Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai was established to facilitate employees in managing employee funds that are stored and loaned for employees at PT. Envicon Ekatama. Guaranteed service for Koperasi participants needs to be made and designed systems that can support existing businesses.. The computer system at the Koperasi PT. Envicon Ekatama has not been used in its administration such as data input, savings,loan and installment data, as well as reporting requirements. In this study, the Employee Cooperative Information System (KOSIPA) with SQL programming language has been implemented, starting with analyzing the existing system, analyzing needs, creating and designing systems and software and hardware specifications, so that the system can run as expected.

Abstract

PT Kao Indonesia, which was founded in 1985, is engaged in the manufacture of consumer goods with a focus on health, beauty and care products, focusing on the production and sale of products such as detergents, sanitary napkins, body and facial cleansers. consumer. Kao's production sites are in Jababeka – Cikarang for production and KIIC Karawang for the Logistic Center. Inventory of goods or stock is important for companies, both trading companies or factories that carry out production. In order for sales to make a profit, a well-planned inventory is needed. Incorrect recording in inventory can result in company losses in the accounting period. Inventory consists of goods to be processed, goods to be produced, and finished goods. Inventory accounting information system has not been computerized properly. With the Warehouse Accounting system that is integrated with the Marketing, Production and Purchasing sections, Inventory planning is well maintained, so that stock can be maintained, not excessive and not lacking when going into production. Abstract

The development of time information technology is very helpful in every activity such as in work activities in offices, it is very helpful for employees in managing the dissemination of work-related information. PT Akashi Wahana Indonesia supports technological advances based on the 2020 AOP Group Message with the theme: "Enhancing Excellence Thru Digitalization" and environmental issues related to reducing paper use, in order to use paper more effectively. Based on these two problems, every employee of PT. Akashi Wahana Indonesia needs to innovate in their respective jobs so that they can compete in the industrial era 4.0 while still paying attention to the surrounding environment. The Purchasing Project Department currently does not have a system to manage the use of cash advances related to printing, scanning and copying drawing documents outside the company. A web-based cash advance management system application was created, so that the employee concerned does not have to worry about losing invoices for using cash advance when reporting to finance at the end of the period, because every use of cash advance must be input directly into the application and upload proof of invoice. This helps reduce storage space for finance documents, facilitates monitoring of remaining cash advance balances, and minimizes paper usage when printing payment requests, printing proof of receipt of payment requests, and printing realization reports. So that the management of cash advance purchasing projects becomes more effective and efficient.
