Abstract

This research aimed is knowing and analyzing the effect of personality character on the employees’performance in PT PembangkitanJawa – Bali Unit Pembangkitan Brantas Karangkates. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation of employees in PT Pembangkitan Jawa – Bali Unit Pembangkitan Brantas of human resources with 28 employees as the sample. The analysis used simple inear regression. The results of the study show that personality character have a significant influence on employee performance. The result of R2 determination coefficient test was 0.442, meaning that the effect of personality character on the employee performance was 44.2%,and the remaining 55.8% was affected by other variables not discussed in this research

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis saat ini telah memasukira globalisasi, dimana terjadi pergerakan komuditas ,modal,dan juga manusia yang seolah tanpa batas menembus ke segala penjuru dunia modal paling utama dlam bisnis adalah nama dan kepercayaan. Ukuran etika dan sopan santun dalam dunia bisnis sangatlah keras, kalaulah ada perusahaan yang melangar etika, mereka lebih banyak hukuman dari masyarakat, dibandingkan dari pemerintah karena pada dasarnya juga masyarakat bisnis itu punya jaringan tersendiri, yang sangat luas dan efektif, sehingga setiap pengusaha yang berbuat curang atau tidak etis, maka namanya akan segera tersiar, hal itu tentunya akan merusak nama baiknya sendiri. Etika bisnis itu tidak hanya terlihat dalam hubungan antara pengusaha saja, namun jaga terkait hubungan dengan pemerintah dan tentunya masyarakat. Walaupun sejauh ini ukuran etis atau tidak etisnya praktik perusahan dalam masyarakat masih susah diukur, namun paling tidak kita bisa kembalikan ke hati nurani pengusaha itu sendiri.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, pasar global telah menyaksikan pergeseran paradigma dengan diperkenalkannya teknologi digital, menempatkan bisnis, industri, dan konsumen dalam situasi yang tidak terduga. Dengan demikian, untuk bertahan dan tetap kompetitif, bisnis perlu menyesuaikan kembali strategi mereka untuk memenuhi tuntutan baru di pasar digital. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan pelaku usaha yang berperan dalam berbagai bidang usaha yang menyentuh kepentingan masyarakat. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UKM Batik Kantil Bunulrejo Malang adalah penjualan masih dilakukan secara offline dan belum adanya kemasan produk. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan workshop penggunaan website serta brainstorming untuk pembuatan packaging. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, workshop dan brainstorming.  Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini peserta dapat menggunakan website e-commerce untuk kegiatan pemasaran serta merealisasikan rencana packaging yang telah didiskusikan bersama

Abstract

Masyarakat Dusun Petungsewu, Desa Duwet, Kecamatan Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang merupakan penghasil olahan gerit berupa Duwet Polinema Tortilla Chips (Dupitos). Dupitos merupakan tortilla chips dengan bahan baku dasar jagung. Terdapat kelemahan dalam usaha tersebut, yakni mengemas hasil ke dalam label sederhana, membuat produk secara visual kurang berkesan bagi konsumen. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kegiatan adalah merancang label kemasan Dupitos sebagai media promosi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan mulai bulan April sampai November 2022. Metode dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan pengumpulan data dan analisis. Proses desain menggunakan teknik THINK. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan label untuk Dupitos. Desain label mengadopsi metode THINK untuk mendesain label setelah melakukan analisis SWOT. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan di masyarakat Dusun Duwet Desa Petungsewu Kabupaten Tumpang mampu meningkatkan penjualan Dupitos. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari penjualan yang semula hanya 20 pak ukuran 100g per minggu menjadi 35 pak ukuran 100g dan 10 pak ukuran 250g per minggu.Kata kunci: desain; Dupitos; label; Petungsewu

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service Activity (PkM) is in the context of providing counseling, socialization and implementation to the public regarding sharia business transaction contracts to female members of the majlis ta'lim An-Nisa. In the beginning, the implementation will be carried out at the house of Jln. Daffodil 04 Lowokwaru Malang City. Because the pandemic period was finally based on the coordination of the PkM team, the Chairperson of the Majlis Ta'lim An-Nisa and the Takmir of the Fadhilah Mosque, the activities were carried out at the mosque by taking a schedule after the dawn congregation on Tuesday, August 18 and 25 2020. Hours 5:00 to 7:00. The number of participants was 46 people consisting of fathers and mothers.At the time of implementation, the material planned was presented smoothly. This material is considered important because to start a business based on sharia, the type and validity of transactions need to be properly understood. When the transaction is understood, then choose various sharia contract offerings to suit the needs of doing business.According to an Islamic perspective, Islamic law is created and implemented as a whole for nothing but the purpose of the benefit and welfare of the people in this world and the hereafter. To achieve this goal, Islamic law has several principles that underlie the implementation of these objectives, namely: 1) providing convenience and eliminating difficulties, 2) minimizing the burden, and 3) taking the path of stages.The findings and experiences in the implementation of PkM are expected to be a further phase to build awareness about being a true Muslim. Not only diligent in worshiping Allah (mahdhoh) but also have to build a better muammalah. Because in essence Islam, many teachings regulate how mu'ammalah is practiced more masive. Islam is a guidance for the creation of peace. Prosperity can be created if the community is relatively aware of and understands the level of welfare and the simplest measure of well-being is the adequacy of life and this certainly talks about the path of rizki and economic welfare.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide guidance and training on the importance of personality development to the community, especially for women who are organized in social activities, especially the PKK group. In accordance with the aim of this organization is to provide intensive education on family and community welfare so that mothers are the first educators in their families and their children at home and the community in general.The methods used in this service activity are lectures and questions and answers, namely the delivery of material about personality traits and how to develop them. Apart from lectures, discussions and questions and answers were also held to provide opportunities for participants to understand more about the material presented.The result of this activity is that the participants gain insight and understanding (cognition) about the importance of ethics and how to develop themselves, especially in facing the development of life in this global era, so that they can apply an effective personality in everyday life and easily adapt to technological developments.

Abstract

The community in Dusun Petungsewu, Duwet Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency is a producer of corn rice (gerit). So far, the production process is carried out using manual equipment. Where for the corn milling process (slep) is carried out in the market. Then the process of separating the slep from the feces is done manually using a tampah (nampeni). Therefore, this community service activity aims to increase the production capacity of gerit through the procurement of a gerit sieving machine. It also makes the production process more continuous. This activity is in the form of providing a sifter and woven bamboo machine for drying to the MSME partners of Polinema and providing assistance on how to operate the production equipment to partners. In addition, the program is expected to provide positive benefits for gerit producers. Procurement of sifting machine can increase the productivity of gerit producers. In addition, the results of sieving using a sieving machine have increased compared to conventional methods. By using this machine, less power is needed and can shorten the time to sieve the gerit.
