Abstract

Perumahan dan permukiman juga merupakan bagian dari pembangunan nasional yang perlu terus ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan secara terpadu, terarah, terencana, dan berkesinambungan. Permasalahan  yang muncul dari adanya  permukiman kumuh dari segi pemerintahan adalah pemerintah dianggap dan dipandang tidak cakap dan tidak peduli dalam  menangani pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Sementara dampak sosialnya , dimana sebagian masyarakat kumuh adalah masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dengan kemampuan ekonomi menengah ke bawah dianggap sebagai sumber ketidakteraturan dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap norma-norma sosial. Dengan  ditentukannya permukiman kumuh dapat membantu peran masyarakat maupun pemerintah untuk lebih aktif dalam pemulihan pemukiman sekitar, sehingga masyarakat tidak terjangkit penyakit ataupun terhindar dari bahaya. Sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mengetahui pemukiman kumuh  menggunakan Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making dengan metode Simple Additive. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot dari setiap atribut. Dari nilai vektor nilai yang paling kecil ada pada alternatif A2  yang terpilih sebagai desa yang paling kumuh, yang memiliki tingkat paling kumuh diantara alternatif yang lainnya dengan nilai bobot 0,35.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Pugung merupakan salah satu SMK di kabupaten Tanggamus, memiliki tiga program keahlian yaitu Teknik Kendaraan Ringan, Teknik Audio Video, dan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan, mempunyai tenaga pendidik dan staf yang berkualitas, serta mempunyai salah satu misi membekali keterampilan dalam bidang rekayasa dan jasa yang berwawasan professional, produktif, dan mandiri hingga mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan tuntutan dunia usaha dan industri. Dengan jumlah siswa yang cukup banyak, sekolah mengalami kendala dalam menentukan siapa saja yang berhak menerima beasiswa dari pemerintah. Dalam menentukan penerimaan beasiswa, setiap siswa harus memiliki kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, dan untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Pada penelitian ini akan diangkat suatu kasus yaitu mencari alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dimana masing-masing kriteria setiap siswa dibandingkan satu dengan lainnya sehingga akan didapatkan siswa-siswa yang layak untuk menerima beasiswa. Dalam penghitungan Analytical Hierarchy Process menggunakan  sistem komputerisasi yaitu  perangkat lunak microssoft excel. Dan dari pengolahan data hasil yang didapat adalah konsisten,  ini dikarenakan hasil perhitungan < 0,1. Nilai Rasio konsistensi yang didapat adalah – 0,017.

Abstract

One of the ways that the government can improve the quality of village apparatus performance is to conduct a performance assessment. The performance assessment aims to provide morale to village apparatus to continue to improve their performance. The problem that occurs is the number of assessment criteria used in the performance appraisal. The method used in assessing the performance of village apparatus uses the Weighted Product and Simple Additive Weighting methods to provide recommendations for assessing the performance of village apparatus. In accordance with the results of the tests that have been carried out, the calculation results of the preference value of Simple Additive Weighting have a performance that can be said to be better than the Weighted Product because Simple Additive Weighting is able to minimize the preference value on the same alternative. From the results of the comparison between the calculation of Simple Additive Weighting and Weighted Product, the results of testing the application of the Weighted Product (WP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods in the decision support system for assessing the performance of village apparatus is that decision support using two methods can produce the best alternative and has accuracy which is high when combined with using a website-based application using criteria that are tailored to the needs of village apparatus, especially during the work period using the current WFH (Work From Home) model. Application Test Results can be used as a basis for structured decision making to support the quality assurance process for Village services in Waringinsari Timur

