Abstract

Tidak semua penderita penyakit mata dapat mengetahui penyakit mata. Keterbatasan pengetahuan di bidang medis, masalah finansial serta kesulitan transportasi untuk ke dokter spesialis mata membuat penderita penyakit mata tidak mendapat penanganan yang tepat. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat melakukan aksi seperti dokter spesialis mata. Pada penelitian ini dibuat suatu aplikasi sistem pakar penyakit mata menggunakan metode bayesian network. Bayesian network digunakan karena dapat menghitung probabilitas penyakit mata dari berbagai gejala yang ada.Aplikasi ini dibangun untuk mendiagnosa 6 penyakit mata. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bayesian network dapat memberikan hasil berupa nilai probabilitas jenis penyakit mata berdasakan gejala yang dipilih. Perbandingan hasil diagnosa sistem terhadap diagnosa dokter spesialis mata pada 7 orang pasien memberikan nilai akurasi 85,7%. Dari sisi aplikasi yang dibangun, pengguna sistem pakar menilai bahwa sistem ini cukup mudah digunakan, informasi yang diberikan cukup lengkap dan sangat berguna bagi pengguna.Kata kunci : Bayesian Network, Penyakit Mata, Sistem Pakar

Abstract

Guru merupakan pendidik profesional yang berperan penting pada dunia pendidikan, agar fungsi dan tugas yang melekat pada jabatan fungsional guru dilaksanakan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku, maka diperlukan Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PK GURU) yang sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian guru yaitu: pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional. Guna memberikan objektivitas yang optimal pada penilain kinerja guru, maka penelitian ini mencoba memandang penilaian professional guru dari dua perspektif (multiple perspektif) sebagai suatu group decision making. Kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan langsung dan siswa sebagai objek yang berinteraksi dan menerima pelayanan guru secara langsung. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) digunakan untuk menganalisis 14 kompetensi dan 78 indikator penilaian kinerja guru dari perspektif kepala sekolah dan 17 indikator penilaian kinerja guru dari perspektif siswa. Sebagai hasilnya, penggabungan penilaian SAW pada group decision making memberikan rekomendasi berupa rangking performansi guru berdasarkan penilaian perpektif kinerja guru. Sebagai studi kasus, implementasi aplikasi SAW dilakukan dalam mengukur kinerja guru di SMP Al-Ulum Islamic School. Penilaian 9 orang guru dari perspektif kepala sekolah dan 180 orang siswa dilakukan. Aplikasi ini dapat memberikan penilaian yang lebih objektif terhadap performansi guru disekolah. Pengujian User Acceptance Test (UAT) dan Blackbox Testing menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berjalan dengan baik sesuai hasil perhitungan dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna terutama dalam membantu membuat keputusan terkait performansi guru disekolah.

Abstract

Recommender systems are basically developed to help internet users to find information such as movies, books, news or other informations that probably prefered personally. In this study we constructed a movie recommender system using cluster-based smoothing method of collaborative filtering that can provide movie predictions for a user with good accuracy. The implementation of clustering and smoothing of this method is expected to address the issue of data gap rating (sparsity) and an increasing number of users in large numbers (scalability) that often occurs in collaborative filtering. The test of this method is using three parameters, namely the number of clusters, the number of k-neighbors, and the level of sparsity. In the test from each parameter is used dataset rating as much as 1063 instance that has been rated by 40 users, then the data is divided into 2 parts, with 80% as data train and 20% as data test. Test results showed that the number of clusters = 3 and number of k = 50% produced the lowest accuracy value is 0.6713 and the system is capable to handling level of data sparsity from up to 70% with MAE = 0.8361.Keywords: Cluster-based Smoothing, Collaborative Filtering, movie, recommender system, Scalability, Sparsity

