Mayoritas masyarakat di Desa Pemberwarno bermata pencaharian sebagai petani, baik sebagai petani jagung, ubi kayu, dan padi. Harga panen yang tidak stabil cenderung membuat masyarakat kecewa karena tidak jarang memenuhi harga yang tidak sesuai ekspektasi. Oleh karena itu, masyarakat harus jeli dalam mengantisipasi hasil panen yang tidak memuaskan salah satunya dengan mengolah limbah tanaman untuk dimanfaatkan menjadi penghasilan tambahan. Limbah jagung misalnya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembuatan jamur janggel. Jagung biasanya dijual setelah melalui proses penggilingan hingga biji jagung terlepas dari tongkolnya. Setelah itu tongkol jagung atau biasa disebut janggel digunakan sebagai bahan bakar untuk memasak secara tradisional dan dibuang begitu saja tanpa ada gunanya. Oleh karena itu tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pembinaan kepada masyarakat agar memperoleh nilai tambah pendapatan melalui pemanfaatan tongkol jagung sebagai media pembuatan jamur janggel. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan peningkatan penjualan jamur jejel yang cukup besar dengan harga perkilogram mencapai 35 ribu hingga 40 ribu rupiah. Untuk pemasarannya masih sebatas pasar tradisional.Training on the Utilization of Corn Cobs as Media for Making Janggel Mushrooms in the village ofgantiwarno, East LampungAbstractMajority of the people in Pemberwarno village livelihood as farmers, both as corn, cassava, and rice farmers. Unstable harvest prices tend to make people disappointed because it is not uncommon to meet prices that do not match expectations. Therefore, the public must be smart in anticipating unsatisfactory crops one of them by treating crop waste to be utilized to be additional income. Corn waste, for example, can be used as a medium for making mushroom janggel. Corn is usually sold after going through the milling process until the seeds of corn are separated from the cobs. After that corncobs or commonly called janggel used as fuel for cooking traditionally and just thrown away without any use. Therefore, the purpose of this dedication is to provide training to the public in order to obtain value-added income through the utilization of corncob as a medium for making mushroom janggel. The results obtained indicate a considerable increase of sales of mushrooms jejel with perkilogram prices reached 35 thousand to 40 thousand dollars. For marketing is still limited to traditional markets.Â

The purpose of this study was to describe numeracy literacy in the thematic learning of senior elementary school students. This writing is done through literature study. The object of this research is numeracy literacy and thematic learning. The research subjects were elementary school upper class students. The data collection tool in this research is to search journals contained in several electronic media such as digital libraries, the internet, through Google Scholar. The data analysis technique used in this study was annotated bibliography analysis. The results showed that numeracy literacy in thematic learning of upper grade students of elementary school Numeracy literacy in thematic learning of upper grade elementary school students can be done by providing stimulus to students. To stimulate student curiosity, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, the capacity of school residents, and the capacity of stakeholders, a numeracy literacy work program twice a week before learning hours takes place, a mathematics and non-mathematics teacher training for thematic learning based on numeracy literacy is held, and fostering love reading to students and learning experiences that are fun while stimulating the imagination.

Concidentally educator in chosed instruction model influence of communicate skill level and concept’s mastery. Communicate skill and concept’s mastery to training by instruction model appropriate would be accompany student for more significant instruction. The research for get a effective instruction model in increase communicate skill and concept’s mastery to acid-based materials. Learning Cycle 3E model consist from 3 phase : Exploration, Explanation, Elaboration. Sample in research is students in senior high school state 1 pekalongan, Class XI sains one and XI sains four, even semester school year 20012-2013 have a same characteristics. The research is kuasi-experiment method with non equivalent pretest and posttest control group design. Effectiveness LC 3E measure and based on significant gain increase. The research indicated average value N-gain communicate skill. For control and experiment class each 0,55 and 0,66 and average N-gain concept’s mastery for control and experiment class 0,53 and 0,65. Based on hypothesis test, know that class with LC 3E instruction have communicate skill and concept’s mastery more high than class with convensional instruction. In this matter , indicated that LC 3E effective to increase communicate skill and concept’s mastery.Kata kunci : keterampilan mengkomunikasikan, model Learning Cycle 3E, penguasaan konsep

This study aims to 1) Know students' initial cognitive abilities in acid-base material, 2) Know students' cognitive enhancements in acid-base material, 3) Know the effectiveness of learning 5E Learning cycle in improving students' cognitive on acid-base material. Learning Cycle 5E learning model consists of 5 phases, namely Engagment phase, exploration, explaination, elaboration, and evaluation. Traditional learning models follow learning that is commonly used by teachers in everyday learning. This research is an experimental study with the number of samples in the experimental class using 30E learning cycle learning models as many as 30 students and control classes using traditional learning models of 30 students. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA N 1 Pekalongan, Lampung. The sample in this study were students of Pekalongan 1 Public High School class XI IPA1 and XI IPA4 who had the same cognitive abilities. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with Non Equivalent (Pretest and Posttest) Control Group Design. The effectiveness of the 5E Learning Cycle learning model was measured based on the increase in students' cognitive abilities significantly. The results showed that the Learning Cycle 5E learning model was better at improving students' cognitive compared to Traditional methods. This can be seen from the average gain score of students' cognitive abilities for Traditional learning models and the 5E Learning Cycle Learning Model 0.53 and 0.65 respectively.

