Abstract

Assessment in learning should be the process of collecting and processing data to determine student learning outcomes. Learning assessment can be carried out using various techniques, such as exams, assignments, observations, and self-assessments. Minimum Competency Assessment is a basic competency assessment used to measure the development of students' self-capacity and positive participation in society. There are two essential competencies measured in the Minimum Competency Assessment, namely literacy and numeracy. However, in fact, after the Covid 19 pandemic, students' ability to understand texts and numbers has decreased, this is due to changes in learning patterns from face-to-face to online. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to see how the numeracy literacy skills of elementary school students are through the Minimum Competency Assessment activities in the class teaching campus program. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, namely by answering the actual conditions in the field carried out on grade 5 students of SDN Petukangan Selatan 05. The results of this study are that there are two literacy and numeracy programs, namely Fond of Literacy and Bilingual Class and Numeracy in Life and Numeracy Culture. With this program, it can be seen that students' numeracy literacy skills have increased by 23% literacy and 38% numeracy and this literacy and numeracy program helps students understand text and numbers in a broader and more enjoyable form than just knowing writing and numbers.

Abstract

The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic has made learning that was originally face-to-face turning online, of course, brings new problems in learning, especially in practical learning. One of the efforts was to fulfill needs learning is through the use of media who had played a role as a tool or an intermediary that support the teaching process .In relation to this matter one of the media learning that can be used is a video. This study aims to develop PNPR 2 learning videos to facilitate learning by producing various independent learning resources in the form of instructional videos that can be used according to learning needs. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D) using the Derek Rowntree product development model with three stages, namely: a) the planning stage; b) the development stage (development); c) the evaluation stage (formative evaluation). Product effectiveness testing is carried out by providing advice and input from colleagues (one to one person). The results of this study indicate that (1) the development of instructional videos that was much as 87% is considered clear and effective for use in the learning process more broadly. Meanwhile, to measure the effectiveness of using PNPR 2 learning videos is to conduct performance tests on full stop, as such it was found that the percentage of student learning outcomes after using PNPR 2 learning videos was that 89% of students to display good performance, 11 % poor practice well or said wrong. Thus the PNPR 2 learning video is considered effective to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

The Program Kampus Mengajar not only carries out the mission of numeracy literacy, but also contributes to every activity in implementing the independent curriculum, one of which is the the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Through the development of the Pancasila Student Profile which contains the characters and competencies needed to become good world citizens, it needs to be introduced from an early age, at all levels of education. The aim of this research is to see the role of teaching campus students in carrying out P5 activities at SDN Petukangan Selatan 05 in making eco prints using the pounding technique. The research method used is a qualitative approach, namely by describing the conditions of P5 activities descriptively. The results of this research are that P5 activities by making eco prints make students more active, creative and create space for imagination by utilizing the environment around the school. The novelty of this research is that the P5 program is currently happening in the independent curriculum so that the research follows current trends.

Abstract

Effective learning should involve many elements of learning, one of which is the use of learning media.Looking back over the past 3 years, where the Covid 19 Pandemic has spread in every sector of life, theeducation sector is no exception. For this reason, after the Covid-19 pandemic, the way of learning that waspreviously done online has changed, now it is done offline again. As a result, various adjustments to face-to-face learning patterns are needed. One of the efforts to use learning media in the form of learning videosis a solution that helps lecturers deliver learning material. By combining audio and visual elements, learningvideos have the power to facilitate student learning to be more effective with its repeatable nature. Thepurpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of using learning videos on student learning outcomes inDigital PR courses. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this studywere as many as 91% of students were helped by the learning videos used. Thus, the use of learning videosis considered effective in improving student learning outcomes with an average learning mastery of 93%.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital application industry requires every company to have an effective business communication strategy, especially in collaborating with vendors as strategic external partners. The background of this research is based on the importance of business communication that not only focuses on internal information exchange, but also building harmonious, sustainable and mutually beneficial external relationships. PT Maju Anugerah Solusindo as a software development company realises that the success of cooperation with vendors greatly affects Maju Anugerah Solusindo in building and maintaining cooperation with vendors in the midst of the highly competitive digital application industry. Descriptive qualitative research method was used with data collection through in- depth interviews with management and vendors, direct observation, and case study documentation. With the aim to analyse and describe the business communication strategy used by PT Maju Anugerah Solusindo. The results showed that PT. Maju Anugerah Solusindo The supporters of the success of this strategy include management commitment, the use of appropriate communication technology, and a collaborative organisational culture. the needs of vendors are constantly changing. Overall, the business communication strategy has contributed significantly to the creation of a productive and sustainable working relationship between PT Maju Anugerah Solusindo and its vendors in the digital app industry. Abstract

Pentingnya menjaga komunikasi eksternal dan internal dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan publik kerap disadari oleh humas Pemprov DKI Jakarta, beberapa media lokal maupun nasional merupakan mitra Pemprov DKI Jakarta dalam mampublikasikan informasi-informasi tentang segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan Pemprov DKI Jakarta kepada publik nasional maupun publik Jakarta khususnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana program Humas Dinas Komunikasi Informatika Dan Kehumasan Pemprov DKI Jakarta Dalam Memonitoring Berita Di Wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggambarkan situasi dan keaadaan yang dijalankan sesuai dengan kondisi apa adanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah program yang dijalankan Humas dalam melakukan monitor terhadap pemberitaan dalam media dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan praktis dalam memonitor media. Salah satu teknik yang paling terkenal, namun sudah jadul, adalah clip counting atau kliping. Untuk mengetahui puas atau tidak publik kepada Pemprov DKI Jakarta, Humas DKI sangat berperan penting untuk menginformasikan dan menanggapi pemberitaan yang ada di Pemprov DKI Jakarta melalui media.