Abstract

Saat ini pemilihan model fungsi keanggotaan untuk parameter-parameter yang digunakan dalam proses fuzzy masih belum didasarkan kepada suatu panduan. Sebagai contoh untuk parameter suhu udara dapat di gunakan berbagai model fungsi keanggotaan, misalnya kurva segitiga atau trapezium. Karena tidak adanya panduan, umumnya model fungsi keanggotaan yang dipilih adalah model fungsi keanggotaan yang paling sering digunakan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisa untuk melihat pengaruh pemilihan fungsi keanggotaan pada output sistem fuzzy. Fungsi keanggotaan yang digunakan adalah segitiga, bahu dan trapezium dengan range nilai yang sama untuk masing-masing parameter input dan output. Studi kasus yang digunakan adalah masalah pengontrolan penyiraman tanaman. Yang menjadi komposisi penilaian adalah suhu udara, kelembaban tanah, umur tanaman sebagai masukan dan tingkat penyiraman sebagai keluaran. Komposisi penilaian inilah yang menjadi masukan (input) dan keluaran (output) untuk proses perhitungan Fuzzy dan yang diujicobakan menggunakan dua model fungsi keanggotaan yang berbeda. Model pertama yaitu bahu dan segitiga, dan model kedua adalah bahu dan trapesizium. Kesimpulan dari pengujian penelitian ini adalah tidak ada perbedaan hasil yang signifikan ketika menggunakan model yang berbeda.Keyword : Fungsi keanggotaan, Fuzzy Logic, Segitiga, Bahu, Trapezium

Abstract

In recent years, there has been a change in climate which has had quite a negative impact on various sectors of life. The existence of extreme climate change has become a widely discussed issue, including at the university level. The academic community as agents of change should be an example of sustainable development in the campus environment. One of the efforts to realize the concept of sustainable development is to apply the Green Campus concept. Several indicators in realizing a green campus are campus management policies that are oriented towards environmental management, including activities to save water, paper, and electricity, procurement of Green Open Space (RTH), and waste management by applying the 3R principles (reduce, reuse, recycle). UIN Jakarta currently focuses on the green environment, which focuses on activities related to the conservation and maintenance of environmental quality in all energy and natural resource consumption activities. However, the frequent changes in weather, shifts in the seasons, and the size of the land that must be maintained have made watering plants unable to rely on human labor alone. Moreover, the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have caused almost all employees to work from home, so plant maintenance will be hampered for plant watering activities. In this regard, this research proposes the creation of an automated plant watering system using a Fuzzy Inference System. The experiment was carried out using input from three scenarios including soil moisture sensors, temperature sensors, and rain sensors on the output valve. From the experiments carried out, the expected valve output is in accordance with that produced by the raspberry pi. Such as when the ground is dry, the weather is not raining, and the temperature is moderate, the valve remains on according to the fuzzy rules that have been made. The results of the study noted that this tool was in accordance with what was needed and could operate properly

Abstract

A new type of human coronavirus was discovered in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. In humans, coronaviruses usually cause respiratory tract infections, ranging from the common cold to serious diseases such as Middle East Respiratory (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). This new type of coronavirus was later named Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV2) and caused Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19). COVID-19 can cause mild to severe symptoms. So, wearing a mask and keeping a distance is very important to stop the spread of COVID-19. In previous research, a deep learning model has been developed to identify whether the person is wearing a mask or not. In previous studies, the classification was limited to whether humans wore masks or not. There is no classification as to whether the use of masks is right or wrong and whether the masks worn are masks that are in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health. So that in this study, the detection system for the use of masks is able to detect the use of masks in accordance with the recommendations of the Indonesian Ministry of Health which refers to the interim WHO Guidelines June 5, 2020, regarding recommendations regarding the use of masks in the context of COVID-19, namely the use of cloth masks, medical masks, and masks. can ensure the cover of the mouth and nose, and adjust to the bridge of the nose. The result is a system with the SSDLite Mobilenet V2 model has the highest FPS compared to a system using a system with SSDMNV2. That is, the maximum FPS obtained is 3.57 FPS and the minimum FPS is 3.45 FPS

