Abstract

One of the fundamental analysis that usually used by investor and security analyze to value the stock price by Price Earnings Ratio (PER) approach. Price Earnings Ratio shows how much investor is willing to pay per rupiah of companies’ profit. These researches have as a purpose to examine influence factor of Dividend Payout Ratio (PER),  Return On Equity (ROA), Earnings Per Share (EPS), Leverage, Size to Price Earnings Ratio (PER).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Information Technology and HR Competencies on employee performance at the Makassar City Office, East Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which Information Technology and HR Competencies significantly affect employee performance at the Makassar Village Office, East Jakarta. In this study, the samples taken were 35 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 27,086 + 0.0751 + 0.0042. Information Technology has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, HR competence has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, Information Technology and HR Competence have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much interest in using Go-Pay with trust as a moderating variable in the Jabodetabek community is influenced by perceptions of convenience and benefit. This type of research uses differential semantic association research. Primary and secondary data are used in this study. Purposive sampling was used in this research sampling technique, resulting in 130 respondents for the research sample. In this study, the structural equation model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 for Windows is used as a data analysis method. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of convenience partially have no effect on interest in using Go-Pay, while perceptions of usefulness and trust partially have a positive effect on interest in using Go-Pay partially on interest in using Go-Pay

Abstract

Riset ini menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan an upah terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan CV Trimegah Plasindo di Semarang. Riset ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang diberikan ke karyawan CV Trimegah Plasindo di Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus sampling dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 58 karyawan. Hasil riset menunjukkan secara parsial maupun secara simultan variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan upah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Trimegah Plasindo di Semarang. Temuan ini bisa menjadi referensi bagi CV Trimegah Plasindo di Semarang agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang berdampak baik pada keberhasilan perusahaan
