Abstract

This learning aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication, Teamwork, and work discipline on the Performance of outsole employees at PT. Multi Self-Creation. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 50 employees. The method of data collection uses the form of interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partial interpersonal communication has a significant effect on employee performance, Teamwork has a substantial impact on employee performance, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously interpersonal communication, Teamwork, and work discipline have a considerable impact on employee performance. It is recommended to improve the Performance of employees in the future, should the leadership of PT. Multi Kreasi Mandiri can: 1) Provide examples to employees to open active and relevant discussions so that Interpersonal Communication can run effectively, 2) Create Teamwork which is better to create a sense of belonging to the company, 3. Improve employee work discipline by controlling the implementation of SOPs continuously.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program ini untuk memberikan pendampingan, diskusi dan sebagai fasilitator dalam penerapan akuntansi sederhana dan pembuatan laporan keuangan yang efektif bagi Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah (UMKM) Barokah di Painan, Sumatera Barat dengan beberapa diversifikasi jenis usaha yaitu dagang dan jasa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada saat pandemi Covid-19 sehingga kegiatan ini dilaksanakan menggunakan aplikasi google meet. Kehadiran tim instruktur melalui program pengabdian masyarakat dalam pembinaan penerapan akuntansi sederhana mendapat respon positif. Kebutuhan pengetahuan pelaku usaha mengenai pembuatan laporan keuangan untuk dapat menghitung laba rugi usaha, dan juga dapat mengetahui kapan usahanya akan dikenakan pajak. Di samping itu juga dapat memahami bagaimana pengendalian persediaan dengan mudah.

Abstract

This study aims to find out related to employee activities that have been determined, to determine the controls that have been implemented, and to find out whether operational audits of human resources can improve efficiency and effectiveness on the performance of company employees. In order to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's operational activities.The research method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach using descriptive methods where the results of data research are in the form of exposure to the results of the situation that has been studied and presented in the form of narrative variants or recommendations for companies. The data collection used are interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. Assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of the company obtained from data sources in the form of secondary data, namely the history and development of the company, organizational structure, data on the implementation of human resources and documents related to research and also obtained data sources in the form of primary data, namely financial reports on operational activities and interviews with company manager.The results of the study indicate that the policies contained in the company towards employee activities are in accordance with what has been determined. It can be concluded that the operational activities of human resources at PT. Jabarti Abazas Prima has not been effective and efficient because there are still weaknesses that have resulted in hampering the development of the company.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pajak digunakan pemerintah untuk membiayai berbagai fasilitas demi kepentingan masyarakat. Namun, perusahaan menggunakan pajak sebagai salah satu cara untuk mengurangi biaya-biaya perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan melakukan upaya penghindaran pajak dengan mengurangi beban pajak yang harus dibayarkan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan yang diterima. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi indikasi terjadinya penghindaran pajak, seperti umur perusahaan, kebijakan hutang, dan kualitas audit, Metode penelitian: Objek penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2020-2022. Dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel awal yang digunakan untuk menguji yaitu 56 sampel perusahaan, tetapi karena adanya outlier data maka sampel yang digunakan menjadi 52 sampel perusahaan. Semua proses analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS 26 Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa umur perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap indikasi penghindaran pajak, kebijakan hutang berpengaruh negatif terhadap indikasi penghindaran pajak, dan kualitas audit berpengaruh negatif terhadap indikasi penghindaran pajak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Financial Leverage, Good Corporate Governance, and Firm Size on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020 period during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research technique uses purposive sampling, so 25 companies were obtained as research samples. The source of data in this study is secondary data obtained from the www.idx.com and www.invesia.com sites in the form of an annual report (annula report) of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector. The model used in the study was cross section regression using data calculation application software, namely Eviews 10.0. The results of this study state that financial leverage does not affect managers in practicing earnings management. This article states that the average company has a safe influence in the sense that the company can pay back the debt used to finance the company's assets, so managers need to be more motivated to practice earnings management. Good Corporate Governance (KPI) does not play a role in Profit Management (DA), meaning that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Good Corporate Governance implemented did not make managers practice profit management. Company Size (Ln Assets) has a role in Earnings Management (DA); the more significant the company will tend to reduce earnings management practices because large companies are politically more concerned by government agencies than small companies.
