Abstract

Abstract - RSKIA Adinda is a Special Hospital for Mother and Child Adinda which is one of the private maternity hospitals in the Bantul region of Yogyakarta. The problem that has occurred at RSKIA Adinda so far is that the management of patient registration data is still manual. The purpose of this final project is to find out the flow and process of the registration system, design a registration information system and analyze the website-based registration system at RSKIA Adinda. For this research, the author uses a prototyping method with a research flow starting from gathering requirements needed, processing the design fast, prototyping design, conducting evaluation and making the improvement. For the data collection technique, the author uses is the interview method, the method of observation, documentation and literature study. The final project concludes that the offline registration system requires transportation costs, patient registration by telephone requires credit and registration by google forms causes data to be out of sync and double registration data. Finally, the suggestions that the authors could give are patient registration is better to use a computerized system, update information regularly and routinely, provide adequate hardware support, add human resources, and use back-up file systems. Keywords - Design, Information System, Patient Registration, Outpatient, Website Abstrak - RSKIA Adinda merupakan Rumah Sakit Khusus Ibu dan Anak Adinda yang menjadi salah satu rumah sakit bersalin swasta di wilayah Bantul Yogyakarta. Permasalahan yang terjadi di RSKIA Adinda selama ini adalah pengelolaan data pendaftaran pasien masih secara manual. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui alur dan proses sistem pendaftaran, merancang sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien dan menganalisis sistem pendaftaran pasien berbasis website di RSKIA Adinda. Metode yang penulis gunakan adalah menggunakan metode prototyping dengan alur penelitian mulai dari pengumpulan kebutuhan, proses desain secara cepat, perancangan prototyping dan evaluasi hingga perbaikan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah metode wawancara, metode pengamatan atau observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Kesimpulan dari tugas akhir yang penulis tulis adalah sistem pendaftaran yang berjalan offline membutuhkan biaya transportasi, pendaftaran pasien via telfon memakan pulsa dan pendaftaran via google form menyebabkan ketidak sinkronan data sekaligus double data pendaftaran. Saran yang penulis berikan adalah pendaftaran pasien dengan menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi, up to date informasi secara berkala dan rutin, dukungan hardware yang memadai, penambahan sumber daya manusia, back up file sistem. Abstract

Sebagai salah satu divisi pada civitas Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Biro Sistem  berperan penting sebagai pengelola sistem informasi. Peneliti melakukan riset pada Biro Sistem Informasi di Unit LSI yang masih memiliki beberapa permasalahan antara lain peminjaman peralatan jaringan dan multimedia belum terkelola dengan baik serta proses peminjaman yang masih secara lisan dan belum adanya system administrasi yang baik. Hal ini menyebabkan karyawan LSI , kewalahan dalam mengelola permintaan masuk dan keluar setiap harinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun system informasi untuk mendukung Biro dalam menjalankan pekerjaan secara optimal  kepada civitas, yang menghasilkan detail dokumentasi terkait dengan proses peminjaman dan pengembalian barang serta dalam pencatatan data unit peralatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalaha metode  Waterfall untuk mengembangkan sistem berbasis Website yang dimulai dengan tahapan analisa kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian. Untuk perancangan perangkat lunak, pertama-tama dibuat rancangan antarmuka, kemudian Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Logical Record Structure (LRS). Penulis melakukan pengujian  website menggunakan Black Box Testing agar sistem berjalan sesuai dengan lingkungan yang diinginkan. Dengan adanya website  ini memudahkan pihak divisi LSI dalam memberikan pelayanan peminjaman kepada seluruh civitas UMY secara cepat, efektif dan lebih maksimal. .

Abstract

Naralatu Agantuka is a youth organization in Tlogo Village, Prambanan District, Klaten Regency, Central Java. Disclosure of information about the activities of the Naralatu Agantuka youth organization is still conducted conventionally. Today, disclosure of information is carried out through leaflets posted on bulletin boards, through Social media and by telephone or by direct conversation. These problems were solved by developt a website for information about the management of the youth organization (SIPEKATAR). The purpose of making this system is to facilitate the members of the youth organization in obtaining information about the activities of the youth organization. Data collection techniques use observation methods, interview methods, and literature research. While the software development approach used for website creation is Rapid Application Development (RAD). For software design, interfaces must be the first design, and then Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and Logical Record Structure (LRS). For check this website use Black Box Testing. Based on the tests, it can be concluded that the Management Information System of Naralatu Agantuka a Youth Organisation (SIPEKATAR) has been operating as supposed with valid result. This website can make it easier for members of the youth organization to obtain information on activities and make it easier for management to manage youth activities.