Abstract

The existence of this political space of course makes various political parties carry the champions of their respective parties. If you look at the existing competition, then of course various political parties use their weapons with various existing political strategies to win votes and gain public sympathy in building their political image. Ahead of the Indonesian Presidential General Election in 2024 is a democratic process to elect the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia for the period 2024–2029. A modest democratic party carried out through the presidential election in 2024, is considered by a number of political observers to be an attractive competition. This can be seen from each party candidate carrying out a presidential candidate in various strategies carried out to attract public sympathy, one of which is presidential candidate Anies Baswedan. The purpose of this study is to examine the various political campaign strategies carried out by Anies Baswedan in the 2024 presidential election. The method used is a qualitative approach by examining data based on media sources and relevant references. The results of this study are based on the results of the Populi Center ranking Anies in first place as much as 29.0% based on open questions given to the public at random. Thus, if you look at the graph above, Anies Baswedan has the most public sympathy in building his political image in winning the 2024 presidential election. Abstract

In the manufacturing industry that is currently growing rapidly, PT Dalim Fideta Kornesia must be able to survive and continue to compete in improving the quality of products and services provided so that it can compete with competitors in reaching customers. Companies that produce wigs must continue to try to provide solutions that are requested by customers. Not a few diverse demands make companies have to innovate more in meeting customer needs. This study aims to find out how the marketing communication strategy carried out by PT Dalim Fideta Kornesia in maintaining customer loyalty. In a company, customer loyalty has an important role and is the main goal of a company. Therefore, companies need an effective marketing communication strategy to maintain customer loyalty. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data analysis is carried out using triangulation techniques to confirm the results of in-depth interviews related to findings or phenomena that occur in the field. The results of this study reveal that marketing communication in creating customer loyalty are carried out by maintaining product quality and improving customer service to customers regarding complaints, criticisms, and suggestions as well as providing solutions and meeting customer needs and desires for products. The demand for the use of technology is also a concern for the Marketing Division to design and process messages through various media, especially social media

Abstract

Era new normal membuka kesempatan baru bagi UMKM, terutama industri makanan, untuk meningkatkan penjualan mereka melalui branding produk dengan cara fotografi food. Foto atau gambar dalam dunia visual marketing memiliki kekuatan untuk menarik pembeli. Sebagian besar pebisnis produk makanan dan minuman menggunakan jasa fotografer profesional dalam menghasilkan foto yang menarik. Namun, tidak semua pebisnis memiliki modal untuk menyewa jasa profesional tersebut, terutama pebisnis yang baru saja merintis usaha mereka. Food Photography dipilih sebagai salah satu metode untuk meningkatkan branding, hal ini karena; skill fotografi makanan dapat menghasilkan gambar–gambar makanan yang menarik bagi pelanggan., food photography dapat memperkuat brand bisnis kuliner, food photography dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat promosi bisnis kuliner, terutama bagi pebisnis muda dan rumahan. Kegiatan PM diadakan secara offline atau tatap muka pada hari libur agar tidak mengganggu waktu bekerja para UMKM Prima Global Mart Bekasi, sedangkan luaran dari kegiatan PM berupa press release di media cetak online dan juga jurnal Abdimas.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education in elementary schools (SD) is a primary focus in the effort to create superior human resources. One effective strategy that is relevant to modern times is data-driven educational leadership, where strategic decisions are made based on accurate and relevant data analysis, not just on intuition. This research aims to explore the implementation, effectiveness, and challenges of data-driven leadership in improving the quality of education in elementary schools. The method used is a literature review, analyzing various literature, scientific journals, and documents related to educational leadership, data-based decision making, and quality improvement at the elementary school level. Data was collected systematically, followed by analysis to identify relevant patterns, findings, and best practices. The results show that data-driven leadership allows principals and teachers to identify areas needing improvement, design targeted interventions, and monitor student progress more objectively. This implementation has a positive impact on increasing student learning outcomes, improving learning effectiveness, and developing teacher competencies. However, its implementation faces challenges, such as a lack of data analysis skills, limited infrastructure, and resistance to changes in work culture. Data-driven leadership is a powerful approach for continuously improving educational quality in elementary schools. To maximize its potential, adequate training for educators, the provision of a reliable data management system, and full support from all stakeholders are needed. This approach can help elementary schools make more precise and evidence-based decisions, thus creating a higher-quality learning environment.
