<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh Ikmaliatussalehah dengan judul “Implementasi Syirkah Inan Pada UMKM (Studi Usaha Sablon OMI CREATIVE DESIGN Samarinda)†dibawah bimbingan Rais Abdullah, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Syirkah Inan Pada UMKM di Omi Creative Design. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha sablon Omi Creative Design tidak menerapkan syirkah inan, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan terkait modal dan pembagian tugas kerja kedua pihak sudah sesuai dengan syirkah inan karena kedua pihak menggabungkan modalnya dengan jumlah yang berbeda dan pembagian tugas kerja berdasarkan waktu luang dan keahlian kedua pihak. Hanya saja dalam pembagian nisbah tidak sesuai dengan syirkah inan karena kedua pihak bersepakat untuk membagi keuntungan tersebut sama rata, hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan konsep syirkah inan. Karena seharusnya nisbah tersebut dibagi sesuai dengan porsi modal yang ditanamkan.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze community empowerment in a mosque based on the perspective of Maqosid Syariah. This study uses a single case study at a mosque, specifically KH. Muhammad Sajid Mosque. Several mosque administrators and the congregation became informants to understand the concept of empowerment in this mosque. This study formulates Maqosid Sharia-based empowerment that contains religious and spiritual values as a form of devotion oriented to God to create and distribute welfare and added value to the congregation, administrators, community, and surrounding environments. This research will integrate empirical data on empowerment with Maqosid Sharia concepts and theories. This concept can be applied to empowerment practices in various syariah-based social organizations. The concept of Maqosid Syariah-based Empowerment is a concept that is unique to syariah/Islamic social organizations in society, such as mosques, and zakat institutions, along with others.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the implementation of Fatwas issued by the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) as a foundational regulatory framework for Islamic finance in Indonesia. Through a literature review analysis, the research explores the role of these Fatwas in shaping Sharia-compliant financial practices, their integration into regulatory frameworks, and the challenges associated with their application. Key findings highlight the dual role of DSN-MUI Fatwas as theological and regulatory tools, their contribution to ensuring Sharia compliance, and the need for standardized enforcement mechanisms. Drawing lessons from global practices, this study emphasizes the importance of institutional capacity and collaboration in enhancing the effectiveness of DSN-MUI Fatwas. These insights provide a valuable roadmap for advancing Islamic finance in Indonesia, fostering alignment between religious principles and regulatory frameworks.]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates the impact of digital zakat platforms and zakat education on muzakki compliance in fulfilling their zakat obligations. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 90 respondents through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale (1–5). The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that both digital zakat and zakat education significantly and positively influence compliance, with zakat education exhibiting a stronger impact. Digital zakat enhances accessibility, transparency, and convenience, while zakat education fosters awareness and understanding of zakat's religious and social significance. The study highlights the importance of integrating technology and education to optimize zakat management. These results provide valuable insights for policymakers, zakat institutions, and digital platform developers to enhance compliance and maximize zakat's societal benefits.]]>

<![CDATA[The Arabic Language, as the language of Islam religion, and also the language of the Holy Quran, obtaining a privileged position in the heart of Indonesians, especially Muslims. Due to its privileged position, the Arabic language was able to survive from its extinction since its appearance in Indonesia until now. Unfortunately, the privileged position of Arabic language is not directly proportional to its fate in various educational institutions in Indonesia, especially in East Kalimantan. The Arabic language teaching in those institutions faces very complex problems especially the lack of an integrated curriculum that can be relied upon to fulfill the needs of teaching Arabic language to non- Arabs with a better method. The current curriculum is the curriculum that does not have comprehensive programs and is not accompanied with modern teaching methods. While at the Teaching and Learning Activities stage, teaching the Arabic language is not supported by professional and competent teachers. This study aims to analyze and evaluate approaches used in teaching Arabic at some boarding school in East Kalimantan viewed from the perspective of the curriculum and methods of teaching Arabic to non- Arabs.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi program kesehatan yang memberikan akses bagi masyarakat di daerah kantong kemiskinan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa dalam dimensi Context, program ALS dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatan di daerah terpencil. Di dimensi Input, pengelolaan SDM dan dana baik, namun ada tantangan dalam pengaturan dana yang sama rata. Dimensi Process menunjukkan layanan preventif dan kuratif efektif, tetapi rehabilitatif perlu ditingkatkan. Pengelolaan program sudah baik, meskipun ada keterbatasan sumber daya. Dalam dimensi Product, program berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatan jangka pendek, tetapi akses berkelanjutan masih menjadi tantangan. Saran dari penerima manfaat menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan frekuensi program untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatan yang berkelanjutan]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan zakat serta religiusitas terhadap motivasi muzakki BAZNAS Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara dalam membayar zakat maal. Hipotesis yang diuji apakah pengetahuan zakat dan religiusitas yang dimiliki para muzakki BAZNAS Kutai Kartanegara mempengaruhi motivasi untuk membayar zakat maal di BAZNAS Kutai Kartanegara. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data primer yang diperoleh menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Data yang diperoleh adalah hasil observasi langsung di lapangan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah muzakki zakat maal yang tercatat membayar zakat di BAZNAS Kutai Kartanegara dari bulan Januari 2019 sampai Maret 2020 yang berjumlah 44 orang. Pada penelitian ini data dianalisis melalui metode regresi berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa variabel pengetahuan zakat berpengaruh terhadap motivasi muzakki membayar zakat maal dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t dimana nilai thitung (2,618) > ttabel (1,682) dengan taraf signifikan 0,012 < 0,050. Begitu juga variabel religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap motivasi muzakki membayar zakat maal dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t dimana nilai thitung (7,642) > ttabel (1,682) dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,050. Sementara kontribusi yang diberikan variabel-variabel independen ini adalah sebesar 73,1% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dicantumkan oleh peneliti.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi etika bisnis Islam di marketplace Shopee pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa menurut mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman, marketplace Shopee telah menerapkan dan mengimplementasikan prinsip etika bisnis Islam yaitu kesatuan, keseimbangan, kehendak bebas, tanggung jawab dan kebenaran dalam aktivitas bisnisnya. Dari tidak adanya diskriminasi kepada pembeli, tidak merugikan salah satu dari pihak tersebut dan pembeli juga bebas menepati atau membatalkan transaksi. Serta jujur dan amanah serta memposting gambar sesuai yang dijual, bertanggung jawab atas kesalahan yang dilakukan dan tidak ada unsur penipuan atau pemaksaan didalamnya.]]>

<![CDATA[Arinda. Oktavianur. 2021. The Role of Productive Zakat Funds on the Development of Mustahik Micro Businesses in the National Zakat Agency of East Kutai Regency. Supervisor: Mr. Rais Abdullah.The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in the condition of MSMEs before and after receiving the distribution of productive zakat funds from BAZNAS Kutim as seen from the indicators of sales turnover and business profits. The object of this research is the mustahik who as UMKM actors in Sangatta who get productive zakat funds from BAZNAS as many as 61 businesses. The type of data collected is primary data. The data analysis methods included descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon sign rank test.The results showed: (1) that the rank test of the Wilcoxon sign on the sales turnover variable was a difference between the sales turnover before and after getting the distribution of productive zakat funds. (2) the Wilcoxon sign rank test on the Profit variable shows differences in business profits before and after obtaining distribution of productive zakat funds.]]>