This study aims: to produce a learning model based on Local Wisdom Piil Pesenggiri knowledge that has characteristics that can improve the process skills and values of elementary school characters, produce a science learning model based on Piil Pesenggiri Local Wisdom based on appropriate knowledge to improve process skills and values of elementary school character, produce a model of science learning based on Piil Pesenggiri Local Wisdom which is effective for improving the process skills and characters values of elementary school. This research using the ADDIE step of the Research and Development method. The trial subjects included elementary school grade IV students in Lampung Province. Need assessment data is collected by interview, questionnaire, and observation. The feasibility data of the learning model were collected using a validation sheet questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively and statistically. This study's results are expected to make the model of learning science-based on local wisdom Piil Pesenggiri can lead to the development of a learning science model on local wisdom in other regions throughout Indonesia. This development is expected to help students be more interested in learning, understanding their own culture, and becoming students who have good character values.

Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan instrumen penilaian kinerja berbasis Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengikuti tujuh tahap metode Borg and Gall. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, angket, dokumentasi, dan tes kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli evaluasi dan ahli bahasa diperoleh rata-rata 83,7% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil uji reliabilitas cronbach's alpha menunjukkan hasil 0,79 > 0,5 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen pada penilaian kinerja reliabel atau konsisten dengan kategori tinggi. Uji efektifitas merujuk hasil pretest dan post test menggunakan Uji T Paired, didapatkan nilai mutlak 15,646 berarti t hitung > t tabel (2,040), sehingga disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan instrumen penilaian kinerja berbasis model Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini juga menguji aspek kepraktisan dimana instrumen yang dikembangkan memperoleh hasil rata-rata respon dari pendidik sebesar 93,7% dan rata-rata respon peserta didik sebesar 95,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak.

Educational staff is one of the main elements that determine the success of higher education. One of the factors that affect the performance of educational staff is a performance reward in the form of remuneration. The purpose of this study is to build a performance management model for educational staff at the State University Public Service Agency (SUPSA). The approach used Soft System Methodology and the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The samples in this study were educational staff at the State University Public Service Agency in Lampung Province. Based on the results of the SSM, it shows that many parties have an interest in the performance of education personnel, namely lecturers, students, unit leaders, the Chancellor, as well as the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Finance. The AHP results indicate that the priority of the education staff performance strategy is based on competence and performance measurement. The limitation of this research is that the SSM stage is carried out only in the sixth stage of the seven stages. It is also necessary to conduct a study on activity mapping and business process preparation as part of the development of a performance management application system for education personnel.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 149 siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V di SDN Dwikora dengan kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 23 siswa dan kelas VB sebagai kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 27 siswa dengan jumlah sampel 50 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V SD.Kata kunci: Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif, Matematika, Problem Based Learning

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan produk LKPD berbasis Konstruktivisme yang valid dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang merujuk teori R&D Borg & Gall. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik V SD di Desa Raman Aji Kecamatan Raman Utara Lampung Timur. Sampel penelitian yang ditentukan dengan purposive sampling adalah 25 peserta didik kelas VA SD Negeri 2 Raman Aji. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar angket dan soal tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa LKPD berbasis konstruktivisme layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli desain dengan katagori “Sangat Layak”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis konstruktivisme Sangat layak dan Efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD.

Analysis of Physics Learning Outcomes in Terms of Student Learning Habits Fitri April Yanti; Anatri Desstya; Ryzal Perdana

This study aims to determine: (1) the level of suitability of students' physics learning habits, (2) the level of suitability of students' physics learning outcomes in terms of students' learning habits. Descriptive research method is used in this research. The research sample consisted of 30 grade VII students of SMP PGRI 3 Sekampung which were obtained through proportional random sampling technique. The test method is used to obtain data on learning outcomes. Questionnaire and interview methods were used to obtain data on the results of learning habits. Data were analyzed using scoring with good, moderate, and poor criteria. The results showed that: (1) grade VII students of SMP PGRI 3 Sekampung had "good" learning habits (40%) and the proportion "moderate" (40%), (2) grade VII students of SMP PGRI 3 Sekampung had a good match between the proportion of study habits and learning outcomes (80%).
