Abstract

In liberal studies, Sharia and human rights are two issues that are often opposed to distort the role of sharia in solving human right cases. In his writings on sharia and human rights issues, Abdullahi Ahmed an-Naim often applies rational rules as the source of truth and human values as a goal, but he excludes the role of Islamic law and its interpretation. Naim states that the human right problems in the world can not be solved by the sharia but can only be solved by secular laws. For example, the practice of slavery and discrimination against women and non-Muslims ethnic is a subjective conclusion that is counter productive to the role of sharia. Therefore, this conclusion is unacceptable and is necessary to have objective assessment. It is really clear that sharia is glorious and never distorts human rights at all.DOI: 10.15408/ajis.v16i1.2893

Abstract

Learning Ushûl al-Fiqh Based on Problems. The goal of learning ushûl al-fiqhin order to apply the rules concerning useful arguments to obtain laws will appear successful if the model that is used triggers the student to think constructively and contextually by using participative learning principles in analyizing ushûl al-fiqhrules. The focus of problem that needs to be answered in this research is to see conceptually the effectiveness of learning ushûl al-fiqhbased on problems in reaching the applicable ushûl al-fiqhlearning goals. Based on conceptual-qualitative analysis results, I argue that model of problem-based learning with its various limitations can be used as an innovative model in learning ushûl al-fiqh.DOI: 10.15408/ajis.v14i2.1288

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find a model of Fikih learning based on a scientific approach in Islamic Senior High Schools. The methodology used is qualitative analysis supported by quantitative data. This type of research uses the Research & Development (R & D)  approach. The source of the data is the Fikih learning based on the scientific approach held by MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong and MAN Insan Cendekia Gorontalo. The model that has been conceptualized is experimented on in MAN 1, South Tangerang City. The design of the scientific approach emphasizes the performance and exploration of students both independently and in groups.  research results show that scientific approach based learning can encourage students to be active and creative. Students are able to produce a useful product. So it can be concluded that the application of the intended model is considered effective in achieving learning objectives through the application of flexible and conditional steps 5 M. As a recommendation, this learning model innovation based on student-centric is considered feasible to be applied at various levels of education those are equal.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menemukan sebuah model pembelajaran Fikih berbasis pendekatan ilmiah di Madrasah Aliyah. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis  kualitatif  yang didukung oleh data kuantitatif.  Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian Research & Development (R&D). Sumber data adalah pembelajaran Fikih berbasis pendekatan saintifik yang diselenggarakan oleh MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong dan MAN Insan Cendekia Gorontalo. Model yang telah terkonsep di eksperimenkan di MAN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan.  Desain pendekatan ilmiah ditekankan kepada kinerja dan eksplorasi siswa baik secara mandiri maupun kelompok. Diperoleh hasil penelitian, pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan ilmiah mampu mendorong siswa bersikap aktif dan kreatif. Siswa  mamapu menghasilkan suatu produk yang bermanfaat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model  dimaksud dinilai efektif untuk  mencapai tujuan pembelajaran melalui penerapan langkah  5 M yang fleksibel dan kondisional.  Sebagai rekumendasi, inovasi model pembelajaran  yang berbasis student centris ini dinilai layak untuk  diterapkan di berbagai  jenjang pendidikan yang  sederajat.  How to Cite: Sapiudin. Abstract

Method of applying contemporary fiqh learning is still conventional. This research has purpose to describe method of applying fiqh learning effectiveness in MTs. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive and naturalistic approach by means of interview, observation and documentation instrument. By means of triangulation of data collection and tabulation technique, obtained a research outcome that implementation of fiqh learning method in MTs Pembangunan UIN Jakarta is proportionally considered effective in developing the students multiple intelligence. This is proofed by some implementations of learning method. 1). Movie learning method is effective for student who has talent of music, linguistic and visual-spatial intelligence, 2). Question-answer method is effective for student who has talent of math and logic, 3). Demonstration is effective for student who has talent of kinesthetic-bodily and interpersonal intelligence, 4). Concept chart method is effective for student who has talent of visual-spatial and intrapersonal intelligence. This research can be a model of method application in fiqh learning at MTs.

