Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and contribution of advertisement tax revenue to increase the realization of Mataram City's Local Revenue, and to find out the obstacles faced in regulating advertisement taxpayers and the efforts made to increase advertisement tax revenue. The type of research used is qualitative research. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used is the effectiveness ratio, contribution ratio, and descriptive analysis. The research model used is the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that 2013, 2015 and 2016 the effectiveness of advertisement tax revenue was in the very effective category. As for 2014 and 2017 are in the less effective category. So that if averaged the value of effectiveness is 99.82% with the effective category. The advertisement tax contribution to the PAD is still very less because it is still in a position below 10%.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakt berupa pelatihan pembelajarang darin gdi era new normal di Sekolah MTS ULIL-ALBAB Kecamatan Lambu, Kabupaten Bima bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan pemahaman tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan tentang pentinganya pembelajaran sistem e-learning atau metode online dengan memanfaat Tekhnologi Informasi (TI). Materi yang disampaikan adalah berupa pengenalan terhadap fitur-fitur atau aplikasi pembelajaran daring untuk dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran secara online. Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan diharapkan dapat membantu guru-guru mampu memanfaat IT dalam rangka mensukseskan pembelajaran secara online.  Dan bagi  pimpinan sekolah di lingkungan MTS ULIL-ALBAB untuk dapat mempercepat menyediakan infrastruktur yang memadai bagi guru dan siswa-siswi  yang melaksanakan proses belajar-mengajar secara online. Sasaran dalam kegaitan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru yang ada di Sekolah MTS ULIL-ALBAB Kecamatan Lambu, Kabupaten Bima berjumlah 35 orang. Pelatihan pembelajarang daring dalam rangka peningkatan sumber daya manusia bagi guru dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi pembelajaran daring dilakukan dnegan metode ceramah dan disertai pelatihan mendemonstrasikan cara penggunaan aplikasi pembejaran daring. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan cara kerja aplikasi dan manfaatnya. Sementara metode pelatihan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta langsung mempraktekan  aplikasi tersebut untuk pembelajaran daring. Ketersedian tenaga profesional dalam pelatihan, antusiasme peserta, dukungan kepala sekolah MTS ULIL-ALBAB terhadap pelaksanaan kegaiatan dan dukungan dana dari STIA Mataram, merupakan keberhasilan pengabdian kepadamasyarakat ini. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah belum adanya pengetahuan awal para peserta tentang aplikasi pembelajaran daring, keterbatasan waktu dan letak geografis yang jauh sehingga sinyal internet yang lelet.  Manfaat yang diperoleh peserta dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diantara yaitu (1). Peserta sudah mampu cara tahu fitur-fitur atau aplikasi untuk pembelajaran daring. (2). Peserta sudah mampu memanfaatkan aplikasi pembelajaran daring untuk proses belajar-mengajar secara online yang efektif dan menyenangkan. (3). Peserta sudah bisa membuat kelas online di google cllassroom untuk proses belajar-mengajara selama pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Perkembangan pariwisata di NTB tergolong pesat dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah yang telah menetapkan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah yang merupakan destinasi dan keragaman potensi wisata kelas dunia. Pembangunan wisata Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika di satu sisi berdampak positif dalam pengembangan ekonomi, namun di sisi lain menimbulkan permasalahan terkait isu mengenai pekerja anak (child labour). Penelitian ini dilatari oleh adanya fenomena pekerja anak dalam industri pariwisata Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika yang mana bukan hanya sekedar isu anak menjalankan pekerjaan dengan memperoleh upah saja, akan tetapi lekat sekali dengan eksploitasi, pekerjaan berbahaya, terhambatnya akses pendidikan dan menghambat perkembangan fisik, psikis, dan sosial anak. Konsep modal sosial di masyarakat merupakan hal yang kurang dipahami secara teori oleh masyarakat awam. Namun begitu, ia telah dipraktikkan secara keseharian oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui social capital atau modal sosial yang ada di masyarakat dalam menekan angka pekerja anak pada Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui perspektif fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja anak di kawasan wisata masih sulit untuk dihapus. Pekerja anak belum bisa diatasi secara maksimal karena menyangkut kebiasaan di tengah masyarakat. Pemerintah pusat juga menekankan pencegahan eksploitasi anak di objek wisata. Namun, aktivitas itu masih menjadi pekerjaan rumah bersama. Karena itu, kebijakan perlindungan anak perlu memperkenalkan dan mempertimbangkan konsep tersebut agar seluruh pemangku kepentingan dapat mengawasi kewajiban dan tanggung jawab bersama dalam memberikan perlindungan ini.

