Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberlanjutan bisnis agrowisata perlu dipertahankan dengan menciptakan strategi pengembangan guna mengatasi ketidakpastian jumlah pengunjung. Strategi yang disusun diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan ke Agrowisata Jollong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merumuskan strategi alternatif yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan Agrowisata Jollong. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Desember 2019 – Januari 2020 di Agrowisata Jollong dengan metode survei. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive dengan alasan bahwa Agrowisata Jollong menjadi salah satu objek wisata populer di Kabupaten Pati yang menawarkan konsep wisata alam dan edukasi.  Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 20 pengunjung Agrowisata Jollong, 3 orang perwakilan dari pengelola Agrowisata Jollong, 1 orang perwakilan dari Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Pati, 1 orang perwakilan dari PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IX dan Kepala Desa Sitiluhur, dipilih secara sengaja/purposive berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa responden sampel penelitian berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan agrowisata dan paham dengan isi kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threat). Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa posisi Agrowisata Jollong berada pada kuadran I artinya memiliki posisi internal dan eksternal yang kuat sehingga perlu dipertahankan. Pemilihan alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan yaitu strategi S-O (Strength-Opportunities) dengan  menonjolkan konsep back to nature sebagai daya tarik wisatawan dan memanfaatkan dukungan pemerintah dalam membuat jalur penghubung antara lahan Kebun Jollong ke Kebun Jurang guna memudahkan akses kunjungan wisatawan ke Agrowisata Jollong. Kata kunci: agrowisata, Jollong, strategi pengembangan, SWOT ABSTRACT The sustainability of the agro-tourism business needs to be maintained by creating a development strategy to overcome the uncertainty of the number of visitors. The strategy are formulated be expected to increase the number of visits to Jollong Agrotourism. The purpose of the research to make alternative strategies that can be applied in Jollong Agro-Tourism. The study was conducted in December 2019 - January 2020 in Jollong Agro Tourism, using survey method. The location of study was determined purposively based on Jollong Agro-tourism is one of the populer tourist object in Pati Regency that provided of nature and education learning concept. The sample used in the study were 20 visitors to Jollong Agro-Tourism, 3 representatives from management of Jollong Agro Tourism, 1 representative from Pati District Tourism Office, 1 representative from PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IX and Head of Sitiluhur Village, were chosen purposively based on the consideration that the research sample respondents affected the development of agrotourism and understood contents of questionnaire. Analytical method used is SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat). SWOT analysis results show that Jollong Agro Tourism position is in quadrant I which means it has a strong internal and external position so it needs to be maintained. Selection of alternative strategies that can be applied is S-O (Strength-Opportunities) strategy by highlighting concept of back to nature as a tourist attraction and utilizing government support in making connecting path between the Kebun Jollong to Kebun Jurang fields to access Jollong Agrotourism easier. Keywords: agrotourism, Jollong, SWOT, the development strategy

