Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the study is to find out how the influence of working capital management on conventional banks listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of all national commercial banks in Indonesia that are listed on the Stock Exchange from 2013-2017. From the whole study sample for 5 years, there were 245 observations which were then analyzed using the fixed effect approach after going through the stages of selecting the best model. The results of this study found that working capital management has a positive effect on the profitability of conventional banks with R2 values of 86.73%, which means that the model is very good at explaining the research variables. In this study, DCP found a positive effect on profitability, while CPP and CCC negatively affected the profitability of conventional banks, while the control variable namely leverage had a positive effect and the size of the company had a negative effect.AbstrakTujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh manajemen modal kerja pada bank konvensional yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2013-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel seluruh bank umum nasional di Indonesia yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2013-2017. Dari keseluruhan sampel penelitian selama 5 tahun diperoleh jumlah 245 observasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan fixed effect setelah melalui tahapan pemilihan model terbaik. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa manajemen modal kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas bank konvensional dengan nilai R2 sebesar 86.73%, yang artinya model sangat baik menjelaskan variabel penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan DCP berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan CPP dan CCC berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas bank konvesional, sedangkan variabel kontrol yaitu leverage berpengaruh positif dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif.Kata Kunci: profitability; working capital

Abstract

Perkembangan Sekolah Islam Terpadu sejak mulai berdirinya tahun 2003 terlihat sangat progres, tercatat per tahun 2023 berjumlah 2.460 sekolah yang tersebar di seluruh provinsi Indonesia. artinya animo peminatnya cukup banyak terutama di kalangan masyarakat muslim perkotaan. Sekolah Islam Terpadu menawarkan warna tersendiri bagi Pendidikan di Indonesia yaitu mengintegrasikan kurikulum nasional dengan kurikulum agama sehingga memunculkan kekhasan tersendiri dan menghadirkan konsep Pendidikan yang holistik yang selama ini orang harapkan tidak ada dikotomi Pendidikan (ilmu umum dan ilmu agama). Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui dan menganalisis terkait tantangan dan peluang dalam pengelolaan Sekolah Islam Terpadu perspektif Total Quality Management. Melalui kajian Pustaka yang cermat peneliti melakukan analisis deskriptif dan menemukan apa saja peluang dan tantangannya, dan dikaji melalui konsep Total Quality Management terutama Implementasi dalam bidang Pendidikan. Ditemukan peluang yang paling fundamental adalah konsep pendidikan terpadu bukan lagi sebagai alternatif tapi jadi prioritas bagi sebagian orang dan SIT dengan konsep boarding school diminati dan menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas antar daerah . Sedangkan tantangannya adalah biaya sekolah tinggi dibanding sekolah umum dan regulasi pemerintah dan tantangan zaman selalu berubah dan dinamis.

Abstract

Globalization presents significant challenges for Islamic education, especially in maintaining its identity amid modernization and global demands. This study uses a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach with a literature study method, utilizing secondary data sources such as academic journals, books, and relevant articles from platforms such as Google Scholar and Scopus. This study aims to analyze the adaptation strategy of Islamic education to sociocultural changes in Indonesia's globalization era. Data were collected through a literature review and analyzed using a thematic approach to identify key patterns such as globalization's impact, educational institutions' challenges, and the integration of Islamic values in education. The study's findings show that Islamic education faces the challenges of globalization, especially in maintaining the relevance of traditional Islamic values. The main strategy is digitalizing learning and adaptive curriculum based on Islamic values. Educator training and cross-sector collaboration are important to improve the competitiveness of Islamic education. The optimal use of technology allows Islamic education to remain inclusive and competitive globally. Islamic education can maintain its identity while contributing to creating a global society that is fair, inclusive, and based on Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify transformational leadership strategies based on Islamic values that effectively drive positive change and achieve excellence in Islamic educational institutions. By integrating Islamic values into the dimensions of transformational leadership, the findings reveal that these strategies enhance educational quality, shape students’ noble character, and strengthen institutional competitiveness. The findings also highlight the importance of continuous training, community collaboration, and the development of an inspiring vision as key steps in implementing these strategies. However, the study's limitations include a narrow data scope and insufficient exploration of the role of technology in supporting institutional transformation. This research provides significant contributions both theoretically and practically, offering concrete guidelines for leaders of Islamic educational institutions to create sustainable transformation. In conclusion, transformational leadership based on Islamic values is a relevant strategic approach to addressing global challenges and achieving the vision of excellence in Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to theoretically examine the concepts, principles, and approaches to educational cost supervision within the framework of Islamic education management, using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The focus of the review addresses two main research questions: (1) How are the concepts, principles, and approaches to educational cost supervision described in the literature on Islamic education management? and (2) How are Islamic values such as amanah (trust), justice, shura (consultation), and accountability integrated into cost supervision strategies according to previous studies? The review of 15 scholarly articles reveals that supervision of educational expenses involves not only technical and administrative dimensions but also must be grounded in Islamic ethical and spiritual values. Although the application of these principles has begun in several Islamic educational institutions, it has not yet been fully systematic or participatory. This study highlights the importance of developing a cost supervision model that integrates Islamic ethical values, stakeholder involvement, and value-based audit systems. It recommends that future research adopt an empirical approach to test the practical effectiveness of implementing Islamic values in financial supervision within educational institutions.

