Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komposisi Media Tanam Dan Dosis Pupuk Kandang Sapi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Buncis (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Dalam Polybag. Penelititan ini dilakukan di Pusat Pelatihan Pertanian dan Pedesaan Swadaya (P4S) “Lestari Makmur” Jalan Wates Km.12 Polaman, Desa Argorejo, Kecamatan Sedayu, Kabupaten Bantul, DI Yogyakarta pada bulan maret-april 2020. Sifat agroklimat lahan penelitian merupakan dataran rendah dengan ketinggian 88 m dpl, jenis tanah regosol dengan pH 5.5-6.7, suhu rata-rata yaitu 26-32C, dengan curah hujan 1,654 mm/th. Penelitian dengan menggunakan percobaan faktorial 3x3=9 yang disusun dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap(RAL) faktor pertama adalah media tanam yang terdiri dari 1 media tanah (M1) : 2 media pasir (M2) : media tanah+pasir (M3). Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk kandang sapi yang terdiri dari 1 dosis 90 g tan⁻1 (K1) : 2 dosis 180 g tan⁻1 (K2) : 3 dosis 270 g tan⁻1 (K3). Perlakuan macam media tanam dan dosis pupuk kandang sapi menunjukkan terjadi interaksi terhadap parameter bobot segar tanaman dan bobot kering tanaman. Sedangkan pada parameter yang lain tidak terjadi interaksi yaitu terhadap tinggi tanaman,jumlah daun,bobot buah,jumlah buah,dan panjang buah. Perlakuan dosis berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot buah, jumlah buah dan panjang buah. Perlakuan media tanam tanah dan pasir memberikan bobot buah tanaman tertinggi. Perlakuan dosis pupuk kandang 270 g tan⁻1 memberikan bobot buah tanaman tertinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the volume of water application and the composition of goat manure and urea on the growth and yield of sunggal rice varieties. This research was conducted in Kepuhan Hamlet, Argorejo Village, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency, DIY from September to December 2021. The experimental design in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 replications. There are two factors consisting of the volume of water supply, namely: N1 (300 ml), N2 (600 ml), N3 (900) and the composition factor of goat manure: urea, namely: P1 {80% (31.4 g):20 % (7.85 g)}, P2 {50% (19.625 g):50% (19.625 g)} and P3 {20% (7.85 g):80%(31.4 g)}. There were two variables observed, namely growth variables including plant height, number of tillers, fresh weight of stover, and dry weight of stover and yield variables including number of panicles, panicle length, percentage of grain content, weight per 1000 grains, weight of grain per clump and weight of grain. contents per clump. Observational analysis used variance at a level of 5%, followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a level of = 5%. The results showed that the volume of water treatment and the composition of goat manure showed no interaction with all growth variables, but there was a significant difference in the fresh weight of the stover. Meanwhile, for the treatment variable, the volume of N1 water as much as 300 ml and the composition of goat manure and urea P2 50%:50% showed an interaction with the yield variable, namely weight of grain per clump and weight of filled grain per clump.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the agronomic response of Ciherang rice plants during the vegetative and generative phases under deficit irigation conditions, as a benchmark for cultivation in dry land. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design with two factors. First, the level of water efficiency consisting of three levels, namely 300 ml, 600 ml, and 900 ml; second, the ratio of cattle manure and urea fertilizer also consisting of three levels, namely 80:20, 50:50, and 20:80. The observed variables include vegetative phase parameters, such as plant height, number of tillers, and dry weight of biomass, as well as generative phase parameters, such as percentage of filled grains and weight of filled grains per clump. The results showed that there was a significant interaction between water efficiency and fertilizer ratio during the generative phase, but no similar interaction was found during the vegetative phase. Furthermore, the combination of 600 ml water treatment with a 50:50 fertilizer ratio produced the highest percentage of filled grains and weight of filled grains. These results indicate that Ciherang rice can grow well under efficient water conditions, making it potentially suitable for cultivation in dry land.
