Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui latar alamiah, rekrutmen dan seleksi, orientasi dan penempatan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta penilaian kinerja pendidik di MTs Al-Burhan kota Bandung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi/ pengamatan, dan studi dokumen atau menyalin. Jenis yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif, bersumber dari kepala sekolah, staf sekolah, dan tenaga pendidik. Metode penelitian yaitu analisis deskriftif berupa kata-kata dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Untuk mencapai derajat keabsahan data penulis mengadakan perpanjangan ikut serta, ketekunan pengamatan, tringulasi, pengecekan sejawat, kecukupan referensi, kajian atau analisis kasus negatif, pengecekan anggota, uraian rinci, audit kebergantungan dan audit kepastian. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dan ditemukan data-data bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen tenaga pendidik di MTs Al-Burhan Kota Bandung mengacu kepada kebijakan pemerintah tentang standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan baik secara kualifikasi mapun kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh pendidik. Perekrutan, kepala sekolah telah manarik para pelamar untuk dipekerjakan di sekolah tersebut, dan memposisikan guru-guru sesuai kualifikasi dan kemampuan guru masing-masing. Seleksi, proses memilih calon tenaga pendidik yang memenuhi syarat. Orientasi, proses perkenalan guru baru dengan guru-guru yang sudah lama mengajar di sekolah tersebut, dengan tokoh masyarakat, peserta didik, serta fasilitas pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah tersebut. Penempatan, kepala sekolah memberikan tugas/ penempatan terhadap guru baru melalui surat keputusan. Selanjutnya para guru diikutsertakan untuk mengikuti pelatihan dan pengembangan guna meningkatkan potensi pendidik. Penilaian, dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan pemerintah mengacu pada delapan standar yang sudah ditentukan oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

Manajemen sangat menentukan sebuah organisasi dalam mencapai suatu keberhasilan organisasi, organisasi dibentuk untuk mencapai tujuan bersama, namun untuk mencapai tujuan secara efektif diperlukan manajemen yang baik dan benar. Manajemen organisasi santri atau Dewan Santri (DESAN) Pesantren Miftahul Falah meliputi proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan serta meliputi tujuan organisasi, struktur organisasi, perilaku organisasi, dan budaya organisasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tujuan organisasi santri yaitu untuk menyatukan, mengembangkan, membentuk serta memfasilitasi apa yang dibutuhan santri serta membangun jiwa seorang pemimpin yang berkepribadian matang. Struktur organisasi santri seperti struktur pemerintahan dimana adanya ketua Rois yang  mempunyai anggota-anggotanya yang telah di bagi ke dalam beberapa divisi. Perilaku anggota organisasi santri yaitu menujukan perilaku pengurus dalam pengaturan organisasi, hubungan antar individu dan kelompok dengan organisasi, dan organsiasi itu sendiri. Budaya organisasi santri tidak terlepas dari adanya perbedaan ciri khas tetapi budaya organisasi tetap pada nilai-nilai keislaman. pelaksanaan manajemen organisasi santri menunjukan menggunakan fungsi-fungsi manajemen yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan manajemen organisasi santri terdapat keberhasilan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif, secara kuantitatif santri menjadi bertambah, sedangakan secara kualitatif eksistensi santri terlihat oleh masyarakat. Keberhasilan tersebut  tidak terlepas dari faktor penunjang dan faktor penghambat. Faktor penunjang meliputi lingkungan asrama yang berdekatan sehingga penyampaikan informasi lebih mudah, kemudian dukungan dari masyarakat atas kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh pengurus Desan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi; kurang adanya tanggung jawab dari pengurus, santri sebagai mahasiswa, kurang ketegasan dari rois Desan, komunikasi dan koordinasi tidak berjalan maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to theoretically examine the concepts, principles, and approaches to educational cost supervision within the framework of Islamic education management, using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The focus of the review addresses two main research questions: (1) How are the concepts, principles, and approaches to educational cost supervision described in the literature on Islamic education management? and (2) How are Islamic values such as amanah (trust), justice, shura (consultation), and accountability integrated into cost supervision strategies according to previous studies? The review of 15 scholarly articles reveals that supervision of educational expenses involves not only technical and administrative dimensions but also must be grounded in Islamic ethical and spiritual values. Although the application of these principles has begun in several Islamic educational institutions, it has not yet been fully systematic or participatory. This study highlights the importance of developing a cost supervision model that integrates Islamic ethical values, stakeholder involvement, and value-based audit systems. It recommends that future research adopt an empirical approach to test the practical effectiveness of implementing Islamic values in financial supervision within educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of education costs at the Daarut Tauhiid Islamic Boarding School by examining financing policies, budget planning, implementation and use of funds, financial organization, supervision and its contribution to the quality of education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the Islamic boarding school financing policy is based on sharia principles, accountability, and participation. Budget planning is carried out systematically through identification of needs, analysis of funding sources, and determination of program priorities. The implementation of the use of funds is carried out according to plan, with transparent and flexible recording of the dynamics of needs. The organization of funds is carried out through a clear and professional structure, while supervision is carried out periodically through internal and external audits. Financing support has been proven to contribute to improving the quality of education through improving facilities and infrastructure, improving teacher welfare, and strengthening the character education program for students. This study recommends increasing public participation in financial supervision and diversifying financing sources through productive waqf and Islamic boarding school business units.

Abstract

Educational policy serves as a strategic foundation in national development, as it directly influences the quality of human resources produced. This article comprehensively examines three key aspects within the realm of public policy, namely problem formulation, educational policy formulation, and policy adoption. The method employed in this study is a literature review. In the problem formulation stage, emphasis is placed on the importance of accurately and systematically identifying issues so that the resulting policies are relevant to societal needs and capable of addressing contemporary challenges. Furthermore, policy formulation is analyzed by considering the role of internal and external factors, the application of policy theories, as well as the contributions of various actors involved in the process of drafting and establishing educational policies. In terms of policy adoption, this article reviews best practices from countries with excellent education systems, such as Finland, Japan, and South Korea, while also exploring the potential for their implementation in the Indonesian context. The integration of these three aspects is expected to foster educational policies that are more adaptive, democratic, inclusive, and oriented toward the sustainable improvement of human resource quality.
