penjelasan informasi, tabel, dan persentase penjelasan adalah beberapa cara yang digunakan dalam mengolah data penelitian. Mahasiswa PGSD Unwidha Klaten kelas 2017 memiliki informasi keluarga seperti harus berjuang untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih lanjut tentang ijazah sarjana, pegawai negeri, guru swasta, mencintai saudara mereka, memberi contoh, dan memberi contoh yang baik dalam keluarga. Mayoritas siswa kelas PGSD Unwidha Klaten 2017 memiliki informasi kesehatan seperti dapat mempertahankan berat badan, tinggi badan, kesehatan mata, kesehatan pendengaran, tidak boleh arogan karena mereka tidak memiliki penyakit berulang dan masalah kecelakaan. Mayoritas mahasiswa kelas PGSD Unwidha Klaten 2017 memiliki informasi pendidikan seperti lulusan sekolah dasar, sekolah menengah pertama, dan sekolah menengah atas / kejuruan pada tahun 2011, 2014, dan 2017 yang masih menerapkan kurikulum dari pemerintah.

Abstract

Homework is a task that must be done by elementary school students. These learning activities have long been carried out by elementary school students even before the 2000s or what is known as the millennial era. However, homework activities had several obstacles when the pandemic began to strike. The purpose of this research is to look for a literature review regarding homework and things that support the implementation of homework activities. This article is written using the library research method. The library materials are searched using Google Scholar. The data collected relates to homework done by elementary school students. Data analysis uses a model from Huberman which includes the stages of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results obtained are how to find a literature review using Google Scholar. The search words used are home work and elementary school. There are 3 things that can be done to support homework activities in elementary schools, namely the assignment method, parental guidance, and creative thinking. The assignment method can be done by the teacher to train student learning at home. Parental guidance can be done to bring feelings and kindness closer to the family. How to think creatively can be done by a student or elementary school child with the direction of a teacher as a giver of knowledge.

Abstract

Masa pandemi Covid-19 belum berakhir. Berbagai kebijakan telah dipersiapkan pemerintah. Program indonesia pintar, program guru penggerak, dan asesmen kompetensi minimal adalah beberapa kebijakan yang dipersiapkan pemerintah. Guru yang mengajar di wilayah pelosok dikenakan biaya sewa rumah dinas dan akan menjadi masalah bagi guru tersebut. Guru yang bekerja di daerah pedesaan telah merangkap posisi sebagai guru pengajar dan kepala sekolah. Guru yang sudah melanggar protokol kesehatan Covid-19 telah dipanggil dan diberi sanksi oleh pemerintah daerah. Tuntutan perkembangan teknologi harus dihadapi guru supaya guru dapat mengajar dengan menggunakan teknologi yang lebih canggih. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan cara mencari berbagai bahan pustaka. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengumpulkan berbagai artikel penelitian. Analisis data yang telah dilakukan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Ada 4 bidang yang harus dihadapi guru dengan bijak pada masa pandemi ini. Ada 4 hal yang menjadi titik fokus dalam kajian bidang pendidikan. Pemerataan pendidikan harus dilakukan guru. Mutu pendidikan harus ditingkatkan guru. Relevansi pendidikan harus diperbaiki guru. Pendidikan harus dikelola guru dengan baik. Persoalan bidang ekonomi setelah diberlakukannya PSBB adalah persoalan pendapatan keuangan guru. Bantuan yang diberikan untuk guru dalam membantu ekonominya adalah tunjangan profesi guru. Masalah kesehatan yang dialami guru yang berkaitan dengan pandemi ini harus segera diselesaikan karena guru adalah pilar utama bagi bangsa. Vaksinansi Covid-19 bagi guru adalah salah satu upaya yang diberikan untuk menangani kesehatan guru. Penguasaan teknologi yang dimiliki guru adalah sebuah kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Aplikasi pembelajaran whatsapp dan zoom sudah digunakan guru di dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan tinjauan literatur tentang penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam konteks pendidikan. Model ini menawarkan pendekatan yang aktif, berpusat pada siswa, dan berfokus pada pembelajaran melalui pengalaman praktis dan proyek-proyek nyata. Dalam artikel ini, kami menjelaskan konsep dasar dari model pembelajaran berbasis proyek, mengidentifikasi manfaat utama yang diperoleh oleh siswa dalam bentuk pengembangan keterampilan praktis, pemahaman konsep yang mendalam, dan motivasi belajar yang tinggi. Namun, penerapan model ini juga menimbulkan berbagai tantangan, termasuk persiapan materi dan kurikulum yang relevan, manajemen waktu yang efisien, serta penilaian yang komprehensif. Tantangan-tantangan ini dapat diatasi melalui perencanaan yang cermat, pelatihan pendidik, dan strategi penilaian yang jelas. Dalam kesimpulan, penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek memiliki potensi besar untuk memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk tantangan dunia nyata. Dengan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konsep dasar, manfaat, dan strategi mengatasi tantangan, pendidik dapat merancang pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan relevan bagi siswa mereka. Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek adalah alat yang kuat untuk membantu siswa mencapai potensi penuh mereka dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

Cultural diversity within multinational management is a pivotal area of study with profound implications for organizational effectiveness, innovation, and performance. This open-access article presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis conducted to synthesize and evaluate the current state of knowledge in this field. Utilizing systematic literature review and bibliometric techniques, we identify and analyze 910 scholarly articles spanning from 1965 to 2024, with a total of 232,210 citations. The analysis reveals enduring scholarly interest, as evidenced by an average citation rate of 3,935.76 cites per year. Top cited research articles highlight seminal contributions that have significantly shaped our understanding of cultural diversity in multinational contexts. Network and overlay visualizations unveil evolving research trends, identifying clusters of interest and emerging areas for future investigation. The findings not only provide a comprehensive overview of existing literature but also offer insights into promising avenues for further research, ultimately contributing to improved organizational performance and intercultural collaboration in the global marketplace.
