Abstract

Perkembangan teknoogi internet dan web telah memunculkan cabang ilmu baru yakni web engineering (rekayasa web). Guna memperdalam pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap matakuliah rekayasa web yang diampu penulis, maka penulis mengembangakan sebuah situs komunitas yang dapat digunakan mahasiswa sebagai wadah repository proyek-proyek web yang mereka kerjakan dan media diseminasi pengetahuan terkait dengan proyek pengembangan web. Pengembangan situs ini memanfaatkan framework CakePHP yang diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web secara cepat. Selain itu, karena framework ini dikembangkan oleh komunits open-source maka dimungkinkan pulabagi kita untuk berpartisipasi dalam pengembangannya.Kata kunci: situs komunitas, framework, CakePHP, PHP, rekayasa web

Abstract

Salah satu penyebab lambatnya mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masa studi di jurusan TeknikInformtika, Fakultas Teknologi Industri, Universitas Islam Indonesia, adalah penyelesaian penelitian TugasAkhir yang melebihi tenggat waktu. Hal tersebut umumnya disebabkan kurangnya kedisiplinan mahasiswadalam menyelesaikan penelitian tugas akhirnya tepat waktu.Aplikasi SMS Reminder digunakan untuk mengingatkan mahasiswa terkait proses pembimbinganpenelitian Kerja Praktek dan Tugas Akhir serta pelaksanakan proses pelaporan kemajuan (progress report)pelaksanaan penelitian Tugas Akhir. Aplikasi ini menggunakan penjadwalan untuk mengirimkan SMS kepadamahasiswa, sehingga dengan aplikasi ini diharapkan mahasiswa akan lebih berdisiplin dalam menyelesaikanpenelitiannya baik Kerja Praktek maupun Tugas Akhir.Kata kunci: SMS Reminder, Aplikasi berbasis SMS

Abstract

Komunikasi antar role dan divisi dalam lembaga, pembagian kerja yang jelas dan penetapan aturanuntuk setiap role menjadi faktor penunjang kinerja suatu oragnisasi dalam melayani konsumen semaksimalmungkin Demikian pula dengan suatu proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak, diperlukan sebuah tim yangdapat bekerja sama dan berkomunikasi dengan baik antar anggotanya agar menghasilkan hasil akhir/produkyang berkualitas. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya sistem terintegrasi yang dapat mengakomodir semua kebutuhantersebut.Alfresco, sebagai salah satu open source – Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS), dapatmenjadi salah satu alternatif sistem terintegrasi ini.Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, pemanfaatan Alfresco sebagai ECMS dalam mengelola suatuproyek pengembangan perangkat lunak cukup efektif, terutama berkaitan dengan collaborative work. Abstract

This research was done at TPI of Tanjung Beringin Serdang Bedagaidistrict, aimed of this research was effect of TPI on fish market was catch byfisherman. Result of this research showed effect of TPI on fish market at TanjungBeringin village was 33,8% and market fish at Serdang Bedagai district was10,5%. Abstract

This research aims to know KJA effort feasibility and development potency atPLTA Koto Panjang. Result of this research showed if KJA'S effort with 10reasonable bags to be developed by investments as big as Rp 118.625.000,- withonce time harvests as big as Rp 24.524.000,in a year is done crop thrice.Development potency KJA stills outspread base environmental advocate energywith level harnessed new accumulating basin 5,1% by total KJA now 1.000 bag.about problem on a long term is accessibility stock down that until now still iswreaked from pasaman sumatra smolders and be made its accumulatings basinspatial manner for developmental KJA and another activity.

Abstract

Research on the marketing of Goldfish in Pangururan Sub-district Samosir Regency was carried out in April 2021. This research aimed to (1)analyzes the cost, Goldfish marketing advantage; (2) calculated marketing margin and efficiency of Goldfish marketing in Pangururan District North Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is the survey method by directed observation to the field. Respondents in this research were cultivators of as many as 22 people, collecting trades as many as 2 people, while the retailers is 10 people.The results of this research are known to collectors who buy Goldfish as much as 400 kg and sell to retailers as much as 40 kg per retailer. Average marketing cost incurred by the merchant by collecting trades amounting to IDR 453,33/kg and the average marketing costs incurred by retailers amounted to IDR 560/kg. For the marketing profit of collectors, the average amount is IDR 3.546,67/kg and for the profit of retailers, the average amount is IDR 1.440/kg. The marketing margin is IDR 6.000/kg and total fishermans share is 83,33%. Goldfish marketing in Pangururan District is efficient because Fishermans share bigger than 50%.

Abstract

Traditional and modern food processing derived from catfish, such as fish fillets, smoked, salted, nuggets, meatballs, shredded and others; generate solid waste such as meat tetelan, abdominal fat, liver, bone, head, fins and innards. These wastes account for about 20-60% and is considered as part of that do not have economic value. Whereas solid waste is still potential as a raw material that contains relatively high nutritional value. Thus the utilization of solid waste that can generate added value in the form of raw materials and feed fish food industry. Conversely, if the solid waste is not utilized, will surely disturb the surrounding environment, good for water, air, soil, and the surrounding population. At this time there is no productive business specializing in the utilization of solid waste from the processing of catfish into industrial raw materials of food and fish feed. The possibility of this was due to the unavailability of data and information adequate technical and economical. In order to meet the needs of the research that was conducted. This study aimed to analyze the economic valuation of the utilization of industrial solid waste processing of catfish, the raw material of functional food and feed that meet the quality standards in accordance with the National Standards Indonnesia (SNI) as well as to determine the recommendation whether it is feasible or not the establishment of the business of processing food and feed of waste Solid results catfish processing of household or industrial scale. This research is a lab-scale experiments using technology that has undergone several modifications. The results showed that the technology is capable of producing industrial raw materials in the form of Fish Protein Concentrate (KPI), fish oil, bone meal and pyloric caeca crude enzyme in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard. , Judging from the environmental impact assessment and business analysis Gross NPV Rp. 24.788.000, BCR 1.15, IRR of 65.91% ,PR of 2.607 , then the utilization of solid waste business establishment catfish processing household scale feasible.

