Abstract

Usaha menengah, kecil dan mikro merupakan usaha yang dapat menopang perekonomian bahkan ketika Negara mengalami masalah dalam ekonomi. Oleh karena itu perlu dikembangkan keberlanjutannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan UD. Wasis Group di masa pandemic Covid-19 dan meramalkan produksi di masa depan. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive, analisis data menggunakan laporan keuangan, analisis rasio, return on investment, break even point dan forcasting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan UD. Wasis Group tergolong baik yang dibuktikan dengan perolehan laba yang tinggi meskipun terdampak covid-19, secara rasio keuangan perusahaan likuid, solvable, aktif dan produktif dan di masa depan masih dapat terus dipertahankan karena data forcasting menunjukkan produksi yang terus meningkat. Secara umum UD. Wasis Group memiliki kinerja yang baik.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide counseling related to efforts to increase sales of UD durian seeds. Tunas Baru Mulya is in economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic through digital marketing sales. Service activities are carried out using observation, training, mentoring and evaluation methods. The results showed that UD. Tunas Baru Mulya experienced a problem, namely a decline in sales turnover during the covid-19 pandemic. This is a result of government policies related to social and space restrictions, thereby triggering a decline in selling power. With the problems that occur, a solution is needed, namely providing empowerment through digital marketing marketing strategies so that the sales turnover of durian seeds can increase again in the future. The results obtained from the empowerment carried out by researchers after this activity was carried out were UD. Tunas Baru Mulya has additional insight and skills in marketing durian seeds by utilizing digital marketing and increasing sales.ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan terkait upaya meningkatkan penjualan pada bibit durian UD. Tunas Baru Mulya dalam pemulihan ekonomi pasca pandemi Covid-19 melalui penjualan digital marketing. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode observasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UD. Tunas Baru Mulya mengalami masalah yakni terjadi penurunan omzet penjualan ketika pandemi covid-19. Hal ini diakibatkan dari kebijakan pemerintah terkait pembatasan sosial dan ruang sehingga memicu penurunan daya jual. Dengan permasalahan yang terjadi maka diperlukan solusi yaitu memberikan pemberdayaan melalui stratategi pemasaran digital marketing sehingga omset penjualan bibit durian dapat kembali meningkat di masa yang akan datang. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pemberdayaan yang dilakukan peneliti setelah kegiataan ini dilakukan adalah UD. Tunas Baru Mulya memiliki tambahan wawasan dan keterampilan dalam memasarkan bibit durian dengan memanfaatkan digital marketing dan peningkatan penjualan.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide counseling about increasing sales of vegetable products through the concept of "Abang Sayur," which pays attention to the quality and marketing methods through online to mobile vegetable traders. At this time, problems were found due to government policies amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Restrictions on movement and space trigger limitations for traders to move during the pandemic, resulting in a decrease in the sales turnover of mobile vegetable traders. With the problems that occur, the solutions offered are to provide direction and strategies to increase sales of vegetable products through online marketing and carry out promotional strategies through social media. The results of this extension activity can help increase farmers' income and sales turnover by up to 70%, better packaging, selling labels, financial reports, and product sales through online marketing on Whatsapp Business.ABSTRAKProgram pegabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan tentang peningkatan penjualan produk sayuran melalui konsep “abang sayur”, yaitu memperhatikan kualitas dan cara pemasaran melalui online kepada pedagang sayuran keliling. Pada saat ini, permasalahan ditemukan akibat kebijakan pemerintah ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Pembatasan gerak dan ruang memicu keterbatasan pedagang untuk bergerak di masa pandemi sehingga terjadinya penurunan omset penjulan pedagang sayur keliling. Dengan adanya permasalahan yang terjadi maka solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu memberikan arahan dan strategi peningkatan penjualan produk sayur melalui pemasaran online dan melakukan stategi promosi melalui sosial media. Hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan ini dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan petani dan omset penjualan hingga 70%, pengemasan menjadi lebih baik, pemberian label jual, memiliki laporan keuangan dan penjualan produk melalui pemasaran online di Whatsapp Business

