Abstract

Lecturers in study programs make a major contribution to the quality of study program accreditation, particularly in the upcoming IAPS 4.0 completeness. The lecturer base needs to be managed through a concrete, transparent, structured, comprehensive, and accountable system. Lack of data management in lecturers at the Mechanical Engineering Education / PTM Study Program so far is still paperless based so that it is less effective, efficient, having to copy documents, and tends only to collect data close to the accreditation of study programs. This research aims: (1) to produce e-monitoring products on the performance of lecturers based on a cloud computing system; (2) knowing the level of feasibility of e-monitoring products on the performance of lecturers based on cloud computing system at PTM Study Program. The research method uses Research and Development (R&D), which adopts the ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation) model. The research sample was 11 PTM lecturers. Validators of eligibility included the chairman of the LPM and the chair of the UST IT team. The instruments used included questionnaires and documentation. This research succeeded in producing a product in the form of a cloud computing system with a private cloud type with the Platform As A Service (PaaS) model. The data used as an assessment of lecturer performance include governance, HR performance, education performance, research performance, and service performance. The results of expert assessments obtained an average of 91.25%, which shows that this system is very feasible to use. While the evaluation results of the system implementation showed that 90% of PTTM lecturers were able to understand and skillfully operate the cloud system, thus this system is very feasible to be used as e-monitoring of lecturer performance that is accurate, accountable, objective, and safe to use.

Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 menuntut bahwa pendidikan untuk keterampilan abad ke-21 saja tidaklah cukup, tetapi harus mempertimbangkan manajemen pembelajaran dalam aspek sosial dan pembelajaran virtual. E-Modul merupakan perwujudtan dalam menjawab tantangan tersebut sebagai media pembelajaran online yang menarik dan interaktif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mengefektifkan pembelajaran. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul berbasis lectora pada pembelajaran sistem rem. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D (Research and Delevopment) dengan 4 tahap (Define, Design, Develop, dan Dessiminate). Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa XI TKR SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Playen sebanyak 30 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengetahui kelayakan e-modul berbasis lectora. Hasil uji kelayakan e-modul sistem rem oleh ahli materi mendapatkan nilai sebesar 81% dikategorikan sangat baik, oleh ahli media sebesar 85% dikategorikan sangat baik, oleh uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 83% dikategorikan sangat baik, dan oleh uji coba kelompok besar nilai sebesar 79% dikategorikan baik. Dari hasil uji di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul berbasis lectora yang dikembangkan layak digunakan pada pembelajaran sistem rem.Kata kunci: e-modul, lectora, sistem rem

Abstract

The research objectives were to: (1) Describe the process of developing e-module lathe machining techniques for class XI SMK. (2) Knowing the feasibility of e-module lathe machining techniques class XI SMK. This research includes a mixed type of qualitative and quantitative research called research and development (Research and Development). The development of this teaching material uses the 4D research and development model which consists of the define , design , development and dissemination . The subjects in this study consisted of material experts and media experts, namely PVTM UST Yogyakarta study program lecturers, as well as class XI students majoring in Mechanical Engineering SMK as users of the developed learning media. Data collection techniques using Google Forms and observation. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. (3) The results of this study are e-modules/electronic modules for lathe machining techniques. The e-module was declared good for use based on due diligence according to material experts with a total percentage of 79.7%, media experts with a total percentage of 77.9%, small group test results with a total percentage of 79.6% and large group trials with a total percentage of 83.6%. (4) Based on these data, the class XI lathe machining technique e-module is very suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

Industry 4.0 is a challenge for organizations , technological advances must be optimized as well as possible. Cooperation is a concept that can be done to build a stronger and more sustainable creative economy in the digital era. Strengthening creative ideas with marketing strategies and product design will increase consumer appeal such as through websites, e-commerce, social media with wide and easy reach. The purpose of this study is to develop international cooperation for branding the local creative economy through marketing strategies and creative product design. The research method uses action research, action research by developing collaboration between PVTM, Maeswara Basket and UiTM Malaysia. through the concept of marketing strategy including digital marketing, product design and catalog by collecting observation data, interviews and documentation and data analysis through collection, reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of the study describe international cooperation as an effort to improve strong marketing strategies through technology and the concept of local green economy through environmentally friendly products and more modern product design concepts and international branding are expected to provide appeal to consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung besarnya: (1) hubungan prestasi belajar kejuruan dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan minat kerja siswa kelas XII TKR SMK Tamansiswa Jetis; dan (2) hubungan prestasi belajar kejuruan dengan minat kerja siswa kelas XII TKR SMK Tamansiswa Jetis; (3) hubungan pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan minat kerja siswa kelas XII TKR SMK Tamansiswa Jetis. Hipotesis ini adalah ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 siswa, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel probability sampling jenis sampling total yang menggunakan seluruh jumlah populasi sebagai sampel yaitu 83 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda yang didahului uji prasyarat analisis, yaitu uji normalitas, linearitas, dan multikolinearitas dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 21. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: (1) Adanya hubungan positif antara prestasi belajar kejuruan dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan minat kerja siswa kelas XII TKR SMK Tamansiswa Jetis Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020, (2) Adanya hubungan positif antara prestasi belajar kejuruan dengan minat kerja siswa kelas XII TKR SMK Tamanasiswa Jetis Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. (3) Adanya hubungan positif antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan minat kerja siswa kelas XII TKR SMK Tamansiswa Jetis Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) can improve the activeness and results of learning basic automotive technology vocational school students. This study is a study using the method of literature review. The analysis method used uses qualitative descriptive analysis of journals and research results. Preliminary study results show that students' activeness and learning outcomes in basic automotive technology subjects are low. This is due to the lack of creativity and innovation of teachers applying learning models. Teachers still use lecture methods in learning so that learning is judged to be less effective. The effort that can be made to improve the activeness and learning outcomes of students is to implement a cooperative learning model type STAD. The implementation of stad-type cooperative learning models is considered suitable because in the learning process students work with each other, thus directing students to provide a live learning experience to be active, critical thinking, logical, innovative, and creative. Through cooperative learning models students do not rely too much on teachers, but can increase confidence in their own thinking skills. The implementation of stad-type cooperative learning models will create an interesting learning atmosphere, as well as improve students' understanding of learning so that the learning process runs effectively and the learning results will be satisfactory.

