Increasing land use activities has an impact on changes in land use which can disrupt sustainability which has an impact on disrupting the concept of sustainable development. This article discusses the concept of spatial control policies to realize the concept of sustainable development. By using the method of normative juridical approach, with the specification of analytical descriptive research which is sourced from secondary data, primary legal materials, a spatial control policy is produced which is very important and urgent to strictly implement the mandate of the Law on Spatial Planning. Spatial planning policy synchronization must be carried out so that there are no overlapping policies between the government, provincial government and district government. Compliance with the Spatial Planning Law and its derivatives will be able to realize the concept of sustainable development, in which in the end development is not only for present interests but also for future interests. Welfare which is the goal of the government will be realized as mandated by Paragraph 4 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

Persoalan muncul kalau pejabat yang keputusannya dibatalkan pengadilan tidak mau melaksanakan putusan pengadilan yang telah memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana politik hukum perubahan Pasal 116 UU Nomor 5 Tahun 1986 dan apa yang harus dilakukan oleh pencari keadilan untuk mendapatkan keadilan apabila ada kendala setelah putusan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, sedangkan spesifikasi penelitian adalah deskriptif analytics, maka data yang dipakai adalah data sekunder sebagai data utama yang berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Ternyata perubahan terhadap Pasal 116 UU Tentang Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara diarahkan untuk memberikan kepastian dan rasa keadilan para pencari keadilan melalui PTUN. Manakala tetap ada pejabat yang tidak melaksanakan isi putusan pengadilan yang telah memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap , maka berdasarkan ketentuan UU Nomor 30 Tahun 2014 tentang Administrasi Pemerintahan, atasan pejabat yang bersangkutan dapat mencabut atau membatalkan keputusan tata usaha negara yang dibatalkan oleh pengadilan dan telah memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap.

The crime of online gambling is an act that is prohibited and is a form of action that is contrary to religious, moral and positive legal norms. The problem of gambling has existed for a long time, gambling activities are considered to be something that is usually done by the community, therefore gambling is difficult to eradicate. The emergence of the internet made gambling even more varied, gamblers did not need to meet other players to play gambling. The problems are formulated as follows: (1) How the Police Prevent Online Gambling Crimes in the Legal Area of the Grobogan Police. The use of electronic media to function as digital data in making agreements will have an impact on the performance of companies that carry out their activities using electronic media such as the internet, but agreements made via the internet do not mean they do not cause problems. This problem is with the development of crime that utilizes the internet network, namely the rise of fraud via the internet, especially in online transactions. The government's efforts to provide consumer protection have been reflected in the establishment of Law No. 6 of 19999 concerning Consumer Protection. Where it has been regulated regarding the rights and obligations of consumers. In addition, there are rights and obligations for the seller. Therefore the authors are interested in conducting research with the title "Legal Protection of Consumers who are disadvantaged in buying and selling transactions of goods at online shops". The formulation of this problem is How to Legal Protection Against Consumers Who Are Aggrieved in Buying and Selling Transactions through Shopee E-commerce according to Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and How is Shopee's policy in protecting consumers in transactions who are disadvantaged in buying and selling transactions. This study uses a normative juridical type with a qualitative descriptive analysis focusing on secondary data. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection Law has provided efforts to protect buying and selling transactions online, namely the inclusion of rights and obligations owned by sellers and buyers that must be fulfilled. Concerning protection for online transactions at Shopee, Shopee also has various policies that refer to the provisions of Government Regulation (PP) number 80 of 2019 concerning Trading Through Electronic Systems (UU PMSE), namely Article 26 which contains the fulfillment of obligations for business actors and Article 27 which contains the provision of compliant services. The form of legal protection provided to consumers is particularly related to forms of loss such as default, unilateral cancellation, and Shopee account breaches.

Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is a Land Registration activity for the first time which is carried out simultaneously for all Land Registration objects throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in one village/kelurahan area. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Sukorejo, Tunjungan District and to find out the factors that became obstacles in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The method in this research is a juridical method. The normative juridical method is based on the main legal materials to conduct research on relevant theories, concepts, legal principles and laws and regulations. The specification in this research is descriptive analysis. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study The implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program has been going well in terms of standards and targets. PTSL officers have followed the instructions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and have been understood by the parties involved in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Tunjungan District, Blora Regency. Factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program at the Blora District Land Office are internal factors.

This article discusses the role of the Police Security Intelligence Unit in maintaining security and helping uncover criminal acts. The study focuses on the duties and functions of the Blora Police Security Intelligence Unit, as well as the obstacles it faces in carrying out its duties. The research concludes that the Blora Police Satintelkam faces several obstacles due to the insufficient number of personnel and lack of necessary facilities. The article suggests that the Blora Police should consider adding more personnel to the Satintelkam and improving its facilities to make it more effective in tackling crime in the Blora Regency area.

