Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada UMKM di wilayah Cawang mengenai akuntansi, pajak, pemasaran dan kredit bank. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini, UMKM di wilayah ini dapat mengurus NPWP, mengetahui bagaimana menghitung pajak pribadi dan usaha, melakukan pembukuan , pemasaran dan mempersiapkan diri mengajukan kredit bank. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui literasi dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan edukasi kepada para UMKM dengan memberikan materi pajak, pembukuan, kredit bank dan marketing. Sebelum dilaksanakan edukasi disebarkan kuesioner. Dari hasil kuesioner diketahui sebagian besar UMKM yang hadir mempunyai usaha kuliner namun belum melakukan penjualan secara online dan melakukan pembukuan. Sebagian besar telah memisahkan uang usaha dan uang keluarga namun sebagian besar belum melakukan pembukuan atas usahanya dan tidak tahu bagaimana cara mengurus NPWP serta menghitung pajak usaha. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan seluruh peserta menyatakan sudah mengetahui bagaimana mengurus NPWP, 95% sudah mengetahui kewajiban pajak pribadi dan usaha, 95% sudah memahami pembukuan sederhana. 92% mengetahui bagaimana mempersiapkan diri untuk mengajukan kredit ke bank. 97% mengetahui bagaimana caranya mempertahankan pelanggan dan memberikan service excellent. Perlu pendampingan yang berkelanjutan agar peserta dapat mempunyai NPWP, membayar pajak yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya, melakukan pembukuan, pendampingan mengajukan kredit dan dapat .berjualan secara online dengan memberikan pelatihan digital marketing.Kata kunci: literasi dan edukasi, UMKM, akuntansi, pajak, kredit bank

Abstract

Workloads, work motivations and employee performances can influence each other. The scope of discussion in these studies is the employee of PT. Indonesian Reinsurance Monument. Purposes of these studies was to determining (1) the effects of workloads on the performances of PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia, (2) influences of work motivations on performances of employee of PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia, (3) the effects of workloads and work motivation simultaneously on performances of employees of PT. Indonesian Reinsurance Monument. Quantitative method in these studies used SPSS version 25. Population of these studies was all employee of PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia, which has 110 Employees use saturate sample techniques, so that data processed is 86 people. Results of these studies are as follow: (1) effects of workloads on performances of PT. The Indonesian Reinsurance Monument obtained tcount (8.582) > ttable (1.988) with a significant levels of 0.00 <0.05. From these result stated that Ho was reject (Ha accept). That show that workload affect the performances of employee of PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia, (2) influence of the work motivations on performances of employee of PT. The Indonesian Reinsurance Monument obtained tcount (5.743) > ttable (1.988) with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. From these results it can be conclud that Ho is reject (Ha is accept). This shows thats work motivation affect the performances of employee of PT. Indonesian Reinsurance Monument. (3) effect of workloads and the work motivation simultaneously on performances of employee of PT. The Indonesian Reinsurance Monument obtained fcount (36.654) > ftable (3.11) with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. From these result stated that Ho was reject (Ha accept). That indicates are workload and the work motivation simultaneously affect performances of employee of PT. Indonesian Reassurance Monument. Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide understanding to MSMEs in the Cawang area regarding the application of economic digitalization to increase the productivity of MSMEs in the region, in particular providing an understanding of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). It is hoped that these MSMEs will accept payments from their customers through QRIS so that they do not rely on cash payments only. The approach taken is to provide education about the benefits of using QRIS and how to activate it. Regarding payment transactions that are often made, 70% stated that they received payments in cash, meaning that more than half of the participants had not received QRIS. Regarding QRIS, 55% of participants stated that they had heard of it, but 54% stated that they were unfamiliar with it or not at all familiar with it. 72% want to expand payment methods so that they don't only accept cash but also non-cash. 77% said they were interested in knowing more about QRIS, and 72% said they were interested in trying QRIS. After education, participants who are interested in receiving payments with QRIS are directed to activate. Keywords: education, QRIS, UMKM, digitalization.