Abstract

This study aimed to know about the interrelationships between agribusiness subsystems, cost analysis, revenues, and profits in the development of starfruit in P4S Belimbing Artha Mandiri and to analyze the feasibility and sustainability of developing starfruit in P4S Belimbing Artha Mandiri. The analysis used is descriptive, cost analysis, sweet star fruit income, and financial feasibility analysis. The results showed that the agribusiness subsystems in P4S Belimbing Artha Mandiri were interrelated and supported one another and still have weaknesses in the processing and marketing subsystems. Over ten years, it has had an average revenue of Rp. 786,266,944, - with an average operational cost of Rp. 360,793,236, - so the average income received each year is Rp. 425,473,707, - There are four criteria for financial eligibility. The Net Present value (NPV) shows a value of Rp. 1,453,862,787.- IRR (Internal Rate of Return) shows a value of 41.72%, and PP (Payback Period) is at 1.26. The calculation of Net B/C in business starfruit cultivation is 3.87. The financial feasibility criteria show that the sweet star fruit cultivation business at P4S Belimbing Artha Mandiri is feasible and can continue.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the YESS Program on the regeneration of young farmers in Bandung District, Tulungagung Regency, as well as analyzing the factors that influence young farmers' interest in developing businesses in the agricultural sector. The research was conducted in December 2023 using a descriptive survey method. The research sample consisted of 81 young farmers who were members of the YESS Program in Bandung District. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by calculating the percentage influence of the variables of interest, perception and role of program assistants on the regeneration of young farmers. The research results show that the interest and perception variables each have an influence of 89%, while the role of the YESS program companion has an influence of 87% on the regeneration of young farmers. Overall, the regeneration of young farmers has an effectiveness rate of 86% in supporting the success of the YESS Program. The conclusion of this research is that the YESS Program has succeeded in encouraging the regeneration of young farmers in Tulungagung Regency with very effective results. This program contributes to increasing the younger generation's interest in agriculture, positive perceptions of this sector, and provides a significant role through mentoring.

Abstract

Chili is a horticultural commodity that has made significant contributions and has significant economic value in Indonesia. The prospect of increasing cayenne pepper production in Indonesia using simple linear regression analysis with chili production data from 1990-2022 has increased quite significantly. The attributes and results are added together to obtain the supply chain performance value based on performance attributes. These values are classified into standard performance values. The supply chain performance value based on attributes is 93.26 out of 100%. This value is obtained by adding up the values of each performance attribute. This value indicates that the performance of the Cayenne pepper supply chain in Indonesia is in the Good criteria (Above Average) based on the classification of standard work values. The SPSS output has an adjusted determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) of 0.393. This means that 39.3% of the dependent variable (production (Y) is influenced by exports (X1) and imports (X2), while the remaining 60.7% (100% - 39.3) is influenced by other variables outside the variables used.

Abstract

The high market demand for tomatoes means farmers play an essential role in increasing production. Some factors can influence plant productivity, impacting demand and the amount of tomato production. The research aims to determine the factors influencing tomato production and the efficiency of using production factors in Batu District, Batu City. The research was carried out in Batu District, Batu City, East Java, in March 2024, with the number of samples in this research being 80 farmers, and samples were taken from 15 farmer groups. The data analysis method used in this research to determine the influence of tomato farming production factors (land area, seeds, fertilizer, labor and pesticides) is the Cobb-Douglas model analysis and technical, allocative and economic efficiency. The results of the research show that The factors that influence tomato production in Sumberejo Village, Batu District, Batu City, namely the land area variable (X1), the seed variable (X2), and the manure variable (X3) have a partial significant positive effect on tomato production results. In contrast, the labor variable ( X7) partially has a negative effect on tomato production, with the technical efficiency of variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6 and Meanwhile, Variable allocative efficiency X1, X2, X4, X6, and X7 allocatively (NPMx / Px) < 1 inefficient use of input, Meanwhile variables X3 and X5 allocatively (NPMx / Px) > 1 Inefficient use of input, Variable economic efficiency X1, X2, X3, X4, X6, and X7 economically (EE = <1) inefficient while variables X5 economically (EE = >1). it is not yet efficient. The contribution of this research to science or the surrounding community is as an internal reference for business development and increasing the added value of agricultural products as well as increasing knowledge and understanding also broadens insight into the efficient use of production factors in farming.
