Sudah semakin banyak kasus penyalahgunaan narkoba, muali dari anak-anak hingga dewasa. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan akan bahaya obat-obatan terlarang di kalangan generasi muda, khususnya anak-anak. Sosialisasi bertujuan agar masa depan anak terselamatkan. P4GN Sukoharjo melakukan sosialisasi kepada anak-anak dan remaja mengenai bahaya narkoba dengan cara yang berbeda dengan yang lain. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan dengan system edutainment yaitu dengan memakai kostum superhero yang disukai banyak anak. P4GN Sukoharjo juga memiliki karakter superhero, namun karakter superhero tersebut belum memiliki video animasi untuk di perkenalkan kepada masyarakkat. Selain itu dengan video motion graphic ini diharap dapat menguragi penyalahgunaan dan peredaran narkoba di masyarakat terutama anak-anak generas muda.Kata Kunci: Perancangan, Motion Graphic, Anti Narkoba, P4GN Sukoharjo.

Surkarta merupakan salah satu kota yang banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan dari dalam kota maupun luar kota. Salah satu yang banyak dikunjungi wisatawan di Kota Surakarta yaitu wisata kuliner, karena kota ini memiliki berbagai macam wisata kuliner yang sudah tersebar di kota ini, oleh karena itu kota ini memiliki peluang yang sangat besar untuk dikembangkan lebih lagi wisata kulinernya. Salah satu wisata kuliner yang cukup populer di kota Surakarta yaitu Harjo Bestik. Harjo Bestik merupakan pelopor warung bestik pertama di kota Surakarta yang sering dikunjungi oleh wisatawan. Seiring berjalannya waktu banyak warung makan yang menjual menu bestik dan menggunakan konsep sama seperti warung makan Harjo bestik ini, sehingga oleh kejadian tersebut banyak konsumen, pengunjung atau wisatawan yang tidak mengetahui cikal bakal warung bestik pertama di kota solo yaitu warung Harjo bestik dan sudah banyak konsumen, pengunjung ataupun wisatawan yang salah masuk warung. Oleh karena itu warung Harjo Bestik membutuhkan media seperti video explainer untuk memberikan informasi tentang warung Harjo Bestik.Kata kunci : Perancangan; Video Explainer; Harjo Bestik; Surakarta

Desa Nglanggeran Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu desa wisata yang meraih penghargaan kelas dunia. Aspek pengelolaan, pesona, dan potensi yang baik dapat dijadikan potensi yang berkelanjutan untuk menjadi destinasi internasional. Namun pesona dan potensi tersebut terkendala oleh pandemi, sehingga jumlah wisatawan juga berkurang. Selain itu, metode komunikasi dan promosi harus terus dikembangkan untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dan daya tarik wisatanya. Video explainer menjadi solusi dalam menyikapi kondisi tersebut sehingga dapat menjadi media komunikasi yang luas dan media promosi yang dapat menciptakan dan meningkatkan daya tarik masyarakat. To build awareness of cleanliness and enthusiasm for learning through poster design for MadrasahIbtidaiyah (MI) in Sindon Village. This village was identified as facing challenges in increasing sanitation awareness and children's enthusiasm for learning. The service method involves preparing and installing posters specifically designed to communicate the message of cleanliness and enthusiasm for learning. The results of this activity show a significant increase in awareness of cleanliness, as can be seen from changes in children's behavior regarding personal hygiene and the surrounding environment. The creative and informative poster design succeeded in attracting children's attention, encouraging them to actively participate in maintaining cleanliness. The poster which included inspiration, motivational quotes and supporting visual images succeeded in providing positive encouragement to children's interest in learning. Students' active involvement in the learning process has increased, reflected in more active participation in class activities and increased learning outcomes. The use of poster design as an effective communication tool in this service has made a significant contribution to increasing awareness of cleanliness and enthusiasm for learning at MI 2 Sindon Village. It is hoped that this can be an inspiration for similar effortsin other communities to improve the quality of life and education of children through creative and participatory approaches.

Oxidative stress induced in cells by the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) is a toxic effect of heavy metals that exceed the threshold if they enter the body and can cause health threats. Apart from heavy metals that can cause oxidative stress are pesticides. The impact of oxidative stress will disrupt health because it has damaging properties on proteins, DNA and lipids. Exposure to heavy metals by workers and pesticides by farmers through skin contact, inhalation or respiration, to reduce the impact of inhalation or contact on the skin, in this service workers and farmers are given PHBS education, and one of them is by maintaining cleanliness after contact with colors or pesticides by means of wash your hands using soap. Community service is provided through counseling methods, health checks in the form of MCU, and making Moringa leaf soap which contains antioxidants

Changes from time to time, especially now which has entered the modern era. This influences the way of dressing from western culture which has an impact on Indonesian society whose majority religion is Islam. Nowadays, you can find many different styles of hijab in Indonesia. One of the MSMEs that focuses on selling hijab products is HijabSania. HijabSania promotes products only through social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram. The problem experienced by HijabSania is a problem with the concept of the video it uploads on Instagram. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to solve the HijabSania problem. The solution offered is a promotional media design with a Cinematic Video concept. The video that will be shown contains concerns about anxiety when wearing the hijab so that products from HijabSania are the solution to these concerns. Using a qualitative design method by collecting data and interviewing HijabSania, they produced a design in the form of a cinematic video which was intended as a product promotion medium and was supported by several other supporting media. Kelapa Muda Band is an experimental jazz music group originating from Lampung, Indonesia, and has won the first championship in one of the international jazz music competitions. However, the Kelapa Muda Band is still rarely recognized by the general public who are not concerned with the jazz music genre. One problem is the lack of promotional media for music video clips. Therefore, promotional media for music video clips is needed to increase the name of the Kelapa Muda Band, especially the song "Pagi dan Hujan". The design was made to promote the song "Pagi dan Hujan" from Kelapa Muda Band as an attractive promotional medium. It method starts from Development, pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution. Therefore, the design can produce music video clips and some of merchandise that are interesting in terms of concept and visualization. Keywords: Video Clip, Animation, Jazz

Quality services certainly require relevant costs and are managed through targeted financing management which has implications for providing quality services. Costs are allocated to priority programs within a certain time in a targeted manner. This service is carried out using a PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action by participants in the field related to cultivation management which can have implications for improving quality services for students. The service program is carried out by implementing field surveys with participants regarding conditions developing in the partner institution environment, then reinforced with FGD (Focus Group Discussion) related to service program priorities that need to be prioritized according to the partner's quality. Then the third step is to strengthen it with the activity of preparing basic financing management workshop materials for santri organizations in order to provide quality services for all santri who live in Islamic boarding schools, and ending with a basic financing management workshop for santri organizations by presenting all the sections involved in a student organization that directly provides services to all students according to their respective work focus

This research explores how work discipline, compensation, and job satisfaction impact employee performance at PT Sasana Antik in Rembang Regency. The researchers used a sample of 62 employees and collected data through questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value shows that 19.9% of the variation in employee performance can be attributed to the three independent variables, while the remaining 80.1% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.