Abstract

Sejauh ini kita menyimak realitas bahwa pendidikan belum bisa dijangkau semua lapisan masyarakat. Meski pemerintah telah berupaya menjadikan pendidikan ramah bagi masyarakat miskin, tanpa kesadaran diri dan perubahan sikap dari keluarga, pendidikan akan sulit dijadikan pemutus mata rantai kemiskinan. Bahkan, jika sejak dini anak-anak kaum marginal diizinkan hanya untuk bermain, bermain, dan bermain, serta jauh dari kebiasaan membaca, kita bisa menyaksikan bahwa kemiskinan di negeri ini akan menjadi warisan yang sulit di jaga. Di era digital ini telah mengubah cara pandang seseorang dalam menjalani kehidupan yang sangat canggih saat ini. Sebuah teknologi yang membuat perubahan besar kepada seluruh dunia, dari mulai membantu mempermudah segala urusan sampai membuat masalah karena minimnya pendidikan yang diberikan oleh orang tua sehingga anak-anak tidak bisa menggunakan fasilitas digital yang semakin canggih ini dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet di kalangan anak-anak saat ini sudah menjadi gaya hidup, bahkan banyak orangtua telah memberikan ponsel android kepada anak-anak mereka untuk melakukan komunikasi sehari-hari. Hal ini sangat mempengaruhi anak dalam pemanfaatan teknologi internet yang kurang sehat seperti mendapatkan data dan informasi melalui penjelajahan (browsing) internet tanpa adanya pemantauan orang tua sehingga anak-anak mudah mendapatkan kata-kata atau informasi yang tidak layak dikonsumsi oleh anak tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pemantauan aplikasi mobile browser yang menerapkan metode pengendalian orang tua untuk internet yang sehat menggunakan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Hasil riset tersebut berupa konsep aplikasi pengawasan anak-anak yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau aktivitas browsing internet pada mobile child online pada platform android dengan notifikasi otomatis untuk mengirim pesan kepada orang tua saat anak sedang berusaha melakukan aktivitas browsing internet yang tidak sehat. Kata Kunci: Parental Control, Safe Browsing, Monitoring System, Daily Browser Activity.ABSTRACT The usage of internet among children is become a lifestyle, even a lot of parents give their children an android mobile phone to communicate with them daily. This is influencing children in the matter of utilization of unhealthy internet usage such as obtaining data and information by browsing the internet without parents supervision so children could easily obtained words or information that not suitable for them. This research aims to design a mobile browser application supervision system that applies parental control method for a healthy internet using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). The result of the research is a concept of children supervision application that can be used to monitor the internet browsing activity on children’s android mobile phone with automatic notification which will send a message to parents when their children is trying to do some unhealthy internet browsing activity. Abstract

A boarding house is a place to stay temporarily when you have to be away from your house or the area where you live. In Indonesia, there are many students who, after graduating from high school or the equivalent, continue their studies outside the city, some even outside the province or island. The choice to continue their studies outside the area is based on several reasons, including because the majors desired and in accordance with their interests and talents are not available in their area of origin. Therefore, leaving the area or city of birth and settling in the area or city where the desired university is located must be an option. The development of a campus or college has an impact on the increasing demand for property by consumers, especially the need for boarding houses. Based on this background, it is necessary to determine strategic boarding houses using the Waspas method. The results of the calculations in determining strategic boarding houses are: 1. Melati boarding house (Q3) 8,700, 2. Anyelir boarding house (Q1) 6,342, 3. Orchid boarding house (Q4) 5,688, 4. Mawar boarding house (Q2) 5,502 . 5. Akasia boarding house (Q5) 5,125.

Abstract

Applications are often also referred to as software, which is a computer program whose instructions can be changed easily. The purpose of this research is to make a Mathematics Learning Application in more interesting way based on Mobile Android. The application is made using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. SDLC is one of the popular information system development methods when the information system was first created. The results of the design of the mathematics learning application at PAUD Kartini include learning numbers, learning addition, learning subtraction, practicing questions, and exit menus. Existing facilities are very helpful in learning.

Abstract

Penentuan Penerima bantuan merupakan salah satu masalah yang menjadi perhatian serius, karena banyaknya data pengusul bantuan yang masuk dan sangat membutuhkan suatu sistem untuk membantu dalam hal penentuannya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan siapa penerimaan dari data peserta pengajuan bedah rumah di Kabupaten Pagelaran dengan metode Weighted Product. Saat ini penentuan penerimaan bantuan bedah rumah dilakukan secara konvesional berdasarkan penilaian tim di kecamatan Pagelaran. Sistem ini mengimplementasikan metode weighted product, karena metode ini memberikan nilai bobot pada setiap kriteria dan selanjutnya dilakukan perangkingan. Dalam penelitian ini ada dua program bantuan yang pertama SWTM parameter yang digunakan yaitu pekerjaan, penghasilan, kendaraan, harga kendaraan,, dan jumlah anak, yang kedua Lansia parameternya yaitu umur, kesehatan, tempat tinggal dan kondisi hunian. Sistem ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman JAVA dan SQL Lite sebagai database, dimana hasil output sistem ini adalah penerima sesuai dengan hasil yang diperoleh. Dengan dibuatnya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan PenerimaBedah Rumah di Kecamatan Pagelaran diharapkan mampu mempermudah dalam penentuan penerimanya.

Abstract

Poor Student Assistance (BSM) is government assistance in the form of a sum of cash that is given directly to students who come from poor families. BSM recipients are students who have been determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) based on a predetermined mechanism. Assistance provided by the government to students from underprivileged families is not transparent so some BSM are not on target. In an effort to minimize target inaccuracies, a study was made with Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) which is a decision-making method for determining the best alternative out of a number of alternatives based on certain criteria. The ranking of beneficiaries is determined using a comparison of the Simple Additive Weighting Method and the Weighted Product Method, which are the MCDM model. Manual testing was carried out on 5 (five). From the test results of the Simple Additive Weighting Method, Alternative 4 obtained the highest score. While the results of the Weighted Product method test show the highest results in Alternative 3. The difference in the calculation results of the two methods used is influenced by several factors such as the performance rating value of each alternative, the weight of the criteria, and mathematical calculations for each method, and because the criteria used do not have different weights so that the calculation results become less significant.