Abstract

Abstract – The rapid development of computer technology is currently making the conventional sales system begin to shift towards a computerized system which is considered capable of providing many benefits. However, there are still business actors who still market their products conventionally, one of which is Batik Bantul, Mrs. Dirjo Sugito. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based batik sales information system at Mrs. Dirjo Sugito's batik house to make it easier for business owners to promote and manage their product data. The design of this batik sales system uses a software development method, namely the prototype method, system design with a Logical Record Structure and to analyze problems using the PIECES analysis method. The results of this study are an information system for selling batik based on the web of Mrs. Dirjo Sugito's batik house. This information system can assist customers in obtaining information about a variety of batik clothing through an information system that includes information about products, product orders, and the purchasing process. In this information system there is a feature to provide comments, besides that it can also make it easier for customers when purchasing transactions and make it easier for owners to manage data and promote products so that sales value can increase. Keywords: prototype, promote, information system, data management Abstrak – Perkembangan teknologi komputer yang semakin pesat saat ini membuat sistem penjualan secara konvensional mulai bergeser ke arah sistem terkomputerisasi yang dinilai mampu memberikan banyak manfaat. Namun, masih ada pelaku usaha yang masih memasarkan produk mereka secara konvensional, salah satunya yaitu Batik Bantul Ibu Dirjo Sugito. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan batik berbasis web pada rumah batik Ibu Dirjo Sugito agar memudahkan pemilik bisnis dalam promosi dan pengelolaan data produknya. Perancangan sistem penjualan batik ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu metode prototype, desain sistem dengan Logical Record Structure serta untuk menganalisis permasalahan menggunakan metode analisis PIECES. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sebuah sistem informasi penjualan batik berbasis web rumah batik Ibu Dirjo Sugito. Sistem informasi ini dapat membantu pelanggan dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai beragam pakaian batik melalui sistem informasi yang mencakup informasi tentang produk, pemesanan produk, serta proses pembelian. Di dalam sistem informasi ini terdapat fitur untuk memberikan komentar, selain itu juga dapat memudahkan pelanggan saat transaksi pembelian serta mempermudah pemilik dalam pengelolaan data dan mempromosikan produk sehingga nilai penjualan dapat meningkat. Abstract

Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Arum merupakan salah satu KUD yang berada di Kecamatan Sawangan. Salah satu kegiatannya yaitu menyalurkan pupuk dari distributor ke petani. Namun hingga saat ini, dalam proses inventory pupuk masih menggunakan sistem konvensional dengan pencatatan manual dan dan didokumentasikan menggunakan media kertas. Hal ini mengakibatkan terjadinya banyak kesalahan pada pencatatan pupuk masuk, penjualan, informasi persediaan pupuk dan pembuatan laporan. Data yang dilaporkanpun menjadi tidak akurat. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan perancangan sistem informasi inventory pupuk pada KUD Arum. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak adalah metode prototype. Pada metode prototype ini terdapat 3 tahapan yaitu menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna, membangun mock up dan terakhir evaluasi atau pengujian prototype menggunakan customer check. Berdasarkan evaluasi dan pengujian prototype yang dilakukan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa rancangan sistem informasi inventory pupuk sesuai dengan kebutuhan pada KUD Arum. Rancangan sistem usulan inventory pupuk ini dapat membantu mempermudah proses inventory pupuk pada KUD Arum.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of business actors to utilize digital technology for marketing and managing websites. This training and mentoring was carried out in response to the challenges of the growing digital era, where more than conventional marketing is needed to reach a broader and more diverse market. The training focuses on two main aspects: first, digital marketing strategies, which include the use of social media, email marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and paid advertising on digital platforms. Second is website management, which includes website creation and maintenance, exciting content, and analytics to monitor website performance. The methodology used in this activity is a participatory approach, where participants are given theoretical and practical training material. Intensive mentoring sessions were also held to help participants apply the knowledge they have gained into actual practice in their business. This activity significantly increased participants' understanding and skills in digital marketing and website management. Participants can manage their websites and design and execute effective digital marketing campaigns. This activity is expected to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of small and medium businesses in the digital era.

