Abstract

The objectives of this research are to know the characteristics of poor people in irrigation and watershed areas, to analyze the difference of income of the poor in irrigation and watershed areas, to analyze income inequality of the poor in irrigation and watershed areas. The study used primary and secondary data types. Primary data collection techniques obtained through Interview / Questionnaire with respondents. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis to obtain the characteristics of the respondents, and the analysis of different test to obtain the income ratio of respondents, then gini ratio analysis to obtain the gini coefficient or income inequality of respondents. The results of this study are: Poor people in irrigation areas tend to have a narrower area of land than watersheds, 69 Percent of irrigated dwellers are at productive age (15-54) whereas river basin is 91 percent, the majority of the poor irrigation flows are rice farms and rubber streams. The income of the poor in the irrigation flow areas is significantly different from the income of the poor in the watershed, as seen from the different test results t hit> t table (6,009> 1.67), with the average income of the poor in the irrigation flow area of Rp. 1.858.377 per month while the poor in the watershed area Rp. 1,173,014 per month. The inequality of income of poor population of irrigation flow area is 0,09 whereas poor population of river basin is 0,27.

Abstract

Teori perubahan sosial pada dasarnya terbagi pada dua keyakinan, yaitu pertama bahwa perubahan masyarakat terjadi secara revolusioner, dan yang kedua terjadi secara evolusioner. Salah satu faktor kesulitan yang cukup signifikan pada masyarakat indonesia untuk memulai sebuah perubahan adalah masih kuatnya tradisi yang melekat pada kehidupan sehari hari. Masyarakat kerajinan adalah salah satu contoh kelompok masyarakat yang masih memiliki ikatan kuat dengan nilai-nilai tradisi, hal ini sangat terlihat jelas pada sulitnya para pengrajin menghasilkan kreasi-kreasi yang memiliki nilai kebaruan. Melalui program pelatihan singkat terhadap pengrajin mandau di Melawi, Kalimantan Barat, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dengan perubahan dapat dilakukan dengan mengenalkan pendekatan baru dalam memulai kreasi, yaitu pendekatan yang selama ini umum dilakukan pada dunia akademik, khususnya pada bidang akademik seni-rupa dan desain. Inisiasi ini merupakan salah satu upaya terjadinya perubahan yang bersifat revolusioner, yang seolah bersebrangan dengan keadaan masyarakat yang cenderung mengalami perubahan secara evolusioner. Konsep yang dikenalkan adalah ‘konsep bermain’. Dengan penerapan konsep tersebut dihasilkan kolaborasi antara ketrampilan yang dimiliki dengan kesadaran adanya peluang baru yang memiliki nilai ekonomi melengkapi nilai yang selama ini dianut.Kata kunci : perubahan sosial, konsep bermain, tradisi, mandau.AbstractThe theory of social change is basically divided in two convictions: first is a revolutionary change, and the second occurred evolutionarily. One of the most significant difficulties in Indonesian society to initiate a change in the strength of the tradition is inherent in daily life. Craft community is one example of communities that still have strong ties with traditional values, it is clearly visible on the difficulty of the craftsmen produce creations that have novelty value. Through short training programs to the craftsman Mandau in Melawi, West Kalimantan, it is concluded that the changes can be done by introducing a new approach in starting the work, which is the approach that has been common in the academic world, especially in the academic field of fine art and design. This initiation is one attempt to make the changes that are revolutionary, as in contrast to the state of society which tends to be evolutionary changes. The concept introduced is the ‘Game Concept’. With the application of these concepts resulting collaboration between the skills, and awareness of the new opportunities that have complementary economic value for the embraced values.Keyword : Social Changes, Game Concept, Tradition, Mandau

Abstract

Along with the times growing, it is necessary for a specific law to regulate and supervise economic activity in a country, especially in the banking sector which providing bank services. It is known that the bank is an institution that upholds the trust of customers on financial secrecy customers are categorized as bank secrecy so as to make the bank a target to commit criminal acts of money laundering. For the sake of prevention and eradication of money laundering, the government issued Law No. 8 of 2010 on the Prevention and Combating Money Laundering and forming institutions Analysis of Financial Transactions Reporting Center has the authority to require the reporting of customer transactions is strictly confidential.This study is a normative legal research using normative juridical. Data used in the form of secondary data. Data mining is done with literature (library research) and interview. Once all the data is collected, the data is then processed and analyzed, the qualitative analysis was used to group the data point to the aspects studied. Furthermore, the conclusions drawn related to this research, then elaborated descriptivelyBased on this study showed that in dealing with money laundering INTRAC play an important role by conducting an investigation of the transaction reports from banks and do reports on analysis results which indicate laundering to the authorities to deal with such offenses.