Indonesia is a constitutional state with laws governing all aspects of social life, including the Indonesian National Police (Polri), which is responsible for maintaining public order and security, law enforcement, protection, and service to the community. To enhance community policing, Polri adopted the concept of "Polmas" in 2005. A study was conducted in Sempu Village, Kunduran District, Blora Regency, to examine the obstacles and efforts in maintaining security and order by the Bhabinkamtibmas unit. Bhabinkamtibmas carries out duties and functions, such as Sambang and appeal activities, and visits to the community. The study found that the Bhabinkamtibmas unit faces obstacles such as low human resources and dual duties. To overcome these obstacles, structured approaches to the community were taken, including inviting the community to chat and attend counseling activities, leading to better communication and gathering of information from the community

Upaya perlindungan hukum terhadap koban tindak pidana kekerasan seksual melalui media online merupakan wujud nyata dari penegakan hukum pidana bagi korban, hal ini merupakan suatu proses pemenuhan hak-hak korban tindak pidana, hal ini merupakan cita-cita dari penegakan hukum pidana di Indonesia. Korban merupakan pihak yang dirugikan dari tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh pelaku, hal ini dikarenakan hak-hak korban direnggut secara paksa oleh pelaku, oleh sebab itulah negara sebagai bentuk perlindungan terhadap warga negaranya wajib melakukan upaya upaya perlindungan bagi korban tindak pidana kekerasan seksual melalui media online. Karena dengan menghukum pelaku tindak pidana tidak menjamin hak-hak korban tindak pidana dapat dipenuhi oleh negara.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif yang dibantu sosiologis. Spesifikasi penelitiannya berupa deskriptif analisis dengan tahapan penelitian berupa penelitian kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi dokumen dan wawancara. Metode analisis data dilakukan berupa yuridis kualitatif yaitu dengan mengkaji penelitian berdasarkan hukum positif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa upaya perlindungan hukum bagi korban tindak pidana kekerasan seksual melalui media online dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara seperti, memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi korban tindak pidana kekerasan seksual, memberikan pembekalan keterampilan khusus bagi korban tindak pidana, hal ini berfungsi untuk bekal kehidupan bagi korban, dan melakukan perlindungan identitas korban, hal ini guna menekan beban pskis bagi korban tidak pidana kekerasan seksual melalui media online.

Schools, as educational facilities, have a crucial role in improving the quality and standards of national education to make it more advanced. In line with the introduction to PERMENDIKBUD No. 18 of 2019, the government provides compensation in the form of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) with the aim of helping fund school operational and non-personnel costs. Implementing school operational assistance is part of the state's responsibility to provide financing to the entire community and is an implementation of the mandate of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia to make the nation's life intelligent. Therefore, the author is interested in analyzing it in research entitled "Legal Responsibilities for Management of School Operational Assistance Funds at SD Negeri 1 Kunjeng, Gubug District" with the problem of what is the legal basis for managing School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) at SD Negeri 1 Kunjeng and how? Legal responsibility for managing social assistance funds at SD N 1 Kunjeng, Gubug District. This research uses normative juridical which focuses on secondary data supported by the results of interviews and observations and analyzed qualitatively. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the legal basis for managing BOS funds at SD Negeri 1 Kunjeng is rooted in the 1945 Constitution, specifically Article 31B paragraphs (2) and (3), which requires the state to organize an equitable and high-quality national education system. UUSPN No. 20 of 2003 also becomes the legal basis with Article 50 paragraph (2) which requires the government to provide financial assistance for basic education. Technical instructions from PERMENDIKBUD No. 2 of 2022 provides detailed regulations regarding the management of BOS funds according to the needs of educational units, supporting the government's efforts to create equal and quality access to education. Legal responsibility for managing BOS funds at SD Negeri 1 Kunjeng is centered on the principal and the entire school. The 1945 Constitution requires the state to provide free basic education through a 9-year compulsory education program. BOS funds, as a state financial tool, are channeled directly to schools with the principles of flexibility and transparency

Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) is a local term that appeared in Indonesia to replace the term Ornop as a translation of Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). NGO together with the government and the private sector have a role to play in realizing good governance. Because of the strategic role of the NGO, it also requires good governance for NGO so that in the process of manifesting their roles can be accounted for to the community.The approach used to solve problems in scientific articles in the form of conceptual thinking uses normative approach methods, with skunder data sources, which are primary, skunder and tertiary legal materials. Law No. 14 of 2008 on Public Information Disclosure, classifies that non-governmental organizations whose sources of financing come from all or as from the State Budget/APBD, community donations, and/or foreign aid are public bodies. As a public body, NGO have an obligation to provide public information that is periodic, immediately and at any time that is easily accessible to the public. The urgency of transparency in the management of NGO can be seen from philosophical, juridical and sociological aspects. With the transparency of NGO management, there will be no more suspicions about NGO in Indonesia.