Abstract

The research aims to improve the activeness and learning outcomes of Automatic Basic Technology students of class X SMK Diponegoro Depok Sleman by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research consisting of three cycles, each of which consists of 4 stages, namely (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The subjects of the study were the students of class X SMK Diponegoro Depok Sleman with a total of 23 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed an increase in the activity and learning outcomes of TDO students. In the first cycle, the percentage of students' activeness percentage was 57.398% to 79.41% in the second cycle and increased to 85.21% in the third cycle. While the TDO learning outcomes of students, the average value in the first cycle 61.74 to 72.17 in the second cycle and increased to 79.95 in the third cycle.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Demonstration Method and Audiovisual Media to Improve the Learning Activeness of Vocational School Students' Brake System. This study is a study using the literature study method or literature review. Data collection techniques are derived from the results of research that have been conducted and published in national and international online journals. Methods of data analysis using journal contents. The results of the preliminary study showed that the activeness and learning outcomes of students in the REM system subjects were still low. The audiovisual demonstration learning method is a way of presenting lessons by demonstrating or showing students a certain process, situation or object being studied, either actual or imitation, which is often accompanied by oral explanations. With the use of demonstration methods and audiovisual media, the process of student acceptance of lessons will be more memorable in-depth, thus forming a good and perfect understanding. Also, students can observe and pay attention to what is shown during the lesson. Keywords: Demonstration Method, Audiovisual, Learning Activeness ABSTRAK Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan Metode Demonstrasi Dan Media Audiovisual Untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Belajar Sistem Rem Siswa SMK . Kajian ini merupakan kajian dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan atau literature review.. Teknik pengumpulan data berasal dari hasil-hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dan diterbitkan dalam jurnal online nasional dan internasional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan Penelusuran Literatur (Literatur Review).Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah analisis deskripsi kualitatif. Hasil kajian awal menunjukkan bahwa keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran system REM masih rendah. Metode pembelajaran demonstrasi dengan audiovisualadalah cara penyajian pelajaran dengan meragakan atau mempertunjukkan kepada peserta didik suatu proses, situasi atau benda tertentu yang sedang dipelajari, baik sebenarnya ataupun tiruan, yang sering disertai dengan penjelasan lisan. Dengan penggunaan metode demonstrasi dan media audiovisual, proses penerimaan siswa terhadap pelajaran akan lebih berkesan secara mendalam, sehingga membentuk pengertian dengan baik dan sempurna. Abstract

This type of research is development. The development model used is the four D which consists of define, design, development, and dissemination. This research was conducted at SMK Tamansiswa Nanggulan Kulon Progo with the research subjects of class XI students of Automotive Engineering. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis technique. This learning media application can be downloaded via Google Playstore with the name Classroom on Android, iPhone, and Windows systems. The results of the feasibility assessment of classroom-based learning media by material experts obtained an eligibility percentage of 77.88% with the category "Eligible". The results of the assessment by media experts obtained an eligibility percentage of 71.73% with the category "Eligible". The results of the assessment by students get an eligibility percentage of 74.00% with the category "Eligible".

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar GTO melalui model PjBL siswa kelas X TKR B SMK Nasional Berbah Sleman. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Observasi dan tes digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Data dianalisa secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model PjBL meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar GTO. Hal ini di buktikan: (1) keaktifan siswa siklus I dari hasil observasi sebesar 56,32 %; pada siklus II sebesar 67,34 %; dan siklus III sebesar 76,12 %; (2) nilai rata-rata tes kemampuan siswa sebesar 69,00; pada siklus I sebesar 72,71; pada siklus II sebesar 74,85 dan pada siklus III sebesar  79,85. Kata Kunci: project based learning, keaktifan belajar, hasil belajar, gambar teknik The research objective was to increase activeness and learning outcomes through the PjBL model for class X TKR B SMK Nasional Berbah Sleman.
