Abstract

Lembaga Pendidikan tingkat MTs, memerlukan stategi tersendiri dalam proses pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada siswa. Hal ini disebabkan kondisi psikologis siswa adalah masa transisi dari anak-anak menjadi dewasa, pada masa transisi ini guru dituntut untuk lebih kreatif dalam melaksanaan belajara mengajar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ingin memberikan pendampingan dalam pembelajaran Furudhul Ainiyah di MTs Negeri I Probolinggo dengan harapan pembelajaran  Furudhul Ainiyah bisa diterima dengan baik dan dipraktikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain 1). Para peserta didik sudah bisa berwudhu dengan benar. 2).  Para peserta didik sudah bisa melakukan gerakan- gerakan sholat dengan benar menurut ilmu fiqh. 3).  Para peserta didik lebih rapi dalam menata sof saat akan melakukan sholat berjamaah. 4). Para peserta didik mampu membaca al-qur`an secara benar menurut ilmu tajwid 5).Para peserta didik lebih semangat dalam mengerjakan shalat yang lima waktu. 6). Sopan dan santun para peserta didik kepada para tenaga pendidik sudah semakin bagus

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of excellence-based furudhul ainiyah through the ASSURE approach to make learning effective at the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school. Research subjects use a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Research data was obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out in stages, starting with presenting, reducing, and drawing conclusions. The study results show that the ASSURE approach used by teachers in teaching furudul ainiyah material can create effective, efficient, and meaningful learning conditions. This is because the teacher pays attention to and follows the learning design that has been outlined. This research provides implications about the importance of learning design that must be carried out by all teachers to realize learning objectives optimally.

Abstract

Pelayanan pendidikan merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, serta manajemen pelayanan pendidikan yang berkualitas baik perlu dilakukan dengan terencana dan direalisasikan, namun pada kenyataannya tidak semua lembaa bisa meningkatkan kualitas lembaganya dikarenakan beberpa hal. Salah stu diantaranya adalah karena kurannya kepuasan masyrakat terhadap pelayanan yang lembaa pendidikan berikan dan kurangnya keharmonisan antara kepala sekolah beserta seluruh guru. tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui “Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam menciptakan Good governance di SMP Bhakti Pertiwi”. Dengan  metodelogi  kualitatif jenis study kasus terhadap 191 siswa. tehnik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan dengan cara observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data yang cukup dan jelas sesuai dengan permasalahan penelitian di SMP Bhakti Pertiwi.   Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut adalah strategi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam rangka menciptakan Good Governance di SMP Bhakti Pertiwi dengan cara mengikuti langkah-langkah prinsip penerapan Good Governance yaitu menerapkan prinsip profesionalisme, transparasi, demokrasi, akuntabilitas, efesiensi, pelayanan prinsip prima dan dapat diterima oleh seluruh masyarakat. kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan yang memiliki peran dan fungsi tertentu dalam mempengaruhi dan memotivasi masyarakat sekolah sangat mudah untuk menciptakan Good governance melalui beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan.

Abstract

The role of the leader is very important in the progress of an institution or agency. The leader is the driving force of all sources in an institution or agency, therefore the leader must have a good leadership capacity so that the goals of the institution or agency can be achieved. The focus of this research is how to implement prophetic leadership in improving the quality of education at MI Al-Husna Dawuhan Krejengan. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of professional leadership in improving the quality of education at MI Al-Husna Dawuhan Krejengan. This research uses a qualitative approach method of case study type, which is located prophetically in MI Al-Husna Dawuhan Village, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency- East Java. The source of the data is the informant. Using primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study that the basis of the leadership of the Prophet applied by the head of the MI Al-Husna Dawuhan Krejengan madrasah is based on the mission of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, namely: the mission of humanization, the mission of liberation, the mission of plurality and tolerance, and moderation. The application of these 4 missions is carried out by applying the 4 qualities of the Prophet and Apostle, namely sidiq, amanah, tabligh and fathonah. the mission of liberation, the mission of plurality and tolerance, and moderation. Abstract