Abstract

Along with the development of information technology, the recording of transaction systems in retail trade is very necessary. However, there are still shops/retails that still use the conventional system in every transaction. This of course affects the performance of the store, especially in providing services to consumers. In addition, various required information such as stock of goods and financial reports cannot be obtained accurately. This activity aims to provide training and assistance to Nurfalah Store management in using the POS system for all forms of transactions such as inputting goods, stocking goods, selling and purchasing transactions, financial reports, and various other transactions related to the presentation of store information. The stages of the method used in this service are the preparation stage and the activity implementation stage. In the preparatory stage carried out are site surveys, problem identification, providing simulations of the use of POS to partners. The stages of implementing the activities include the installation of a POS system, training and mentoring, evaluation and reporting of service. The result of this activity is that the application of the POS system is able to provide better service to consumers, because consumers can get shopping receipts. In addition, reports on the presentation of data on goods, stock of goods, sales and purchase transactions, financial reports can be accessed quickly, precisely and accurately when compared to using  a manual system.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is still a threat to all countries, including Indonesia. Various efforts have been made to control its spread. The implementation of micro-based Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) is one of the Government's efforts to control the spread of COVID-19. The micro-based PPKM is implemented by the Government, because the number of COVID-19 cases continues to increase in various regions, including West Lombok Regency, NTB Province. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education about the transmission and prevention of the spread of COVID-19, due to decreased public awareness in implementing health protocols. This activity was carried out in Tempos Tourism Village. The activity stage is the preparation stage, the activity implementation stage, and the reporting stage. At the implementation stage, education was provided about COVID-19 and also the distribution of masks to visitors. The result of this activity is that through education on the transmission of COVID-19 during the micro PPKM period, visitors understand the rules that apply during the micro PPKM period and also the implementation of the 6M health protocol, namely wearing masks, washing hands, keeping distance, reducing travel, increasing immunity and obeying the rules.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi pelayanan perizinan investasi di kota Mataram dan faktor-faktor yang mendorong DPMPTSP untuk terus melakukan inovasi dalam pelayanan perizinan investasi tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan analisanya menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model Miles dan Huberman yaitu dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Jenis data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didaptkan dari hasil wawancara dan data sekunder didapatkan dari dokumen-dokumen yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan perizinan investasi yang dilakukan oleh DPMPTSP adalah mengadakan izin paket (paralel), izin Sehati, pelayanan berbasis digital Online Single Submission (OSS), dan mengadakan acara pada hari minggu OSS Goes To Car Free Day. Faktor-faktor yang mendorong DPMPTSP untuk terus melakukan inovasi diantaranya untuk transparansi pelayanan perizinan, mengurungi adanya pungutan liar, meningkatkan dan memberikan kemudahan akses pelayanan perizinan.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan kedaruratan kesehatan masyarakat. Pemerintah berupaya untuk memberikan kontribusi strategi penanganan Covid-19 dengan tidak mengesampingkan kegiatan perekonomian yang harus tetap berjalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi karyawan Bank terdampak Covid-19 terhadap Protokol Kesehatan dalam pelayanan Perbankan pada PT. Bank NTB Syari’ah Capem Kediri. Adapun permasalahan yang muncul adalah urgensi dualisme kondisi yaitu antara pelayanan perbankan yang harus dilakukan oleh PT. Bank NTB Syari’ah Capem Kediri dan Pandemi dihadapi, disinilah peran Protokol Kesehatan memiliki arti penting yang harus dijalankan oleh Pihak Perbankan agar kegiatan Pelayanan Perbankan tetap dapat terlaksana secara maksimal walau ditengah Pandemi yang mengancam. Peran karyawan Perbankan memiliki posisi yang sangat penting karena karyawan merupakan organ yang bersentuhan langsung dengan masyarakat (Nasabah) yang mana kondisi karyawan Bank yang harus berhadapan langsung dengan nasabah ini sangat rentan untuk tertular Covid-19 yang menjadi Pandemi. