Abstract

Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menyatakan ada 70 perusahaan terbuka atau emiten yang belum menyampaikan laporan keuangan kuartal I-2017, Sebelumnya pada 21 Maret 2017, dinyatakan bahwa BEI telah menghentikan sementara perdagangan saham 27 perusahaan yang melantai di bursa. Langkah otoritas bursa menghentikan perdagangan saham emiten tersebut karena beberapa penyebab, Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menghentikan sementara (suspensi) perdagangan 10 saham. Belum menyampaikan laporan keuangan auditan ke regulator bursa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan perusahaan kontraktor yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (2) pengaruh likuiditas terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan perusahaan kontraktor yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (3) pengaruh leverage keuangan terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan perusahaan kontraktor yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (4) pengaruh ukuran perusahaam terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan perusahaan kontraktor yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, sampel yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah 33 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang telah diaudit dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis verifikatif dengan Analisis Regresi Logistik Probit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ; (1) profitabilitas diperoleh nilai sig dari variable ROE sebesar 0.460. Nilai sig. ROE tersebut > 0.05, sehingga variable ROE tidak dapat berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variable Ketepatan Waktu, (2) likuiditas diperoleh nilai sig dari variable Cash Ratio sebesar 0.719. Nilai sig. Cash Ratio tersebut > 0.05 sehingga variable Cash Ratio tidak dapat berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variable Ketepatan Waktu, (3) leverage keuangan diperoleh nilai sig dari variable DAR sebesar 0.899. Nilai sig. DAR tersebut > 0.05 sehingga variable DAR tidak dapat berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variable Ketepatan Waktu, (4) ukuran perusahaan diperoleh nilai sig dari variable Ukuran Perusahaan sebesar 0.346. Nilai sig. Ukuran Perusahaan tersebut > 0.05 sehingga variable Ukuran Perusahaan tidak dapat berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variable Ketepatan Waktu. Abstract

Currently, preschool education has evolved, even it has been revolutionized. This fact is shown by the large content of academic teaching materials such as reading, writing, and arithmetic which is still controversial must be taught in preschool education, which seems to be a compulsory subject for preschool children. Although government regulations have regulated properly and ideally how preschool education should be implemented, ironically due to competition between preschool institutions and the demands of parents, many preschool institutions fulfill their curricula with academic content. This study aims to obtain an overview of the academic-oriented preschool learning process in planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract

This article discusses the work of KH Irsyad Djuwaeli in leading the Mathla'ul Anwar organization in Indonesia. The research method used is literature study with a historical approach. The results of the research are that KH Irsyad Djuwaeli is trying to maintain the Mathla'ul Anwar Organization to focus on da'wah, education and social affairs. In the field of education, KH Irsyad Djuwaeli built and rehabilitated existing madrasah buildings, such as building the Mathla'ul Anwar College of Economics and the Mathla'ul Anwar Religious Madrasah Aliyah. In the social sector, KH Irsyad Djuwaeli has a paradise grant program and a foster parent program. In the organizational sector, several autonomous institutions and supporting institutions were established, such as Muslimat Mathla'ul Anwar, Mathla'ul Anwar Young Generation, Mathla'ul Anwar Legal Assistance and Consultation Institute, Cooperative Development Institute, and the Hajj and Umrah Guidance Institute.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Payroll Control System and Performance Benefits on Employee Performance at Bappeltibangda Cianjur Regency. The research method used is descriptive research, which analyzes research results without drawing broader conclusions. This research involves independent variables, namely Payroll Control System (X1) and Performance Allowance (X2), as well as the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). Data collection techniques were carried out through field studies with questionnaires distributed to 84 respondents, and literature searches. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that there is a significant relationship between the Payroll Control System, Performance Benefits, and Employee Performance at Bappeltibangda Cianjur Regency. The results of statistical calculations using SPSS show the value of F = 51.503, and the value of Sig. = 0,000. With the calculated F value above the F table (3.11) and the Sig value. <0.05, H0 is rejected, so Ha is accepted. This means that the Payroll Control System (X1) and Performance Allowance (X2) variables together have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y).

