Abstract

Archipelagic communities in Indonesia, today are pluralistic societies, and almost all citizens embrace religion because according to the first value of Pancasila, the Indonesian people are people who recognize the existence of God. In the community, there are intersections even the adoption of philosophy and theology simultaneously, which is manifested in daily worship practices. The philosophy that lives in the land of Nusantara (archipelago) is certainly part of eastern philosophy, and both western and eastern philosophies, there are have same philosophical view about humans and God. This research is qualitative, using case studies, in the form of steps (1) determining the symptoms being examined, (2) finding unit of analysis, (3) determining research questions, (4) gathering information or data, (5) linking criteria to interpret the findings obtained, (6) determine criteria for interpreting findings, (7) link findings. The findings of the study, that as part of a diverse Nusantara society, the community of believers needs an approach to carry out a mission in pluralism. Understanding of local philosophy in the context of theology and philosophy meeting issues. Likewise the fellowship of believers on the island of Bali, an island that has long been known for its culture of society, local wisdom and natural beauty. People in Bali, who are not Christians, when they receive an understandable understanding, are ready to receive salvation and live as disciples of God.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemasaran merupakan ujung tombak setiap perusahaan. tanpa adanya pemasaran, produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan tidak akan dikenal oleh calon konsumen. seiring perkembangan jaman adanya perkembangan teknologi yang begitu cepat sehingga proses pemasaran juga harus mengimbangi dengan memanfaatkan dunia digital dalam proses pemasaran atau yang kita sebut dengan pemasaran digital . Untuk itu kami dari program studi ingin mengenalkan tentang marketing digital ke pada siswa SMA dan SMK harapan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pelatihan bagaimana membuat iklan produk hanya denga smartphone. Hasilnya meningkatnya pengetahuan siswa mengenai pemasaran digital dan meningkatnya kemampuan siswa dalam membuat iklan menggunakan aplikasi Canva dari smartphone.Kata kunci: workshop, pelatihan, pemasaran digital, SMA dan SMK harapanABSTRACTMarketing is the spearhead of every company. without marketing, the products produced by the company will not be known to prospective customers. as the development of technology evolved so fast that the marketing process must also offset by utilizing the digital world in the marketing process or what we call digital marketing. For this reason, we from the study program want to introduce digital marketing to high school and vocational high school students. The method of implementing this activity is with socialization and training. The purpose of this activity is to provide training on how to make product advertisements only with smartphones. The result is increasing student knowledge about digital marketing and increasing students' ability to make advertisements using the Canva application from a smartphone.Keywords: workshops, training, digital marketing, high school

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemasaran digital merupakan sarana utk memperkenalkan produk melalui media digital maupun online. Perkembangan dunia digital saat ini sedang trend dan menjadi kebutuhan di semua kalangan. Banyaknya UKM yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pemasaran produk menjadi kendala dalam pengembangan usahanya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah Program studi manajemen pemasaran digital ingin membantu usaha kecil menengah dalam proses pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan dalam hal ini produk jus buah ibu tutik.. Adapun metode pelaksanaan yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini berupa penyuluhan dan pendampingan bidang pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan produk jus buah bu tutik. Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence entrepreneurial interest in the traditional cake industry. Empirical study of traditional apang cake entrepreneurs in Datae, Lawawoi sub-district, Watang Pulu sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district. This research is categorized as Quantitative Descriptive research with a population of 47 kiosks. Data obtained through distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the variables Internal Factors (X1) and External Factors (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) in Datae, Lawawoi Village, Watang Pulu District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The results of this research can be used as motivation for the community, especially housewives who have an interest in entrepreneurship, to start entrepreneurship in any field to develop creativity and fulfill family life.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the capacity of PAUD educators in early detection of autism symptoms through assistance in utilizing the Autiso web application. This community service program uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method involving PAUD teachers in East Kotawaringin Regency as partners. The activities carried out include socialization, training, assistance in using the application, and evaluation of training results. The program results show that the Autiso application is effective in helping PAUD teachers conduct an initial assessment of autism symptoms in early childhood, especially in areas that have limited access to health workers. The evaluation of the program showed a high level of acceptance of the training materials and the Autiso application. The main obstacles faced were time constraints and coordination with partners spread across various sub-districts. The sustainability of this program is expected to be able to expand the use of the Autiso application to other schools in the region.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat dilaksanakan di Phadma Laundry And Dry Cleaning Bali. Phadma Laundry And Dry Cleaning Bali merupakan usaha laundry yang memiliki beberapa cabang di Bali. Beberapa permasalahan yang diungkapkan oleh pihak mitra antara lain ketidakpahaman mengenai teknik pemasaran dengan media digital, pengelolaan  hubungan dengan customer dalam waktu jangka panjang dan pengelolaan keuangan. Solusi yang diberikan tim pengabdian yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pemasaran digital untuk mengembangkan Digital Marketing pada Phadma Laundry and Dry Cleaning Bali, pelatihan dan pendampingan Financial Management untuk pengelolaan keuangan pada Phadma Laundry and Dry Cleaning Bali, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan Customer Relationship Management guna memberikan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan hubungan dengan customer. Metode yang digunakan yaitu community development dan educative technique. Dampak dan capaian dari pengabdian ini yaitu mitra dalam hal ini pihak Phadma Laundry dapat mengembangkan usaha dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada customer. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKM (Program Kemitraan Masyarakat) yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil pengabdian telah mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan, perangkat yang diberikan dapat digunakan dengan baik oleh Mitra serta terdapat peningkatan pemahaman mengenai Digital Marketing, Financial Management dan Customer Relationship Management pada pihak mitra hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil kuesioner pretest dan post test.