Abstract

Analyze the income of a chicken slaughterhouse (RPA) in Rembang Regency. Chicken meat contains animal protein ranging from 16% to 22%, so it continues to be developed to meet the nutritional needs of the community. This study aims to analyze the income of a chicken slaughterhouse (RPA) in Rembang Regency. The method used in this research is census research conducted in the Rembnag Regency. This research was conducted on 4 chicken slaughterhouse businesses located in Rembang Regency selected by the saturated sampling method (census). The locations chosen were several villages in Rembang Regency, including Pandangan Kulon Village, Sluke Village, Kedungsapen Village, and Demang Waru Village with the consideration that the area was a place of business for Chicken Slaughterhouses (RPA) in Rembang Regency. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis to describe the state of the object of research, quantitative analysis to calculate the income of the chicken slaughterhouse business, and one sample t-test to compare the income of the RPA with the UMK in Rembang Regency. The results of the analysis of income calculations show that the chicken slaughterhouse business (RPA) in Rembang Regency earns a net income of Rp. 745.234.793 (seven hundred fortyfive million, two hundred and thirty-four thousand, seven hundred and ninety-three rupiah)/month. The results of the analysis of the one sample t-test of the chicken slaughterhouse business (RPA), which resulted in a significance value (0.002) smaller than the significance level (0.05), then the income obtained by the RPA business was higher than the UMK in Rembang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utilization of delayed logging credit, analyze the R/C ratio, farmer income and net income for farmers who receive and do not receive credit support for fattening beef cattle. The study was conducted in December 2018 - January 2019 in Polosiri Village, Bawen District and Kawengen Village, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. Research method is sencus with 31 respondents who received credit support and 37 respondents did not receive credit support. Data were analysed by credit utilization analyze for liverstock and non livestock businesses, R/C ratio, farmer income and net income. Test of different uses of credit received by farmers for liverstock and non for liverstock was carried out using a Paired Sample t-Test and different test R/C ratio, net income and farmers income are carried out using the Independent Sample t-Test. The results showed that the utilization of credit for livestock businesses (52.52%) and non livestock (47.48%), R/C ratio of farmer credit support (1.16) and not credit support (1.13), farmers income of credit support (IDR 585,698/tail of cattle/month) and not credit support (IDR 460,898/tail of cattle/month) there was no significant difference. Net income of farmer credit support (IDR 544,798/tail of cattle/month) and not credit support (IDR 341,727/tail of cattle/month) there are significant differences.

Abstract

Public awareness of health is currently rising. Now consumers tends to consider the health benefits such as tempe hygiene. Tempe hygiene processed with hygienic using Varieties Grobogan non-GMO, therefore it has good quality and higher price. This study aims to describe the characterictics of consumers, analyze the average value of the maximum that consumers are willingness to pay and determine the factors that influence consumers’ willingness to pay. This study was conducted at 5 Tempe Hygiene market place in Grobogan with a hundred respondents selected using a quota sampling method. Data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis to describe consumer characteristics, CVM (contingent valuation methode) analysis to calculate the average value of maximum WTP and logistic regression analysis to analyze the factor that affects the value of WTP. The result showed that as many as 82% of respondents were willing to pay more for tempe hygiene. The value of WTP is Rp 6,432.00 per pack (350 gram). Factors that significantly affect consumers’ WTP values were age, income and product quality. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that the consumers were willing to pay more for tempe hygiene products with the difference between the average price and the real price of 7,19%.

Abstract

The economic conditions of rice, whether aspect of supply, demand, or rice price is continue to fluctuate due to changes of the phenomena. Therefore, this commodity needs to be examined in regarding its supply, demand and price aspects. This study aims to analyze the supply and price stability of rice. The study used a secondary data method. The study was conducted in Tawangsari and Mojolaban Districts of Sukoharjo Regency. Data were analyzed by Co variance analysis. The study results showed that supply and rice consumption were surplus and stable. The stability of prices and supply for paddy and rice is occurred in Tawangsari and Mojolaban Districts and Sukoharjo regency as well.

Abstract

Rice is a staple food in Indonesia. Badan Urusan Logistik (BULOG) has the job of Public Service Obligation (PSO) to maintain the availability of rice in Indonesia. The objectives of this study were to 1) analyze the economic order quantity, the amount of safety stock, maximum inventory, and reorder point by Perum BULOG Regional Division of East Java; 2) analyze total inventory cost and efficiency cost of rice stock by Perum BULOG Regional Division of East Java. The research method was the case study. Purposive sampling was used to determine research location. Data were analyzed by the economic order quantity (EOQ), safety stock, maximum inventory, reorder point, total inventory cost, and cost-efficiency. Research result showed that economic order quantity at Perum BULOG Regional Division of East Java was 3,331 ton for each ordering and ordering frecuency for each years was 357 times. The amount of safety stock was 297,360.5 ton. Maximum inventory that can be managed was 300,691.5 ton. Reorder point by Perum BULOG Regional Division of East Java was 395,122.9 ton. The cost efficiency up to IDR 4,040,130.