Abstract

Beton terbentuk dari campuran agregat halus, agregat kasar, semen dan air dengan perbandingan tertentu. beton merupakan suatu bahan konstruksi yang banyak digunakan pada pekerjaan struktur bangunan di Indonesia karena banyak keuntungan yang diberikan diantaranya adalah bahan-bahan pembentuknya mudah diperoleh, mudah dibentuk, maupun memikul beban yang berat, tahan terhadap temperatur tinggi, biaya peliharaan kecil. Selain kekuatan, berat jenis beton juga mempengaruhi suatu konstruksi. Berat jenis yang besar maka dimensi elemen struktur akan besar pula sehingga sangat berpengaruh terhadap bebabn bangunan secara keseluruhan. Berat ini akan mengecil / ringan apabila dimensinya kecil. Hal ini hanya akan tercapai bila beton tersebut mempunyai kekuatan yang tinggi / bermuatan tinggi. Tetapi beton yang bermutu tinggi bersifat lebih getas / britle. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mendapatkan beton yang bermutu tinggi tetapi bersifat daktail (2). Dengan suatu perancangan khusus, kuat tekan dan kuat tarik beton ini dapat ditingkatkan sehingga mampu menahan  tekanan dan tegangan tarik tanpa mengalami retakan. Salah satu cara adalah dengan penambahan bahan seperti zat kimia ataupun serat-serat pada adukan beton sehingga retak-retak yang mungkin terjadi pada beton dapat ditahan oleh serat-serat tambahan ini (3). Berbagai jenis bahan penambah untuk kekuatan beton yang dipakai untuk memperbaiki sifat beton adalah fly ash, cangkang kelapa sawit, fiber baja, fiber plastik, dan lain-lain. Di Indonesia, konsep pemakaian fiber baja pada adukan beton untuk struktur bangunan teknik sipil belum banyak dikenal dan belum dipakai dalam praktek. Salah satu sebabnya adalah tidak tersedianya fiber baja di Indonesia dan harganya mahal (3). Pada penelitian kali ini, penulis akan menggunakan lateks dan serat rambut. Lateks yang digunakan adalah lateks cair yang berasal dari pohon karet yang tidak mencemari lingkungan sedangkan serat rambut yang dipakai adalah rambut dari hasil sisa pemotongan rambut dari salon.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is about effectiveness regulation minister of maritime affairs and fisheries at Bungus Ocean Fishing Port has been done in April 2018. The purpose of this research is to find out implementation of the effectiveness of Permen-KP No 71 of the year 2016 in PPS Bungus and knowing the problems that arise regarding the effectiviness of Permen-KP No 71 of the year 2016.The research method used is the method of the survey with the approach of a qualitative, that is conducting observations directly to the field.The determination of respondents technique be used Purposive Sampling with a total of 18 respondents.The research showed that Permen-KP no 71 of the year 2016 on the chart it’s still not effective due to lack of socialization to fishermen regarding the use of the fishing who environmentaly friendly. The application of the Permen-KP No 71 of the year 2016 in PPS Bungus there are pros and cons in the community. The problem in dealing with the application of Permen KP No 71 of the year 2016 againts the use of lights, the nets and the arrest on a chart also have an impact with the advent of fear of a fisherman when fishing, the reduced by fishermen, the number of fishermen who are unemployed, and the difficulty of fishermen to move to the arrest. Keywords: Effectiveness, MoMA&F Regulation, The arrest of the chart

Abstract

  ABSTRACT        This research was carried out on 1 until 11 August 2018 in Tanjung Bunga Village, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how much investment and income costs, analyze how business feasibility is reviewed based on the investment criteria of the KJA business with Scale I, namely 10 cages, Scale II 20 cages, and Scale III 30 cage bags. This study also aims to see how the sensitivity of KJA business is seen from the investment criteria          The results showed that the total investment for the KJA Scale I business was IDR. 262.798.000, Scale II was IDR. 492,450,000 and Scale III was IDR. 752,890,000. Whereas for income per year or 2 times the production period for KJA business on a scale I is IDR 163,344,000, and for scale II is IDR.380,000,000 and scale 3 is IDR. 547,400,000. Based on the results of the calculation of investment criteria obtained, the NPV value of KJA scale I business is IDR. 499.702.702 and the scale II business is IDR. 1,364,825,240 and the scale III business is IDR. 1.919.739.480 for 10 years. BCR for scale I is 1.21, and KJA scale II was 1.31, and KJA scale III was 1.34. KJA business IRR scale I is 48,5% and scale II is 50,8% and business scale III is 51,2%. (IRR> i), meaning that the IRR value is greater than the highest interest rate per year.          From the results of the calculation of sensitivity analysis within 10 years of the three types of KJA business scale, it can be concluded that the KJA business will experience a loss if there is an increase in cost (cost) of 10% and production has decreased by 10% in the fourth scenario. Where the NPV value of the three business scales is still positive, BCR is <1, and the IRR is smaller than the highest interest rate per year, then the business is better stopped if the KJA business experiences something like this. Keywords: Floating Net Investment, Investment, Business Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis.