Abstract

Learning media facilitates teacher's role in conveying knowledge to students. One of learning tools that teachers can use in their learning is interactive media. Introduction to computers is important in today's digital era because it can build knowledge and understanding about computers and improve learning skills. This is possible because computer's ability to combine text, sound, color, images, movement and video and create an interactive process. This research aims to help students in grade 1 or 2 of elementary school to more easily understand and master basic computer use. In this application there are computer learning menu, typing and cursor learning. Computer learning menu consists of definitions, learning videos and quizzes. Learning to type and cursor consists of understanding, practice and mini games. The ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model is used in developing system used in this research.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a key element in increasing the competitiveness of the tourism industry, including in promoting educational tourism. However, many tourism managers still face obstacles in optimally utilizing digital technology, such as a lack of understanding of digital marketing strategies, limitations in creating creative content, and low social media engagement. These issues hinder the increase in product awareness and brand awareness, so that educational tourism is less well-known to a wider target market. This community service activity aims to improve the skills of tourism managers in creating and managing effective digital marketing content. The methods used include theoretical and practical training, covering digital marketing strategies, graphic design using Canva, writing techniques and creating content materials using AI, and optimizing social media. The results of the activity showed that after the training, partners experienced an increase in understanding and skills in digital marketing. They were able to create more attractive visual content, manage social media more actively, and increase engagement with the audience. The impact is an increase in exposure to educational tourism on social media, which has the potential to increase the number of tourist visits. With the sustainability of the digital marketing strategy that has been implemented, it is hoped that educational tourism can continue to develop and have stronger competitiveness.

Abstract

CV Uniti is a company located in Kebumen, Central Java, Indonesia. This company has established collaborative relationships with Vocational High Schools in Kebumen to carry out the activities of internship program/ Field Work Practices (PKL). The attendance system of internship program students in CV Uniti is still manual. This manual method is less effective because students have to take turns in filling attendance sheet, it may cause problems such as data loss or data damage, and students can manipulate their attendance. Therefore, the objective of this study was to design a web-based attendance information system to make it easier for internship program students to fill attendance and facilitate the supervisors in monitoring the student attendance and giving assessment for internship program students. The research methods included the observation of the running system in CV Uniti, interviews to the students and supervisors as well as the literature studies as the supporting data. The software development method used is prototyping consisting of listening to customers, building and repairing prototypes, and testing prototypes. The software development method used is a prototype, which consists of engaging customers, building, and improving the prototype and testing. The results of the research indicate that the internship program students attendance information system is capable of conducting the internship program activities and providing feedback. In addition to this, a computerized system can help internship program supervisor to monitor and managing students remotely.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Pembelajaran dan Penilaian Anak (SIPENA) berbasis web sebagai solusi atas permasalahan keterlambatan pencatatan data, hambatan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, serta kesulitan dalam merekap hasil penilaian anak di TK ABA Delingsari Yogyakarta. Dalam proses pengembangan sistem, digunakan metode prototipe yang memungkinkan pengguna seperti guru, kepala sekolah, dan orang tua untuk memberikan umpan balik secara langsung pada setiap tahapan iterasi, sehingga sistem dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan nyata di lapangan. SIPENA dilengkapi fitur utama seperti pendataan siswa, perencanaan pembelajaran, penilaian perkembangan anak, serta promosi sekolah. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing dan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Selain itu, otomatisasi proses penilaian terbukti meningkatkan akurasi data dan mempercepat intervensi dalam pemantauan perkembangan anak. Hasil uji pengguna juga menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan mendapatkan respon positif dari pengguna terhadap antarmuka yang mudah digunakan. Dengan demikian, SIPENA dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi digital yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung proses pendidikan anak usia dini secara lebih efektif dan efisien, khususnya di lingkungan TK ABA Delingsari Yogyakarta.
