Latar belakang; Kemoterapi memberikan dampak yang sangat buruk bagi penderita kanker serviks yang sedang menjalaninya, baik dampaik fisik hingga psikologis. Salah satu dampak psikologis dari kemoterapi adalah kecemasan. Latihan yang dapat menurunkan kecemasan pada penderita kanker serviks adalah Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien penderita kanker serviks yang sedang menjalani kemoterapi.Metode; Design penelitian ini adalah Quasy Experimental Pre-Post Test Design. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 responden dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, responden penelitian merupakan pasien dengan diagnosa kanker serviks yang sedang menjalani kemoterapi di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta.Hasil; Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian di uji dengan Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) terhadap tingkat kecemasan dengan nilai p-value 0.000. Kata Kunci: Kanker Serviks, Kemoterapi, Kecemasan, Progressive Muscle Relaxation

Introduction : Hedonist lifestyle can bring effects that can damage the next generation of the nation, especially adolescents who are still experiencing an identity crisis in looking for identity so that adolescents have not been able to judge themselves about the strengths and weaknesses of so many adolescents who are easily affected and are mired by unhealthy relationships.Method : This research is correlation analytic research with Cross Sectional approach. The statistical test used is the Spearman Rank. The population in this study were students of SMA Santo Yosef Medan class XI with a total sample of 57 respondents taken by the Quota Sampling technique.Result : The results showed that respondents who lacked self-concept were 27respondents (47%) and moderate hedonic lifestyle as many as 26 respondents (45.6%). Based on the results of the gamma analysis test, a p-value of 0,000 (p <0,005) was obtained so that Ha was accepted or there was a relationship between self-concept and hedonic lifestyles in the students of Santo Yosef Medan High School.Discussion : In this study available that there is a close relationship between self-concept and hedonic style in adolescents, especially students of the Santo Yosef Medan High School. For this reason, it is expected that adolescents will have positive self-concepts to support learning activities and reduce hedonic attitudes in life.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between online learning based on google classroom and the learning motivation of STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research design used by the researcher is correlational. The sample in this study were 114 respondents, and the sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The measuring instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that Google Classroom-Based Online Learning was less effective (64%) and student learning motivation was quite good (55.3%). Based on the Chi-square statistical test, p value = 0.000 (<0.05), it is concluded that there is a relationship between Google Classroom-Based Online Learning and learning motivation at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan during the 2021 Covid-19 Pandemic Period. It is hoped that students can improve the online learning process based on online by using google classroom, WhatsApp, google meeting, Edlink, zoom, and Edmodo so that online learning can be further enhanced in online learning motivation.

ABSTRAK Kesehatan yang prima akan di dapatkan ketika tubuh mendapatkan oksigen yang baik. Henti nafas diakibatkan melemahnya kerja jantung sampai dengan terhentinya kerja jantung dan dapat mengakibatkan tidak terpenuhinya oksigen dalam tubuh yang artinya kebutuhan dasar hidup tidak dapat terpenuhi. Tujuan dari penyuluhan bantuan hidup dasar adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan dapat melakukan tindakan secara mandiri untuk pertolongan bantuan hidup dasar di lingkungannya. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah siswa/i SMA Yayasan Anastasia Pancur Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan bantuan hidup dasar ini adalah dengan melakukan presentasi materi dan melakukan simulasi bantuan hidup dasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa/i mempu mengetahui tentang dasar-dasar pemberian bantuan hidup dasar dan mampu melaksanakan pemberian bantuan hidup dasar di lingkungannya. Diharapkan dengan dilaksanakannya penyuluhan ini, pada siswa/i dapat sigap dan mampu memberikan bantuan hidup dasar guna memperkecil angka kematian. Kata Kunci : Bantuan Hidup Dasar, Penyuluhan Kesehatan ABSTRACT Excellent health will be obtained when the body gets good oxygen. Stopping breathing is caused by the weakening of the work of the heart to the cessation of the work of the heart and can result in not meeting oxygen in the body, which means that the basic needs of life cannot be fulfilled. The purpose of basic life support extension is to increase knowledge and be able to take action independently for basic life support assistance in their environment. The target of this activity is SMA Anastasia Pancur Batu Foundation. The method used in this basic life support extension is to present the material and perform basic life support simulations. The result of this activity is that students are able to know the basics of providing basic life support and are able to provide basic life support in their environment. It is hoped that with the implementation of this counseling, students can be alert and able to provide basic life support in order to reduce the mortality rate. ABSTRAK Untuk mencapai kesehatan yang panjang harus dimulai sejak dini. Pada usia dini, balita sangatlah berperan penting sebagai permulaan kehidupan yang akan datang. Tindakan kesehatan yang dapat dilakukan diawal kehidupan manusia adalah dengan adanya imunisasi. Imunisasi yang di berikan haruslah lengkap hingga batas usia dengan berbagai macam imunisasi yang akan diterima. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesehatan balita sejak dini. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah bayi dibawah umur 5 tahun yang akan menerima imunisasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah balita yang dating mendapatkan imunisasi sesuai dengan umurnya. Diharapkan dengan dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini, para ibu dapat rajin untuk membawa balita mereka untuk di bawa keposyandu secara rutin dan balita mendapatkan imunisasi lengkap guna memberikan kesehatan yang baik di masa yang akan dating dan mengurangi resiko sakit, cacat dan kematian pada balita. Kata Kunci :Posyandu, Balita ABSTRACT To achieve long health must start early. At an early age, toddlers are very important as the beginning of life to come. Health action that can be done early in human life is immunization. The immunization given must be complete up to the age limit with a variety of immunizations to be received. The purpose of this community service is to improve the health of toddlers from an early age. The target of this activity is infants under 5 years of age who will receive immunizations. The result of this activity is toddlers who come to receive immunizations according to their age. It is hoped that with the implementation of this community service, mothers can be diligent in bringing their toddlers to the Integrated Healthcare Center, regularly and toddlers get complete immunizations to provide good health in the future and reduce the risk of illness, disability and death in toddlers. Introduction: Work readiness is an advanced condition or process that will be experienced by students after they feel ready and have the knowledge, attitudes, and skills needed by the world of work. Apart from work experience, work readiness is also influenced by individual internal conditions such as maturity and mental readiness and everything that requires their seriousness and focus. Work readiness requires a competency that must be prepared beforehand, this competency is influenced by the existence of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy, also known as social cognitive theory, or social learning theory, refers to an individual's belief that he or she is capable of carrying out a task. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness of nursing professional study program students at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan in 2021. Methode: The research method used is correlation with a cross sectional approach, the number of respondents is 84 people. Sampling technique with total sampling technique. The results obtained were 61 people (72.6%) had high self-efficacy and 63 people (75.0%) student respondents had work readiness in the ready category. Results: The results of the Spearman Rank statistical test obtained a value of r = (.879) and p (value) = 0.000 (p <0,05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and student work readiness. Where the correlation level is in the high category and the direction of the relationship is positive, which means the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the student’s job readiness. Suggestion: Students are expected to be able to maintain or improve self-efficacy and work readiness so that they are able to enter the world of work and carry out tasks or jobs that will be obtained in the world of work.

