Abstract

The purpose of this study was to demonstrate empirically the impact of job motivation and discipline on the performance of employees at the UPTD Rawa Pitu Inpatient Medical Center. The study tested her two independent variables: motivation and work discipline. The study population was the 2022 Rawa Pitu Inpatient Medical Center UPTD Office. The method used was a saturated sample or census, a sampling technique that uses all members of the population as samples. The number employed in this study was 58, as this often happens in relatively small populations. The analytical method used was IBM SPSS Statistics 26 (SPSS 26 version). Research results show that work motivation and discipline have a significant positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The existence of the Internet has made everything easier, especially with the existence of various marketplaces. However, it turns out that this convenience tends to lead people to negative behavior. Especially for impulse purchases, they are subject to varying product prices and lack of self-control. Therefore, this study aims to prove the impact of price perception and self-control on impulse purchases made online by Bandar Lampung University economics students in the 2019 school year. The study population consisted of 365 students in the 2019 class of the Accounting and Management Programs at the Faculty of Economics, Bandar Lampung University. The sample for this study included 79 respondents, as random sampling was used to ensure an even distribution of study results. Multiple regression analysis was used for data analysis in this study. The results of this study show a significant negative effect between price perception and self-control over impulse purchases.

Abstract

An employee's performance is basically the result of the employee performing his duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him by the company. This is influenced by the company's remuneration and working environment, which can ultimately affect the performance of Radisson Hotels employees. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence for the impact of compensation and working environment on employee performance at Radisson Hotel Lampung. The study population consisted of her 123 respondents. Based on the use of the Slovin formula for sampling, the author collected his 55 samples. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, and data analysis was performed using the validity test, reliability test, T test (partial), and F test (simultaneous) using the SPSS program. The results of this study support the hypothesis for which this study was proposed, namely that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and that work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. indicates that in addition, employee performance has a mutual influence between compensation and work environment.

Abstract

Abstract The Metro City Government began implementing a non-cash transaction system in early 2017 in accordance with the Metro Mayor's Instruction Number 3 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Non-Cash Transactions within the Metro City Government in realizing technology-based good governance For the sake of creating accountability, transparency, effectiveness and budget efficiency in government. The method of data collection in this study was through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation and qualitative analysis. The results showed that the hypothesis: "Non-cash transactions have a significant effect on good governance in Metro City" is accepted. Whereas the procedure for implementing non-cash transactions in the implementation of government spending at the Metro City Government has been implemented in stages based on the Circular of the Minister of Home Affairs No. realizing the principles of good governance, namely the principles of accountability, transparency, effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, it is related to the principle of transparency in the implementation of local government spending, every transaction becomes real time. Abstract

The researcher's interest in the food industry business led to the conduct of this study. Humans are obligated to consume and spend food on a daily basis because food is a fundamental need. At Bakso Aci Mutia in Bandar Lampung, the purpose of this study was to determine how brand image and word-of-mouth influence purchasing decisions. The quantitative descriptive research includes this study. This study's population consisted of 30 individuals who were customers of Bakso aci Mutia in Bandar Lampung. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis for its analysis. Aci Mutia Meatballs in Bandar Lampung's purchasing decisions were influenced in part by the brand's image, as evidenced by tcount > ttable or 2.055 > 2.052 with a 0,05 significance level. Word-of-mouth influence on Aci Mutia Meatballs purchases in Bandar Lampung can be seen in part from tcount > ttable or 4.118 > 2.052, both of which have significant values of 0,00, From Fcount > Ftable or 25.734 > 3.34, a significant value of 0,000 can be seen that Aci Mutia Meatballs consumers in Bandar Lampung are influenced by the brand's reputation.Riset ini dilaksanakan dari ketertarikan pengkaji pada dunia usaha dibidang makanan. Makanan ialah bahan dasar yang mesti dicukupi orang, ini menunjukan tiap hari orang pasti mengonsumsi dan menghabiskan makanan. Ada pengaruh word of mouth pada putusan pemesanan Bakso Aci Mutia di Bandar Lampung dengan parsial terlihat pada thitung > ttabel atau 4,118 > 2,052 dengan nilai substansial 0,00, Ada pengaruh imaji brand dan word of mouth pada putusan pemesananBakso Aci Mutia di Bandar Lampung dengan simultan terlihat pada Fhitung > Ftabel atau 25,734 > 3,34 dengan nilai substansial 0,000.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the conditions, analyze, implement and evaluate strategic management and its impact on improving the quality of education and competitiveness at Bandar Lampung University. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The play subjects in this research were three students from the management study program at Bandar Lampung University. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, intensive observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by compiling the results of in-depth interviews, intensive observation, and documentation systematic through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between strategic management and education quality and competitiveness. Education quality is the play benchmarks in assessing the quality of an educational institution, which includes student achievement, teaching quality, and overall school programs. Therefore, the quality of education is the main indicator determining an institution's ability to compete in a competitive educational environment.

