Abstract

This study was based on the findings during teaching and learning process at FKIP Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu (the Faculty of Educational Science and Teacher Training of Dehasen University of Bengkulu). There was a phenomenon of declining of good character value and morality. This is because of the misused of advancing technology by students that brings negative impact on the students' character and morality. This phenomenon was especially found among new students of FKIP (Faculty of Educational Science and Teacher Training) on their early stage of study. At the meeting of Educational Profession (Profesi Pendidikan) course, we did early observation by making contract with the new student.. They generally still brought their local character and moralor their old behavior. This could be seen, for example, they talked to their lecturers and seniors impolitely or often used their local language.  Everyone's patience was needed in dealing withthis phenomenon. As the lectures progressed, especially Educational Profession course, we tried to internalize character values toward the students. This had positive impact for them. Today, they are found to be more polite, for example, they greet their lecturers and seniors when they meet them. This study dealt with character values such as: religious, discipline, honest, hard work, responsible, love peace, appreciate achievements, and friendly or communicative. This Exploratory study which was done to internalize character value of the students, has positive impact, this can be seen fromthepositive progress of students' character. Students who already have good character will keep learning to have better personality. This wil affect their future job, especially if they become teachers.

Abstract

Analysis of learning management in higher education through a technology 4.0 approach. This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of learning management with a communication information technology approach (technology 4.0) to improve the learning management system in universities, especially the Bengkulu province UNIVED campus during the covid 19 pandemic. This research will be investigated further and more carefully on management factors. The results showed that: The availability of ICT network infrastructure services on the Unived campus was obtained by 80% of students and 93% of the academic community. In x2 (Availability of Student Academic Information Systems) on the Unived campus, the results of interviews were 82% of students and 94% of the academic community. In x3 (Availability of e learning applications) on the Unived campus, the results of interviews were 78% of students and 92% of the academic community. Based on the comparison of test data and interview data on the PT Unived campus, it was concluded that the Learning System (LS) = x in stages (ISM) = (A, C, and D) experienced an increasing trend (positive). Meanwhile, in the Individual stages of mastering ICT (B) there is a downward trend.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to implement the analytical hierarchy process method for evaluating the performance of human resources for the Family Hope Program (PKH) at the Social Service of Kepahiang Regency. The research method in this thesis uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), which is a logical process used by systems analysts to describe an information system, including requirements, validation, training and ownership. 1. Performance evaluation of the Human Resources (HR) of the PKH Program using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is carried out by ranking teachers using the final score of each PKH facilitator. The criteria used in this study in the evaluation process of PKH companions were communication, orientation to quality, analysis in problem solving, self-control, and work discipline.

Abstract

The evaluation carried out on the Utilization of Interactive Multimedia-Based Teaching Materials in student development courses is based on changes in "adaptation to the use of technology 4.0" which tend to change in trend, so this is inline with an interactive learning model, in encouraging student curiosity about knowledge, it becomes important to find out student strategies in using interactive learning media to improve the abilities of these students, the abilities intended include the abilities students use to communicate, both in the form of writing, speech, and the operation of technological devices and applications used. In an effort to reveal the facts from the findings when this research was conducted, the method used in this study was a quantitative method and data analysis techniques in this study the researchers used the CIPP model to evaluate the use of interactive multimedia-based teaching materials with 12 indicators and 53 questions related to utilization interactive multimedia-based teaching materials for early childhood students with an average score of 69%. Declared relevant and can be utilized in learning in early childhood. In its implementation, the samples from this study were tested on a limited scale and also tested on a large scale. For the limited-scale trial, it consisted of two parts of lecturers and one part of the student class, the number of which was randomly sampled, while for the large-scale test, it consisted of two parts of lecturers and two parts of student classes whose numbers were taken randomly. To support the required data iteration, in this study the implementation of collecting data used direct observation and oral tests. The data analysis technique applied uses the average score, percentage and t-test. It was concluded that the development of interactive multimedia-based teaching materials is feasible to use to improve language skills based on limited tests and broad tests. And the development model is effective in improving children's language skills significantly, seen in t_hitung > t_tabel.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of effectiveness of applying blended learning-based learning models by utilizing ICT technology (Technology 4.0) to improve students' critical thinking skills in normal news life while maintaining adaptation to the industrial revolution 4.0. This behavior has positioned students to carry out blended learning that is oriented towards the continuous use of technology 4.0. This new habit encourages students to have a competitive level of adaptation in the more complex era of the industrial revolution, and students must also have adaptations with technology to overcome problems that exist in the current era So the researchers made a concern to instill and strengthen the skills and abilities needed by students to face the Industrial Revolution 4.O era in the current era. In discussing this research, Critical thinking skills are selected as skills that are needed by every individual student today, because Critical thinking skills enable students to involve various aspects and tools needed in learning and through a systematic thinking process. Researchers are trying to find a method that is appropriate to the current era, namely blended learning. Blended learning which has been implemented by the educational institution where this research takes place is a collaborative learning method between conventional methods and modern methods (technology 4.O). This method is implemented by implementing several cycles and meeting parts. The methods used and those given in developing critical thinking are combining problem solving methods with video, blogging, YouTube and zoom meeting. Thus, students will learn something different and new in the implementation of their learning. This will spur students to think critically. Thus, students will have optimally developed critical thinking skills and students will be able to adapt quickly to the current era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The role of the teacher in every learning activity in schools is very important. The teacher is responsible for the success of each learning activity that has been designed. There is a tendency for teachers who are not optimal in preparing measurable designs and lesson plans that will have an impact on learning activities that are not optimal and tend not to be in accordance with learning outcomes. So that in providing socialization material for this service, we are a Collaborative Team of Lecturers and Students who have conducted Tripmen and equipped the teacher council with materials and direct practice in designing learning materials and we have also provided assistance in implementing the STEM learning model for teachers with the aim of providing education to MTS teachers regarding STEM learning. STEM learning model socialization activities for teachers are carried out by presenting material presentations and practicing designing learning materials. After following the material carefully, teachers generally and measurably already have and have acquired new knowledge related to the STEM learning model. That way, for future sustainability, the motivation of the teacher council will emerge by itself to prepare well in advance related to the learning material to be discussed, this can provide the best knowledge and insight for students, especially when interacting with students of higher quality. than before.
