Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana manajemen pendidik yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan rencana, dan pengawasan tenaga pendidik dalam pembelajaran selama masa pandemi di SMP Ahmad Dahlan Sukoharjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidik mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran yang  dilakukan oleh  guru,  yang  pada gilirannya berdampak pada meningkatnya prestasi peserta didik baik secara akademik maupun pembentukan karakter. Kualitas akademik meningkat dengan adanya kenaikan nilai yang lebih bagus dalam berbagai asesmen baik berupa tes formatif maupun sumatif. Kualitas pendidik yang bagus yang merupakan hasil dari manajemen pendidik yang bermutu yang memberikan dampak signifikan pada pendidikan karakter peserta didik, yang mana pembelajaran di masa pandemi menggunakan sistem daring. Perilaku peserta didik yang secara umum dalam pembelajaran daring ini cenderung lebih liar dan tak terkendali, dengan adanya pendidik yang berkualitas tersebut bisa mereduksi penurunan kualitas karakter anak bahkan mampu memperbaiki. Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian, dapat  disimpulkan bahwa  pengaruh  manajemen pendidik  yang  baik,  pendidik  bisa bekerjasama dengan semua stake-holder termasuk orang tua siswa dan masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Ahmad Dahlan Sukoharjo.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana mahasiswa mengetahui arti tentang kesehatan mental dan bagaimana menjaga agar mental mahasiswa bisa selalu sehat. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 76 mahasiswa dengan berbagai macam jurusan. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah membagikan kuisoner kepada responden. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara tidak terstruktur.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 76 mahasiswa saat ditanya sejauh mana mahasiswa mengetahui arti tentang kesehatan mental didapatkan hasil bahwa 17 mahasiswa (22,4%) menjawab bisa menyesuaikan diri, dapat menyelesaikan masalah dan mampu bangkit dari keterpurukan, 58 mahasiswa (76,3%) menjawab tidak gila, tidak masuk rumah sakit jiwa, dan tidak berbicara sendiri, sementara hanya 1 mahasiswa (1,3%) tidak tahu apa itu kesehatan mental. Sedangkan untuk pertanyaan bagaimana menjaga agar mental mahasiswa bisa selalu sehat, 62 mahasiswa (82%) menyatakan bahwa meningkatkan religiusitas merupakan salah satu cara untuk menjaga agar selalu sehat mental sementara sisanya berjumlah 14 mahasiswa (18%) menyatakan memperbanyak teman atau jaringan sosial dapat meningkatkan kesehatan mental.

Abstract

asa pandemi Covid 19 memiliki dampak atau pengaruh yangsangat besar khususnya dalam dunia pendidikan yaitu terhadapproses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan sekolah. sekolahmempunyai peran dalam memberikan edukasi terhadap peserta didikdalam pencegahan virus corona 19 ini dan sekolah dituntut untukberfikir agar proses pembelajaran di sekolah di masa pandemi covid19 tetap dilaksanakan. oleh karenanya kepala sekolah harus memilikikemampuan untuk melakukan manajemen dalam menghadapi kondisitersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemenkepemimpinan kepala sekolah pada masa pandemi covid 19 diSekolah Dasar Negeri Pesidi Grabag Magelang. Penelitian inimemfokuskan kepada kebijakan atau tindakan yang dilakukan kepalasekolah dalam menghadapi masa pandemic covid 19 di SD Negeripesidi Grabag. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif .dalam proses pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan metodeobservasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di Sekolah DasarNegeri Pesidi Grabag Magelang dilakukan dengan dengan cara (1)Kepala sekolah memberikan edukasi terkait pencegahan agarterhindar dari wabah penyakit covid 19 melalui poster pengumumanyang dipasang di depan pintu gerbang sekolah dan disebarkanluaskan kepada siswa, orang tua siswa, guru, dan staff melalui mediakomunikasi. (2) menerapkan kebijakan untuk bekerja dari rumahdengan sistem dibuatkan jadwal piket. (3) menerapkan kebijakanuntuk belajar di rumah bagi peserta didik. Sesuai hasil penelitiandapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen kepemimpinan yang dilakukanoleh kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Pesidi Kecamatan GrabagKabupaten Magelang benar-benar dilakukan dengan baik denganmelakukan beberapa tahapan-tahapan kebijakan yang telahditerapkan. Dengan menerapkan kebijakan berupa pemberianedukasi tentang pencegahan corona, menerapkan kebijakan untukbekerja di rumah dengan sistem membuatkan jadwal piket danmenerapkan kebijakan untuk belajar di rumah bagi siswa diharapkanproses kegiatan belajar mengajar bisa berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence is one of the factors that influences student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the speed of the students in memorizing the Qur'an at the Al-Iman Muntilan Islamic Boarding School MA. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and questionnaire methods with simple random sampling techniques of 20 samples from 118 populations. Data analysis using simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the influence of emotional intelligence on the speed of memorizing the Qur'an of students is 42%, while the remaining 58% is influenced by other aspects that affect the speed of memorizing the Qur'an, such as the age factor of memorizing, memorizing methods, and so on. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of emotional intelligence on the speed of memorizing the Qur'an for students of MA Ponpes Al Iman Muntilan.