Abstract

Ulubelu Cofco Abadi is one of them business coffee home industry in Bandar Lampung. The problems faced by PT. Ulubelu Cofco Abadi , namely PT Sales . Ulubelu Cofco Perpetual fluctuates . This research aims to find out what business strategies should be used to obtain a market leader position for PT. Ulubelu Cofco Abadi. The method used in This research is a qualitative analysis method, using the SWOT analysis tool ( strength , weakness, opportunity and threat) Judging from the Cartesian SWOT diagram where PT. Ulubelu Cofco Abadi is in quadrant 1, namely: strategy cost leadership ( reducing total costs , determining the right cost price), strategy differentiation (adding new products, food or drinks), focus strategy ( maintaining product quality , cleanliness is always maintained, more friendly service to consumers ) .

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of business interest and social media on entrepreneurship in Management Study Program students at Bandar Lampung University. This research used a population of 168 Bandar Lampung University students, and the sample taken from this research was 25% of the 168 students so that 42 students were determined as the research sample, however, to make the research easier the researcher determined 50 students as research in order to get more answers. varies. In collecting data sources, researchers use primary data sources, namely questionnaires that will be distributed to respondents, then the results of the research will be tested using multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test and F test. Based on the research results, business interest and social media are both partial and second ANOVA have a significant effect on entrepreneurship among Economics and Business Students class of 2020 at Bandar Lampung University.

Abstract

With technologicaly developments making high use of the internet this day, many of business owners use the internet as a promotial place in their marketing. One of them is a business owner from a banana chip factory(@pabrikkeripikpisang.id) that markets their products through social media Instagram. In this research, author wanted to find out how business owner of the banana chip factory can carry out online marketing and to find whether online marketing affects of using the marketing mix startegy. The method ini this research is used a descriptive qualitative method, in collecting this data in the form of conducting interviews with the owner of the banana chip factory (@pabrikkeripikpisang.id) as well as carrying out documentation by following Instagram @pabrikkeripikpisang.id. The results of this research indicate that instagram is a social media that is easy to used and cost-effective. Using Instagram can make products more famous among the public. In selling via Instagram, the owner admits that Instagram is very infuential in its promotional activities

Abstract

The growth and changes facing the hotel industry globally have in several ways affected the competence of its personnel. There is growing concern about graduate competency and what industry requires. Previous studies reveal that hospitality management programs do not adequately prepare hospitality students with the competencies necessary to fit today's workplace. Therefore, educational institutions must play their role in developing and instilling important competencies in their graduates so as to prepare them for the competitive world of work. This paper aims to investigate the competencies required by hospitality graduates from an industry perspective. This paper is based on previous studies regarding hospitality management competencies by considering competencies from the management competency model and generic skills framework. The Delphi technique was used to investigate graduate competencies from the perspective of the hospitality industry.