Abstract

In 2020, the Islamic Elementary Teacher Working Group (KKG MI) held an E-Learning Training for Islamic Elementary School Teachers in DKI Jakarta about one of the gamification applications, Quizizz. According to observation, many teachers are still perplexed when utilizing the Quizizz program. This is due to the application’s design and different functionalities, which still appear complicated to some teachers who aren’t used to using it. The existing gamification application is also considered not to meet the learning needs at Islamic elementary schools in Jakarta. This study intends to analyze and design User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) designs for gamification-based e-learning applications as solutions to the problems found. Data collection begins with an observation and also a literature study, questionnaires, and interviews. For the design, Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) is used, which consists of six stages: Problem Identification & Motivation, Define the Objective for a Solution, Design & Development, Demonstration, Evaluation and Communication. The results of the evaluation of the gamification-based e-learning design designed with the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and Task Success show that the e-learning design is considered attractive and users can interact with e-learning effectively and easily.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has been urged to implement Whistleblowing systems for public services in order to achieve integrity zone development. Almost all service desk software provides user convenience as well as manages the service process in an organisation using standards based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3. The service operation of Whistleblowing systems and the service desk systems are almost the same. However, currently only a few studies have examined the implementation of Whistleblowing systems which uses such a framework in a public higher education institution. The aim of this study is to design and develop a Whistleblowing system which is expected to fulfil the IT Service Management (ITSM) standard and to perform an integration process amongst the community and students. The software was designed and tested in the Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta using the ITIL v3 standards. The result showed that the efficiency parameter value produced a page speed point of 91 % (A). The minimum score was 91 % (A) and the fully loaded time was 2.4 seconds. A portability test showed a value of 100 % for the mobile-friendly score while the reliability test with a stress test also showed at 100 %. The alpha testing result was a very good predicate while beta testing received an acceptable score, good category, and classified as grade C. In conclusion, based on the abovementioned tests, this shows that the system can be used to manage student services, lecturers and staff, as well as to integrate the current service within the community.

Abstract

Muslims have various difficulties in praying, such as difficulty memorizing the number of rak’ah they have been doing and determining the direction of the Qibla. In this research, we proposed a technological device for monitoring daily worship in Islam. We presented the IoT-based integrated system as a portable prayer mat serving as a rak’ah counter, Qibla direction finder, and a mobile worship monitoring system. A prototyping approach was used to produce a portable smart prayer mat, and Rapid Application Development was used to develop a mobile daily worship system. The device comprises an Arduino AT Mega 2560 powered portable prayer mat through a force-sensitive resistor sensor and an HMC 5883L compass module. The device sends the prayer activity to the worship applications in detail. The daily worship monitoring application itself has numerous features that enable users to track their daily worship activities, including the Hijri calendar, the time of compulsory prayers, the fulfillment of sunnah prayers, and fasting. Evaluation results showed that the system detected the rak’ah correctly in each cycle with average pressure to the FSR sensor of 81.36. The average time required to connect with a smartphone was 0.862 seconds. It also functions well as a Qibla finder. The black box testing results showed that the device and application performed effectively. It can send the worship data recapitulation to the application using Bluetooth.

Abstract

Information Technology Governance in UIN Jakarta is the responsibility of the Pusat Teknologi Informasi dan Pangkalan Data (Pustipanda). Some troubles have occurred in the data center Pustipanda, among others the loss of courses and its values that have been inputted in the application of Academic Information System (AIS), loss of data that has been inputted on the application Beban Kinerja Dosen (BKD), damage data content on the portal in the environment UIN Jakarta. Risk analysis is needed to identify and anticipate and minimize risks which may occur. In this research, the risk analysis is using the COBIT 4.1 framework that is in the PO9 process (Manage and Assess IT Risk) as input towards PO9 is the domain of PO1, PO10, DS2, DS4, DS5, ME1, and ME4. Questionnaires which were distributed to respondents were developed from input variables. Respondents were chosen by purposive sampling method. The results of the questionnaire were recapitulated and calculated the value and degree of capability. The result of this research is the level of domain capability in data center Pustipanda is at level 2 (managed) with value 1.91. A fairly low value is obtained on DS4, DS5 and ME1 domains, which are 1.67, 1.88 and 0.67. Arosen risks from the majority of data center risk assessment were the absence of documented policies and procedure and lack of training for risk management measures at Pustipanda data center.