Abstract

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder prevalent in children, which impacts their cognitive and behavioral functioning. Early intervention is critical in managing ADHD and improving long-term outcomes. This article summarizes current research on early intervention for ADHD children using a scoping literature review method, focusing on the assessment, treatment and effectiveness of various interventions. The research reviewed highlights the importance of early identification and intervention in reducing the challenges associated with ADHD. Strategies such as mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive training, and behavioral therapy show promise in improving symptoms and functioning in children with ADHD. In addition, the role of parents and clinicians in supporting children with ADHD through interventions was also emphasized, in addition to the role of social media that provides positive support will form a friendly ecosystem for children with ADHD. Overall, early intervention and strategies play an important role in meeting the needs of children with ADHD and improving their well-being.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to examine community-level conditions and perceptions related to sustainable energy and tourism development in four Balinese villages—Banjarasem, Blimbingsari, Bongan, and Bantas. It seeks to identify how local demographics, economic sectors, and attitudes toward renewable energy influence sustainable rural development.  Methodology/Design/Approach - Using community-level survey data, the study analyzes local perspectives on tourism engagement, renewable energy preferences, energy stability, financial considerations, and the perceived importance of green areas. Descriptive and comparative analyses were conducted to reveal trends and contextual differences among the four villages.  Findings - Results show a strong community interest in adopting renewable energy, particularly Solar PV, though cost and limited technical understanding remain major barriers. Energy instability affects both public facilities and productive sectors such as agriculture and tourism. Despite these challenges, residents express a willingness to pay more for green energy and show interest in accessing credit facilities to support sustainable initiatives. Originality/Value - This study provides empirical insights into the intersection of rural energy transition and tourism development in Bali. By integrating community-level perceptions with sectoral energy needs, it offers valuable input for public administration strategies that aim to design inclusive, context-sensitive policies for sustainable rural transformation.

Abstract

Perkembangan layanan kesehatan di Indonesia menunjukkan perkembangan cukup pesat, terutama sejak hadirnya program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) melalui BPJS Kesehatan yang kini mencakup lebih dari 96,8% penduduk. Cakupan yang hampir menyeluruh ini menciptakan dinamika baru dalam pasar layanan kesehatan dan memberikan ancaman yang cukup besar bagi klinik non-BPJS. Tanpa dukungan skema kapitasi, klinik non-BPJS harus mengandalkan kemampuan manajerial dan strategi internal untuk tetap bertahan serta mempertahankan jumlah pasien. Penelitian ini berupaya merumuskan strategi manajerial yang relevan bagi klinik non-BPJS agar mampu meningkatkan daya saingnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif melalui systematic literature review terhadap 20 sumber ilmiah berupa jurnal, buku, laporan industri, dan regulasi kesehatan. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknik tematik, SWOT, dan Porter’s Five Forces untuk menangkap pola, peluang, serta tantangan yang memengaruhi kinerja klinik non-BPJS dalam industri kesehatan yang semakin kompetitif. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat tiga strategi utama yang secara konsisten muncul dalam literatur. Pertama, diferensiasi layanan, terutama melalui penguatan Unique Selling Point (USP), pengembangan layanan premium, dan peningkatan pengalaman pasien. Kedua, efisiensi operasional, termasuk optimalisasi sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi kesehatan, serta pengendalian biaya operasional. Ketiga, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, khususnya terkait standar akreditasi dan tata kelola klinik, yang menjadi dasar penting untuk membangun kepercayaan publik. Ketiga strategi tersebut, apabila diintegrasikan secara tepat, dapat membentuk model manajerial yang lebih adaptif sekaligus memperkuat posisi kompetitif klinik non-BPJS. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengembangan manajemen layanan kesehatan, khususnya pada fasilitas yang beroperasi di luar skema BPJS.