Abstract

Globalisasi telah membawa tantangan baru bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam, termasuk pesantren, untuk beradaptasi dalam meningkatkan daya saing global tanpa menghilangkan identitas keislamannya. Salah satu strategi adaptif yang diterapkan adalah program overseas dan umrah edukatif bagi santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dan tantangan implementasi program internasionalisasi pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren As-Syifa Sagalaherang Subang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, didukung oleh teori experiential learning (Kolb, 2000) dan tinjauan literatur terkait transformasi pendidikan pesantren dalam konteks global. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi global santri melalui penguatan kemampuan bahasa, hafalan Al-Quran dan pemahaman lintas budaya, serta penanaman nilai spiritual dan kepemimpinan. Tantangan yang muncul berupa perbedaan bahasa, adaptasi lingkungan, dan tekanan psikologis berhasil diatasi melalui pola pembinaan adaptif berbasis nilai pesantren. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pesantren memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi aktor utama dalam globalisasi pendidikan Islam, asalkan didukung dengan desain program yang kontekstual, berkelanjutan, dan terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai lokal.

Abstract

Strengthening Islamic character education through Pancasila values is a strategic priority in Islamic higher education (PTKIS), particularly at the As-Syifa Subang College of Al-Qur'anic Studies (STIQ). This study aims to examine three main aspects. First, the forms of character strengthening through Pancasila values manifested in curriculum integration, instilling values through campus activities such as community service, social service, and volunteer work, and the exemplary behavior of faculty members and leadership. Second, the factors influencing character development, including internal factors such as institutional vision, integrated curriculum, and educator capacity, as well as external factors such as national policies, social dynamics, and globalization trends. Third, the implications of character strengthening, both positive, such as increased religiosity, nationalism, and social tolerance, and negative, such as psychological pressure and the potential for exclusivism. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving 50 students as the main informants. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentary studies, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the innovation in New Student Admission Management (PPDB) at As-Syifa Boarding School Subang. The research focuses on the application of information technology and digital systems as modern approaches to the PPDB process. The utilization of technology has proven to enhance the efficiency of the admission process by saving time and resources while reducing the risk of manual errors. Furthermore, improved transparency and accessibility at every stage of the admission process have been achieved, offering a more positive experience for prospective students and their parents. To reach prospective students from various regions across Indonesia and even abroad, As-Syifa effectively implements paid promotion strategies. Promotions are conducted through various popular social media platforms. Creative promotional content successfully captures the attention of the target audience. This strategy is supported by local and international networks, broadening the scope of promotion and strengthening the institution's image. A rigorous selection process is applied to ensure that only students meeting high passing scores are admitted, with consideration of academic achievements, character values, and leadership potential. This study concludes that innovations in PPDB management, through the use of information technology and effective promotional strategies, have a significant impact on improving the quality of prospective student admissions.

Abstract

Era kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah membawa transformasi besar dalam dunia ilmu pengetahuan, mengubah cara pengetahuan diproduksi, diolah, dan disebarkan. Namun, perkembangan teknologi ini juga menimbulkan tantangan serius terhadap integritas epistemologi yang menjadi dasar bagi ilmu pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hakikat ilmu pengetahuan dalam konteks perkembangan AI dan bagaimana ilmu pengetahuan dapat mempertahankan integritasnya di tengah maraknya automasi. Dalam studi ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis literatur yang relevan terkait dengan filsafat ilmu, etika teknologi, dan dampak AI terhadap epistemologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun AI menawarkan efisiensi dan kemajuan dalam penelitian ilmiah, tetap saja ada risiko terkait dengan ketergantungan yang berlebihan pada data dan potensi bias algoritma. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara kemajuan teknologi dan prinsip-prinsip epistemologi untuk memastikan kualitas dan keabsahan pengetahuan yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ilmu pengetahuan harus beradaptasi dengan teknologi AI, namun tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai integritas ilmiah untuk menjaga relevansi dan kebenaran pengetahuan.