Abstract

Marketing success is supported by the process of selecting the right product, good distribution channels, reasonable prices, and an effective promotion called Marketing Mix. Marketing Mix elements have to support each other in order to achieve marketing goals in order to achieve customer satisfaction. The objectives of this research are to analyze the Marketing Mix (product, price, place, promotion) and customer satisfaction of Moringa leaf tea and to analyze the effect of marketing mix on costumer satisfaction of Moringa leaf tea. The determination of the research location was based on the consideration that Blora Regency has a Moringa plantation and Moringa leaf tea processing factory. The research was conducted in January - February 2020. This research is a case study. The number of respondents was 110 respondents which selected using the quota method. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. Data collection was done by interview, observation and literature study. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are: product variables received unfavorable responses, price and place variables received good responses, promotion variables received bad responses and customers were satisfied. Product, price, place and promotion simultaneously affect customer satisfaction of Moringa leaf tea with a significant level of 0.000. The t-test results are significant on the price and place variables, while the product and promotion variables are not significant. Future research isexpected to analyze the level of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The Kuncen Farm Livestock Farmers Group (KTT) was one of the livestock farmers group in Semarang City where the dairy goat commodity has problems in sales and has an impact on the income. The problems included the demand for goat's milk was influenced by people's purchasing power, people's habits of consuming cow's milk, productivity was not optimal, competition factors between goat's milk businesses, marketing, and lack of capital to develop the business. The aims of the research were to analyze the farmers’ income, analyze internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and analyze external factors (opportunities and threats) at the Kuncen Farm KTT. The research method was the census method. The respondents came from 21 members of the Kuncen Farm KTT, members of the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Food Security. Data analysis method by income calculations and analysis of three strategic formulations included the matrix of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal-External (IE), SWOT and Quantitative Strategic Planning (QSP). The research results were the average farmers’ income was 883,864 Rupiah/month and the calculation of the R/C ratio was 1.58>1 which means that the business was economically profitable. Analysis of internal and external factors in the development of dairy goat business had the biggest strength, which was the processing of dairy products, the biggest weakness was no group role in marketing, the biggest opportunity was the high purchasing power of the people and the biggest threat was the product less attractive. The strategy priority was to inform the community about the benefits of goat's milk in group.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the income of dairy cattle farm and analyze the factors that influence the income of dairy cattle farm in KTT Rejeki Lumintu in Sumurrejo Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City. This study was conducted on November-Desember 2018 in Sumurrejo Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City, which was selected purposively. The method used in this study was census method with 31 respondents. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression and one sample t-test. The result of this study showed that the net income and famer’s income was higher than the Semarang City Minim was Waged (UMK) in 2018. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained multiple equations Y = 15.858 + 7.913 X1 – 8.085 X2 + 6.875 X3 – 2.385 X4 + 0.527 X5 with the value of determination coefficent (R2) was 0.863. The result of F test simultaneously the independent variables which include the amount of lactation cattle corrected by the amount of dairy products, the price of cattle, labor wages, the price of milk, and the price of additional feed were very significant on the dependent variable of net income. T-test of the partial the amount of lactation cattle corrected by the amount of dairy products, the price of cattle, labor wages, and the price of additional feed were very significant on the net income, meanwhile the price of milk partially did not significantly affect to the net income. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get empirical evidence from effect Income smoothing to Informativeness of Stock Prices in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Population from this research is take from companies that have been listing Index LQ 45 in IDX form 2003 until 2015. Income Smoothing is masured by Jones’s Model which have been modified by Kothari et. all (2005). Informativeness of stock price using Zarowin and Tucker Model (2006) Future Earnings Response Coeficient, and the relations to earnings persistence, which is can been seen from relation from current earnings dan future earnings. The research is using data from year 2003 until 2015 period, and year 2014 used as terminal year. That found income smoothing have a negative effect to informativeness of stock price and also found the managers’ income smoothing action always decreases earnings from 2013 to 2015. Current earnings have related to future earnings.
