Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menetapkan apakah penerapan ERP di PT.XYZ memiliki hubungan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas bisnis perusahaan. ERP terdiri dari banyak modul didalamnya yang dapat digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemakai. Dalam penelitian ini, modul yang ada di ERP tempat penulis melakukan penelitian meliputi modul Persediaan, pegawai(absensi dan gaji), perawatan, produksi (panen), pemakaian kendaraan, kas. Semua modul-modul ini saling terintegrasi dalam menangani proses-proses bisnis perusahaan. metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan instrument berupa kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala interval yang disebarkan kepada 35 orang responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi Pearson Moment dan t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan antara peningkatan produktivitas bisnis terhadap penerapan ERP

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan apa saja yang terkandung dalam Surah An-Nahl ayat 125 dan Surah Al-Alaq ayat 1-5. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif melalui library research atau study pustaka dengan pendekatan terhadap analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di dalam Surah An-Nahl ayat 125 dan Surah Al-Alaq ayat 1-5 terdapat nilai-nilai Pendidikan dan keterkaitan antara Surah An-Nahl 125 dengan Surah Al-Alaq ayat 1-5 adalah sama-sama membahas mengenai Pendidikan, hanya saja yang membedakannya adalah pada Surah An-Nahl ayat 125 membahas mengenai metode pengajaran yang efektif sedangkan dalam Surah Al-alaq ayat 1-5 lebih membahas kepada hal-hal yang harus dipelajari dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The integration of digital technology in education serves as a strategic solution to enhance learning access, particularly for students in regions with limited educational infrastructure, such as Sorong City, Southwest Papua. This community service program was designed to introduce and provide training to junior high school students in the use of the Thunkable application as a tool for mobile-based learning media. Thunkable is a visual drag-and-drop platform that enables users to design functional mobile applications without the need for prior programming knowledge. The method employed in this activity is based on the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model, which consists of four stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. In the Define stage, the needs and digital readiness of the target group were assessed. The Design and Develop stages involved creating a training module and conducting hands-on workshops where students were guided step-by-step to create simple educational apps. In the final Disseminate stage, the outcomes were evaluated and shared for broader use. The results of this initiative revealed high levels of enthusiasm among the participants. Students were actively engaged and demonstrated the ability to independently design simple learning applications by the end of the training. This indicates that the use of Thunkable not only increases students' digital literacy but also enhances their self-directed learning, creativity, and technological confidence. Overall, this activity illustrates the potential of mobile learning tools to support inclusive and adaptive education in remote communities. By equipping students with practical digital skills, it lays the foundation for long-term educational innovation and empowerment. Therefore, the use of Thunkable can be considered an effective and accessible alternative to foster meaningful learning experiences across diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

E-commerce is a trade transaction that allows buying and selling without having to meet directly between the seller and the buyer. This trading system requires a strong sense of trust between one another, between sellers and buyers. Recognition of electronic evidence as evidence that can be submitted to court and recognized as valid evidence has been carried out since 1977 through the Company Documents Act which stipulates that microfilm containing recordings of company documents can be submitted as evidence in court if it arises in the future. lawsuit. According to the Company Documents Law, electronic document evidence is part of documentary evidence, while the Corruption Law explicitly explains that electronic information and electronic documents are an extension of demonstrative evidence. Because electronic letters in the form of electronic information or electronic documents have been recognized as one of the legal means of evidence in special crimes outside the Criminal Code, parallel to the legal evidence in Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code, which is a new type of evidence, it is hoped that investigators, public prosecutors, advisers law and judges have an understanding of this electronic evidence. In examining criminal cases, it is hoped that the judge will impose a sentence based on two valid pieces of evidence and the judge will gain confidence that it is the defendant who is guilty of committing a crime, so the judge must impose the maximum sentence according to the prosecutor's demands, so that the defendant becomes deterrent and the community's sense of justice is fulfilled.