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of family support for clients who survived COVID-19 at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan in 2021. This research was quantitative descriptive. The subjects in this study were 30 people who were obtained through purposive sampling technique using the Vincent formula. The data collection technique is a questionnaire via google form. The questionnaire contains questions about the description of family support on indicators emotional/hope support, instrumental/real support, and information/knowledge support. The results of the study found that: a) descriptions of emotional/hope support in sufficient category 21 people (70%), instrumental/real support in good category 28 people (93%), information/knowledge support with good category 20 people (66%). So that in general the description of family support for clients who have survived COVID-19 at the hospital. St Elisabeth Medan 2021 is a good category of 62%

Remaja merupakan generasi masa depan suatu bangsa yang harus di didik dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga, sekolah dan dibekali agama yang baik. Kenakalan remaja merupakan hal yang tidak asing lagi terjadi di lingkungan masyarakat dimana remaja melakukan perbuatan menyimpang dari norma, aturan, hukum yang berlaku. Hal-hal yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya kenakalan remaja di pengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal dari diri remaja sendiri, oleh karena itu edukasi sangat di perlukan sebagai upaya pencegahan terjadinya kenakalan remaja melalui pendidikan kesehatan dan peningkatan pengetahuan remaja. Program edukasi ini meliputi pemberian materi dan diskusi tanya jawab dengan remaja yang di dampingi oleh guru sekolah sehingga adanya keberlanjutan dalam pemantauan pada remaja di sekolah dengan harapan setelah dilakukan edukasi dan diskusi 80% remaja merasa bahagia dalam kegiatan edukasi, 85% remaja mampu melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari secara mandiri dan 100% remaja melaksanakan sesuai edukasi yang telah diberikan.

Caring menggambarkan inti dari praktik keperawatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian dalam pencapaian pelayanan keperawatan yang lebih baik dan membangun struktur sosial yang lebih baik. Kenyataannya masih banyak perawat yang belum caring. Pelayanan keperawatan merupakan bagian dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang berhubungan dengan manusia, dan memberikan pelayanan yang komprehensif terhadap seluruh aspek kehidupan yaitu biopsikososial dan spiritual. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi Caring Behavior perawat pada masa pandemi dalam pelayanan keperawatan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Medan. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah rancangan penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, responden sebanyak 32 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan caring behavior perawat dalam kategori sangat baik sebanyak 32 responden (100%). Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini menjadi motivasi bagi perawat untuk meningkatkan caring behavior, lebih memperhatikan tindakan keperawatan seperti memberikan makan, dan memandikan pasien di ruangan UGD serta membuat kuesioner yang lebih spesifik untuk ruangan UGD.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused changes to the learning methods used, which previously has to be done face-to-face, now have to be done online. Indirect online learning systems can be taken for granted by teachers, where each teacher must make new habits in its implementation, causing a psychological impact called stress. This study aims to identify the relationship between zoom learning and teacher stress levels during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 6 Medan in 2022. The research method uses a correlation design with a cross sectional design. The study population are 41 people with a total sample of 41 people. The sampling technique used total sampling. Data collection, collected directly by using a questionnaire. The results show that the zoom learning method was in the medium category (44.4%) and the teacher's stress level was in the medium category (48.9%). The results of the Fisher Exact Test found p-value = 0.003 (>0.005), meaning that there is a relationship between the zoom learning method and the stress level of teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 6 Medan in 2022, it is expected that respondents can practice using the Zoom meeting application, so that can increase knowledge in the zoom learning method and can manage stress