Abstract

The purposes of this society's dedication are to increase public awareness towards beauty and healthy environment, to build and increase the sense of togetherness on preserving the environment to achieve a better & healthier lifestyle. The first step of implementation is to observe the environment and acquire some information about the problem that exists in the environment. Second, discuss the best solution with the public figure and apply it to the environment. Last, to implement the solution that already been discussed. After the implementation, we found that the community was very enthusiastic to participate in preserving their living environment and we do take this action as a successful society dedication.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi di masa sekarang ini penambahan kendaraan bermotor sangatpesat terutama di DKI Jakarta, sehingga sering terjadi kemacetan dimana – mana. Faktorpenyebab utamanya adalah lebar jalan dengan volume kendaraan yang ada tidakseimbang. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan survai lapangan danpengumpulan data primer serta data sekunder sebagai acuan dalam perhitunga. Apakahjalan sentra primer masih layak untuk 5 tahun yang akan datang atau memerlukanperbaikan, oleh sebab itu penulis menceritakan alternative penanggulangan kemacetan diJalan Sentra Primer Terminal Terpadu Pulo Gebang Jakarta Timur. 1. Alternatif PerbaikanSimpang: Dari hasil analisa, untuk menentukan alternatif pilihan pada perbaikan simpangmengacu pada hasil tingkat kejenuhan (DS) dan tingkat pelayanan (LoS). Dari hasilkondisi simpang saat saturated dengan nilai dari DS lebih dari 0,75 (Standar MKJI). 2.Penambahan Lajur : Analisa penambahan lajur pada simpang, bisa dilakukan saat nilaidari derajat kejenuhan (DS) > 0,75 memerlukan pelebaran jalan pada tahun 2028.Penambahan lajur diharapakan bisa mengatasi masalah kepadatan yang terjadi denganrencana kapasitas simpang yang akan datang (5 tahun), melihat dari pertumbuhan lalulintas berdasarkan Growth Rate berdasarkan peride jam puncak.Kata kunci : Evaluasi Kinerja Simpang Jalan

Abstract

Hospitals must be able to adapt quickly and develop the right strategy to survive, to become a large and strong hospital is one of them by carrying out an acquisition strategy. However, the post-acquisition integration phase process is the most critical stage that often makes the industry fail in managing human resources and can cause employee anxiety to employee resistance. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational identification and transformational leadership on employee identification and willingness to collaborate, as well as employee identification on willingness to collaborate in the post-acquisition integration phase at Grand Family Hospital. This research is quantitative correlation research. The population is all 127 nurses who work at Grand Family Hospital. The sampling method was random sampling and 127 respondents were used. Data collection used a questionnaire with analysis techniques using path analysis. The research results show that organizational identification and transformational leadership partially influence employee identification and the willingness to collaborate, and employee identification influences the willingness to collaborate. Simultaneously, organizational identification, transformational leadership, and employee identification influence the willingness to collaborate. Hospitals need to pay attention to the relationship between organizational identification, transformational leadership, and employee identification simultaneously. Integrating strategies and policies that strengthen these three aspects together can create a work environment that supports and motivates employees to work together effectively. Organizational identification, transformational leadership and Worker Identification have a significant effect on the willingness to cooperate in the post-integration phase of the acquisition.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are a crucial component of hospital information systems that support the effectiveness, accuracy, and continuity of patient care. However, their implementation among nurses at Hospital X remains suboptimal due to barriers related to organizational culture, leadership, and individual motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture (X1) and transformational leadership (X2) on the implementation of EMR (Y) through work motivation (Z) as an intervening variable. The research applied an explanatory-causal design with a quantitative approach, using a cross-sectional survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to nurses and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that organizational culture and transformational leadership significantly influence EMR implementation both directly and indirectly through work motivation, with p-values less than 0.05. These results indicate that strong organizational values, collaborative culture, and transformational leadership that fosters motivation and innovation can improve nurses’ willingness and effectiveness in utilizing EMR. The study concludes that enhancing organizational and leadership factors, along with maintaining high work motivation, is essential to ensure successful EMR adoption and optimize healthcare service quality in hospitals.

Abstract

Digital literacy refers to a person's ability to use, understand, and participate in the digital environment effectively. The development of information technology has changed the scope of the marketing world in recent years. Marketing communication methods that were previously traditional and conventional have now been integrated into the digital world. Digital marketing has become one of the media that is often used by business people because of the new ability of consumers to follow the flow of digitalization, several companies are gradually starting to abandon conventional marketing models and switch to modern marketing.The development of information technology is growing rapidly. Some activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) utilize information technology to run their business. One of them is the MSME Anak Rantau Iced Tea. Through the community service team, training on digital marketing was carried out as an effort to develop the Iced Tea Children of Rantau MSMEs The results of this activity showed that business actors participated in the training activities carefully. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the actors in understanding marketing digitalization