Abstract

Religious moderation is a very important activity carried out by Indonesian people who have different beliefs and religious backgrounds. Religious leaders who are supported by the government are trying to prevent and anticipate radical and intolerance events in Indonesia. One of them is by holding interfaith religious moderation. The concept of moderate Islam is a religious perspective that is very relevant in the context of diversity in Indonesia. As a form of strengthening and strengthening the role of Madrasah Aliyah in countering radicalism and extremism, it is necessary to internalize religious moderation in the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum. Which aims to mediate these two extreme poles, by emphasizing the importance of substantively internalizing religious teachings on the one hand, and contextualizing religious texts on the other. To examine these problems, researchers used qualitative research methods. This type of research includes case study research, which is a qualitative research that seeks to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain deep understanding and understanding of individuals, groups, or situations. In analyzing the data, the researcher took the interactive model as the presentation. Activities in data analysis include data reduction, data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and, verification. The results of the study of religious moderation that were instilled in the students of MA Tahdzibun Nufus Jakarta were not in a formal atmosphere, inserted in every lesson. The factors that influence the religious moderation spirit of the students of MA Tahdzibun Nufus Jakarta are young people who think more modern according to their times, are involved in activities directly. The form of moderation practiced by the students of MA Tahdzibun Nufus Jakarta is giving each other advice between students, this practice raises concern among friends.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the internalization of the moral values of students through the example of teachers at MTsN 1 Bogor. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology. There are two kinds of data sources used in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained from direct interviews, including with the Principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, Deputy Principal for Student Affairs, PAI (Aqidah Akhlak) teachers, and students as well as the results of observations. While the secondary data sources were obtained from the study of documents, manuscripts and archives related to the internalization of students' moral values through the example of teachers at MTsN 1 Bogor. The results of this study indicate that the internalization of students' moral values which are pursued through the example of teachers at MTsN 1 Bogor is running and developing very well. In fact, it is very supportive of the cultivation of students' moral values. The supporting factors for these moral values are the full support of leadership from good schools, facilities and infrastructure such as prayer rooms and school activity programs. However, there are also factors that hinder the internalization process, namely the presence of teachers who are less concerned with the implementation of the internalization of moral values, lack of full support from students' parents. The implication or impact of internalizing the values of akhlakul karimah on students is to have a positive impact, namely students tend to be easily directed and formed; more active in learning because they have good learning motivation; students will be more accomplished; school activities become conducive and the school environment becomes comfortable and beautiful

Abstract

Pendidikan untuk muallaf belum memiliki model pembelajaran yang efektif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pendidikan muallaf melalui sistem pembelajaran pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-naturalistik. Melalui triangulasi teknik pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, didapatkan temuan penelitian bahwa model pembelajaran PAI di pesantren muallaf sudah memiliki konsep pembelajaran komplementer,yang memadukan sistem pembelajaran konvensional dan modern. Santri yang berumur lintas usia mendapatkan pembinaan untuk menempuh pendidikan dengan pendekatan multi metode berbasis scientific dengan tambahan hidden kurikulum berupa ilmu kristologi dan muḥaḍarah. Dengan sistem penilaian yang membebaskan nilai rapor, pembelajaran dinilai berjalan efektif dan menghasilkan output sesuai harapan, yakni terbinanya pengembangan kompetensi santri dan lulusan yang kompeten.

Abstract

The study of Usul Fiqh, in general, is still conventional-doctrinal. On the other hand, there are still attitudes of madrasa students that are indicated to be intolerant. This study aims to analyze the moderation attitude of students from the application of problem-based learning of Ushul Fiqh. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research model through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the problem-based learning model of Ushul Fiqh from the material aspect was based on Arabic books (Kitab Kuning); the method used consisted of tatbiiq, musykilat, and bahtsul masail. The evaluation used measured attitudes and skills. The application of Ushul Fiqh learning has been able to build student moderation attitudes based on tolerance (tasamuh), consultation (syuro), and exemplary (al-qudwah). This finding can be an alternative model for building student moderation attitudes.

Abstract

Santri yang berumur lintas usia mendapatkan pembinaan untuk menempuh pendidikan dengan pendekatan multi metode berbasis scientific dengan tambahan hidden kurikulum berupa ilmu kristologi dan muḥaḍarah. Dengan sistem penilaian yang membebaskan nilai rapor, pembelajaran dinilai berjalan efektif dan menghasilkan output sesuai harapan, yakni terbinanya pengembangan kompetensi santri dan lulusan yang kompeten.