Abstract

Developed countries are shown through the quality of their human resources produced through education. Indonesia as one of the countries with the largest population in the world is heading towards becoming a big and advanced country through education. School based management (MBS) is an alternative in educational management that emphasizes in the school autonomy and creativity to improve the quality of education. This study aims to find out how the pattern of madrasah management supports the quality education at MA Ponpes Al Iman Muntilan Magelang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation studies. In detail, the research results of each component in School-Based Management show: 1) 79.81% stated that curriculum management had been well managed and made a positive contribution to improving the quality of education, 2) 89.74% stated that student management had been well managed and provided positive contribution in improving the quality of education, 3) 84.62% stated that the management of facilities and infrastructurehad been well managed and made a positive contribution in improving the quality of education, and 4) 80.00% stated that financial management had been well managed and made a positive contribution in improving education quality. Thus as wholes, it shows that the majority of 83.54% stated that madrasah management can be managed properly and is by the principal implementing School-Based Management adjusted to the National Education Standards in supporting the quality of education at MA Ponpes Al Iman Muntilan Magelang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of Islamic Religious Education Teacher Strategies in Improving the Quality of Islamic Religious Education Learning in Muhammadiyah High Schools in Magelang Regency starting from planning, implementing and evaluating Teacher Strategies, supporting and inhibiting factors and efforts made by teachers to improve the quality of PAI learning. The research subjects were PAI teachers and students. The research object is the Strategy of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Muhammadiyah High School, Magelang Regency, the research indicators are Teacher Strategy, supporting and inhibiting factors and efforts made by teachers to improve the quality of PAI learning. The data collection techniques used are: Observation, interviews, documentation studies. Meanwhile, data management analysis techniques consist of: data compression, data reduction, data display/presentation, data analysis, increasing the validity of results and drawing conclusions. Results The results of the research show that PAI teachers' internal strategies improve the quality of Islamic religious education teaching at Muhammadiyah Magelang High School. The efforts implemented to improve the quality of Islamic religious education learning are, namely 1). Improving the quality of student education Islamic religious education topic 2). Obtain instructions or literature on Islamic religious education subjects, 3). Craftsmanship teaching methodology for teachers in teaching Islamic subjects

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning management with loose parts media on improving the linguistic abilities of children aged 5-6 years in non-formal PAUD institutions throughout Wonosobo District. This research, conducted in a non-formal PAUD institution in Wonosobo District, used a qualitative descriptive method to explore the impact of loose parts media on the logical and linguistic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. Data was collected through direct observation, structured interviews, and documentation, focusing on children's interactions with loose parts and teachers' responses to this learning method. The analysis involved data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with the findings expected to enhance future learning methods. This study found that children aged 5-6 years in Non-Formal PAUD, Wonosobo District, can express their desires and dislikes through speaking skills, with language development indicators including understanding commands and repeating complex sentences. The application of loose parts in learning management significantly enhances their linguistic abilities, as demonstrated by positive outcomes in one well-implemented institution. However, challenges such as limited funding and lack of training information hindered broader implementation. To address these, it is suggested that BOSP funds be allocated for materials and educator training