Kemampuan penalaran yang menentukan saat ini merupakan salah satu sudut pandang yang penting dalam kemajuan individu pada masa berlangsungnya data dan informasi, dimana PBL merupakan suatu teknik pembelajaran yang diperoleh dengan memahami suatu permasalahan dan mengorganisasikan tujuan dari permasalahan yang terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. mengembangkan langkah lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tentang penerapan problem based learning untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. adapun metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah peneliat kualitatif Dengan jenis penyelidikan kontekstual, para ahli berusaha mengungkap keanehan yang terjadi di Mts Azzainiyah 1  yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan metode PBL dalam mengembangkan lebih lanjut kemampuan penalaran tegas siswa. Menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini. di Mts Azzainiyah 1 yaitu ada sembilan penerapaan antara lain, Pembagian kelompok, Mengorganisikan siswa untuk belajar, Membagi modul kepada siswa, Membimbing dan mengembangkan hasil karya, Orientasi siswa pada masalah actual dan otentik, Mengembangkan dan menyajikan hasil karya diskusi, Menilai keterampilan diskusi dan presentasi, Menganalis proses pemecahan masalah, Menyimpulkan hasil proses belajar. Dengan Adanya Pembelajaran problem based learning siswa telah muncul keberanian untuk mengungkapkan pengetahuannya ada feed back yang baik, siswa jugak mulai aktif bahkan mulai berpikir kritis. Berpikir kritis yang di lakukan oleh siswa Mts Azzainiyah 1 digambarkan dengan mengajukan pertanyaan dan permasalahan yang bermakna, memperkenalkan dengan jelas, mengumpulkan dan menilai data yang relevan, memanfaatkan pemikiran yang dinamis, reseptif, dan menyampaikan secara nyata di dalam kelas dan di luar ruang belajar.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper aims to determine the public's perception of the quality of the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school. This study uses a type of field research with a qualitative research design. This study used field research. This research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the community rated the quality of the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school as very good, this was based on the increasing number of students who entered and the level of trust and satisfaction of the community as an external customer (service user) of the pesantren.

Abstract

This research focuses on the role of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) in improving students' mental well-being and academic performance. The main objective of this study is to understand how the implementation of Social-Emotional Learning programs can affect students' emotional states and educational outcomes. Evaluate the extent to which the Social-Emotional Learning program can help students manage stress, anxiety, and depression, and improve academic performance. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews with the head of madrasah, teachers, curriculum deputy head, student guardians, and students. Data analysis was done thematically to identify the main themes related to the effects of the Social-Emotional Learning program. The results showed that the Social-Emotional Learning program significantly improved students' mental well-being, which had a positive impact on motivation, learning focus, and academic achievement. In addition, students involved in Social-Emotional Learning programs can better recognize and manage emotions, which can reduce stress and anxiety levels. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of integrating Social-Emotional Learning programs into the education curriculum to create a more inclusive learning environment that supports student development and achieves holistic and comprehensive education outcomes.

Abstract

The time management of MA Nurul Jadid Probolinggo students of the Tahfidz Science program is still a problem, where it can be known that not all Tahfidz Science students can achieve the target on time determined by the school. One way to overcome these problems is by habituating time management in female students, this study aims to determine the influence of time management in overcoming the problem of achieving the target of MA Nurul Jadid students of the TAHFIDZ Science Program. This research design uses descriptive qualitative methods observed directly in the field, so the data produced is in the form of description writings not in the form of numbers. This qualitative study focuses on planning, organizing, implementing and impacting the management of learning disciplines on female students, as well as the factors that hinder it. The results showed that MA Nurul Jadid students of the TAHFIDZ Science Program did not pursue airing for khatam but to strengthen memorization, namely with the assembly system, namely the tasmi method.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze ambidextrous curriculum management at Nurul Jadid Islamic Education School Jalaluddin Ar-Rumi rigion. To expand the implementation of an ambidextrous curriculum at the Islamic Education School, a qualitative approach and case study methodology are utilized. The research subjects include regional supervisors, administrators, and students involved in curriculum management. Data collection methods involve observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis related to the curriculum. Thematic analysis is employed to identify patterns and themes relevant to the ambidexterity approach. The findings indicate that Nurul Jadid Islamic Education School Jalaluddin Ar-Rumi rigion has successfully integrated traditional values with contemporary curriculum components through an ambidextrous approach. This approach has proven effective in enhancing students' adaptation to technological advancements and modern knowledge while maintaining the Islamic Education Schools identity. It is hoped that this research will serve as a foundation for further development aimed at improving the relevance and effectiveness of Islamic Education Schools in the face of modern educational changes and advancements.

Abstract

Leadership styles and models have been widely studied and even used as a characteristic of someone in leading an institution or Islamic boarding school. The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand transformational leadership in building the performance of administrators at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Paiton, Probolinggo, by focusing its study on the Fathimatuzzahro Girls' Dormitory Area. This study used a qualitative approach with an exploratory method to set priorities, develop definitions and determine the final research design. The research results will provide an overview of the importance of a change in organizational culture through transformational leadership so that an organization can survive and be productive at work, as happened in the Fatimatuzzahro' Girls Dormitory Area which is led by the Head of the Region on behalf of Istibsyaroh. Transformational leadership has several characteristics that show the influence of leaders on their subordinates such as inspirational leadership, belief and intellectual stimulation. The author conducted research using qualitative methods with observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of the discussion show that the transformational leadership of the Head of the Female Dormitory Fatimatuzzahro' is very influential on the administrators, and can build and maintain Islamic values