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, pada Kantor PT. Bank NTB Syari’ah Capem Kediri telah melakukan Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 dengan prosedur sesuai ketentuan pemerintah dan ditindak lanjuti oleh Karyawan Bank untuk diterapkan dalam kegiatan Pelayanan Perbankan sesuai Perundang-undangan Negara Republik Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service activity is aimed at empowering the capacity of higher education institutions in an effort to increase the community's ability to utilize knowledge to carry out Mangrove reforestation to prevent seawater abrasion and preserve the coastal environment and aims at coastal conservation. This service activity was carried out by representatives of STIA Mataram lecturers together with Panca Marga Youth activists in the NTB region and community members around Gili Petagan Sambelia National Park, East Lombok. The method used is counseling and direct action in the form of planting Mangrove seedlings at the planting site. From the results of this community service, a stretch of Mangrove seedlings that have been planted neatly filled the coast of Gili Petagan Sambelia National Park - East Lombok, it is hoped that later this Mangrove forest can withstand the waves so as to prevent abrasion. Given the importance of this community service because it can provide support and guidance for the community who will take similar actions in the future, it is hoped that this service activity can be carried out continuously

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure of the economy, leading sectors and projected economic growth in the leading sectors in 2024 in East Lombok Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data used is secondary data in the form of GRDP data by field of business at current prices and at constant prices, both for the area being analyzed, namely East Lombok Regency and for the reference area, namely West Nusa Tenggara Province. The data analysis technique used to determine the structure of the economy is using the Klassen Typology analysis. To analyze leading sectors using Location Quotient (LQ) analysis. Meanwhile, to analyze economic growth projections using Shift-Share analysis. The results of the study found that, based on the Klassen Typology analysis, there are 5 business sectors in quadrant I with the category of advanced and fast-growing sectors, quadrant II, there are 4 business sectors with the advanced sector category but depressed, quadrant III, there are 7 business sectors with the potential sector category or can still grow rapidly, and quadrant IV there is 1 business sector with relatively lagging sector categories. Analysis of Location Quotient (LQ) which has LQ> 1 means that it is a leading sector, there are 9 leading sectors in the East Lombok Regency area. Analysis of the economic growth projections for the leading sectors in 2014 for the East Lombok Regency as a whole is around 7.6%.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the economic sectors that contributes significantly to both GDP and GRDP. Tourism in NTB Province experienced a decline in visits during the Covid-19 pandemic. Lombok Island is a tourist destination that has great potential to be developed. One area in Lombok that has a lot of tourism potential is Batu Putih Village, Sekotong District, West Lombok Regency. Geographically, Batu Putih Village is a coastal village so most of its tourist destinations are marine tourism. Even though it has a lot of tourism potential, it still cannot increase the number of visits and help the community's economy. The partner's problem is the lack of understanding of the local community to develop and introduce tourism potential in their area, so that a media is needed to be able to introduce tourism to Batu Putih Village. The purpose of this community service activity is to introduce Batu Putih Village tourism to the public through catalog media. The results of this PKM activity are that several tourist sites displayed in the tourist log are tourism icons in Batu Putih Village which consist of Pao-Pao Beach, Kores Beach, Gelundung Beach, Bangko-Bangko Beach which is one of the well-known beaches to foreign countries for surfers. and also artificial tourism in the form of the Bendungan Tibu Kuning.