Abstract

This researched aim to identify and analyze effects of work motivation and discipline on qualities of services for Puskesmas employees in Padurenan. The data source using was primary data which was obtain by distributing questionnaire to 32 people using purposive sampling, and populations in these studies were non-medical employee at Padurenan Public Health Center with a total of 32 respondents. Take as many samples as specified in the population. The independents variable in these studies consist of work motivation and disciplines, while dependent variables is service quality. The analysis used in these studies includes validity tested, reliability tested, classic assumption tested, t tested, F tested, multiple linear regressions analyst, and the coefficients of determination (R2). While secondaries data was obtained through library researched by read book and others data source that are still relate to these researched. Base on results of t-tested researched conduct from result of regression analyst, variable of motivations and work disciplines have a positives and significant effects on qualities of service for Puskesmas employees in Padurenan. The coefficients of determination tested show an R-square values of 86.8%, which mean that the variable service qualities is influence by the independents variable, namely motivations and work disciplines, while remaining 13.2/% is influence by others variable not examine in these studies. Abstract

This PKM aims to overcome the problems faced by MSMEs in the UKI environment (canteen) when students are on holiday by focusing on education on managing MSME business finances. When students are on holiday, cafeterias face reduced revenues, inventory surpluses, financial risks, and growth constraints. Therefore, through PKM, we try to overcome this problem through an educational approach. The education carried out is education regarding financial management, simple bookkeeping, digital payment solutions, and online platform activation. From the results of discussions held during the activity, it was found that the majority of participants had not activated online sales using certain platforms, had not separated personal and business finances, had not kept bookkeeping for their business activities, and were still hesitant to use Qris as an alternative payment from buyers. After counseling, participants stated that they wanted to do good bookkeeping, wanted to make sales online, and wanted to use Qris. Continuous assistance is needed so that participants can increase their canteen income through online sales so that when students are on holiday there is no decrease in income, and assistance is needed so that participants can keep their business bookkeeping well so they can know whether their business is profitable and efficient. As well as the need for monitoring the use of Qris from the bank where participants open Qris so that any problems related to Qris can be resolved immediately. Abstract

Economic recovery is the initial part of expansion, where the economy regains its strength to grow after the recession. Economic growth shows signs of strengthening, if managed and carried out with the right strategies and policies by each State. The purpose of the study is to analyze the policies of international organizations in economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by means of literature research. The results obtained in this study are that international organizations have done a lot of research and sparked policies to help the global economic recovery.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pekerja di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer melalui observasi langsung. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah Kepala Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Padangsidimpuan, Kepala Bidang Pemasaran, Kepala Bidang Pelayanan, dan perusahaan yang menjadi peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Padangsidimpuan. Untuk memperoleh data, digunakan teknik penelitian lapangan dengan dokumentasi yaitu mengumpulkan data-data sekunder seperti buku, literatur, liflet dan arsip-arsip yang berkaitan terhadap objek penelitian, dan juga melalui wawancara langsung dengan subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program jaminan sosial BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sangat bermanfaat bagi pekerja dan perusahaan dalam melindungi pekerja yang berkaitan dengan Jaminan Hari Tua, Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja, Jaminan Kematian, dan Jaminan Pensiun

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of agricultural sector development on the economy in Palsabolas Village, East Angkola District, South Tapanuli Regency. The population in this study was Palsabolas Village, which consists of six hamlets. Data collection techniques were conducted directly in the field using several primary data collection techniques. Therefore, based on the research results obtained through qualitative analysis, it indicates that the agricultural sector has a positive and significant influence on the economic growth of Palasabolas Village, East Angkola District, South Tapanuli Regency. This is indicated by the t-test, which has a significance value of less than 0.05 or a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Limitations and shortcomings in this study are unavoidable. Therefore, existing limitations may result in research results that do not accurately reflect the true situation. Researchers cannot reliably determine the accuracy of the information or data provided by respondents, particularly personal information such as education level, age, and family income. For various reasons, not all respondents in Palsabolas Village, East Angkola District, were willing to participate in this study. Therefore, programs in economic sectors, particularly the agricultural sector, need to be further enhanced as an effort to boost economic growth. This also includes preserving existing natural resources so they can be processed and generate benefits for the community.