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on global business dynamics, especially in the banking industry and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Changes in consumer behavior, economic uncertainty, and supply chain disruption demand rapid adaptation and innovation. Therefore, this study aims to explore lessons learned from post-COVID-19 experiences and apply them in the context of the banking industry and MSMEs. This research aims to identify key lessons that can be drawn from the post-COVID-19 experience and analyze the impact on the strategy and sustainability of the banking industry and the development of MSMEs. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by conducting in-depth case studies of several banking institutions and MSMEs that have experienced significant changes after COVID-19. Data collection was conducted through interviews, document analysis, and participatory observation. This research resulted in an in-depth understanding of the impact of COVID-19 on the banking industry and MSMEs, as well as the identification of key lessons. It found that adaptability, cross-sector collaboration, digital transformation, and adaptive risk management are crucial elements for the future success and sustainability of these two sectors.

Abstract

Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) development has an undeniable role in Indonesia's economic dynamics. The success of MSEs in facing challenges and achieving sustainable growth is key to the country's economic progress. This study aims to detail and understand the impact of the business consulting triangle, knowledge absorption capacity, and innovation on the development of MSEs in Indonesia. The research method used involved an in-depth literature review and a qualitative approach. The literature review opened up horizons of understanding on key concepts related to MSEs, while the qualitative approach provided the ability to explore and understand the broader context and dynamics affecting MSEs. The results of this study reveal that the triangle of business consulting, knowledge absorption capacity and innovation plays an important role in forming the foundation of MSE growth. Successful implementation of this model can help MSEs optimize their potential, improve competitiveness and contribute to national economic development. Abstract

The global pandemic, particularly the COVID-19 pandemic, has resulted in fundamental changes in consumer behavior, triggering a transformation in their interactions with social media. This research explores the impact of social media communication on consumers' brand perceptions and purchase intentions amid the pandemic and post-pandemic era through a thorough literature review. Detailing findings from relevant journals and information sources, this research provides in-depth insights into the complex dynamics between social media, brand perception and consumer purchase decisions. The literature analysis includes an in-depth understanding of how social media influences the way consumers form perceptions of brands, modify their preferences, and ultimately affect purchase intentions. Findings from related studies are comprehensively integrated to produce a holistic view of the role of social media in shaping consumer behavior. The results of this literature review are expected to contribute to academic understanding and provide practical guidance for companies in adapting their marketing strategies to the evolving consumer dynamics in the pandemic and post-pandemic era.

Abstract

The transformation in the Internet of Things (IoT) market has become the primary focus of research and innovation in the banking sector, especially since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019. Changes in consumer behavior towards online shopping and integrated payment activities have compelled the banking sector to strengthen its technological infrastructure to meet the demands of an increasingly complex market. Amidst this dynamism, the implementation of technologies such as blockchain and IoT has become crucial in enhancing services and transaction security in the banking sector. The aim of this research is to explore the impacts and challenges faced by the banking sector in adopting IoT technology to improve services and transaction security. This study utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach, involving literature analysis and case studies of IoT technology implementation in several leading banks. The research method involves collecting data from various sources, including scientific journals, articles, and relevant books. Data is also collected through interviews with experts and practitioners in the banking sector who have experience in implementing IoT technology. The results of the research indicate that the implementation of IoT technology in the banking sector has successfully improved the efficiency of transaction services. The use of IoT sensors and connected devices has enabled banks to automate transaction processes and accelerate responses to customer demands. Furthermore, blockchain technology has also brought significant improvements in transaction security by providing decentralized data structures that cannot be manipulated. Despite its success, the study also identifies several challenges in adopting IoT technology in the banking sector, including high implementation costs, complexity in integrating with existing infrastructure, and the need for a deep understanding of this technology. However, with strategic and planned steps, the banking sector can overcome these challenges and harness the full potential of IoT technology to create a better transaction experience for customers and the overall community.

Abstract

Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Omnichannel has become a key strategy for retail companies in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the impact of IMC Omnichannel implementation on the satisfaction of retail products and services in Indonesia using an open access approach. The rapid development of technology and high internet penetration in Indonesia has prompted retail companies to shift to digital technology-based marketing. The objective of this study is to understand how the integration of various communication channels in IMC Omnichannel affects consumers' perceptions and levels of satisfaction with retail products and services in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with primary data sources derived from relevant journals, books, and articles. Analysis was conducted by collecting and evaluating relevant information about IMC Omnichannel implementation and its impact on consumer satisfaction in the retail context in Indonesia. The research findings indicate that IMC Omnichannel implementation has a significant impact on the satisfaction of retail products and services in Indonesia. The integration of various communication channels allows companies to provide a more comprehensive and consistent shopping experience for consumers. Additionally, service quality, responsiveness to consumer needs, and personalized shopping experiences also play a crucial role in influencing consumer satisfaction in the context of IMC Omnichannel.
