Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bertujuan melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan produk. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Mat’laul Hidayah Kecamatan Cisauk Tangerang. Metode pelaksanaan menerapkan pendekatan partisipasi dan kolaborasi mitra, baik dalam hal pengumpulan data, pendampingan pembuatan produk sampai dengan pasca pelatihan. Penerapan metode partisipasi dan kolaborasi mitra diharapkan dapat mengimplementasikan kolaborasi yang sesungguhnya, mitra dapat berpartisipasi dan berkolaborasi sesuai dengan kapasitasnya, serta dapat berkontribusi secara maksimal sehingga tim pengabdi dapat melatih dan mendampingi sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada di lapangan. Hasil kegiatan berupa beberapa karya asesoris interior berupa lukisan kanvas dengan objek tumbuh-tumbuhan. Terdapat keterbatasan tentang objek untuk membuat asesoris interior, Santri cenderung tidak mau mengambil objek hewan atau manusia. Selama dua bulan ada progress dapat dilihat pada hasil melukis pada kertas dan selanjutnya di tuangkan secara hita putih di di kanvas dan akhirnya menjadi sebuah lukisan. Pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan diberikan secara teoritis.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini  bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal kepemimpinan dan  manajemen organisasi kepada seluruh anggota organisasi dalam bentuk penyuluhan mental kepemimpinan, pembinaan kepemimpinan, kekompakan, tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnis pada UMKM Tictoc shop yang beralamat di Pondok Betung, Pondok Aren Tangerang Selatan. Kegitan tersebut dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18-19 Maret 2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode penyuluhan. Penyuluhan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada karyawan Tictoc Shop Official dengan Tema Pelatihan Jiwa Kepemimpinan, kemudian berdiskusi bersama terkait permasalahan yang ada didalam organisasi tersebut sehingga dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa sebelum pelaksanaan PKM ini seluruh anggota masih kurang menguasai materi tentang kepemimpinan, namun setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan peserta kegiatan PKM ini sudah dapat memahami aspek-aspek kepemimpinan yang sebenarnya sangat luas, ini semua dapat terlihat dari hasil sesi tanya jawab yang diberikan kepada peserta saat kegiatan PKM ini berlangsung.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pembuatan bank sampah merupakan salah satu solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan sampah sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis dampak pembuatan bank sampah terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi warga Kelurahan Bedahan Sawangan, Depok. Program bank sampah tidak hanya berfokus pada pengelolaan sampah, tetapi juga memberdayakan masyarakat untuk mengelola sampah sebagai sumber daya ekonomi yang menguntungkan. Melalui pelatihan dan edukasi, warga diberi keterampilan dalam memilah, mendaur ulang, dan menjual hasil daur ulang untuk memperoleh pendapatan tambahan. Hasil dari program ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan peluang usaha baru, meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga, serta memperkuat ekonomi lokal. Selain itu, keberadaan bank sampah juga berkontribusi dalam menciptakan kesadaran lingkungan yang lebih tinggi di kalangan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, pembuatan bank sampah menjadi langkah strategis dalam mengatasi masalah sampah sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat.

Abstract

The importance of this research stems from the need to understand how these two factors influence employee performance, which is critical for organizational success. This study aims to examine the impact of the work environment and motivation on employee performance at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk, both individually and collectively. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method with a total population of 82 employees, using a saturated sampling technique, where all 82 individuals were selected as respondents. Data analysis includes regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that the work environment has a significant positive impact on employee performance, indicating a strong correlation between these two variables. The research further shows that motivation also significantly influences employee performance, with a similar strong relationship observed between motivation and performance. When both variables are considered together, the results suggest that both the work environment and motivation contribute significantly to employee performance. These findings imply that enhancing the work environment and fostering motivation could lead to improved employee performance. The study's implications emphasize the importance of creating a supportive and motivating work environment as a strategy for improving employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work discipline and employee performance at PT ESS JAY Studios, West Jakarta. The research uses a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, direct observation, and documentation from a sample of 26 employees. Work discipline encompasses dimensions of time, adherence to rules, and responsibility, while employee performance is measured based on work quality, productivity, and initiative in completing tasks. The results show that work discipline significantly impacts employee performance. The implementation of good time discipline enhances work efficiency and productivity, while adherence to rules creates a conducive work environment. A high level of responsibility encourages employees to complete tasks effectively without additional guidance. Although most employees demonstrate good performance, challenges remain, such as a lack of initiative and difficulties in teamwork. The study concludes that consistent application of work discipline can significantly improve employee performance. PT ESS JAY Studios is advised to strengthen its work discipline policies, provide relevant training, and create a supportive work environment to enhance productivity and the quality of production outcomes.

Abstract

Human resource development is essential for empowering communities and fostering sustainable social entrepreneurship, particularly in rural areas where access to knowledge and practical skills remains limited. Yayasan Tajaul Karomah in Desa Situ Gadung, Tangerang, faces challenges in optimizing the capabilities of its teachers and students to initiate socially beneficial entrepreneurial activities. This community service activity aimed to enhance human resource competencies based on social entrepreneurship by providing knowledge, practical skills, and motivation to teachers and students to engage in socially-oriented business initiatives. The program was implemented at Yayasan Tajaul Karomah on October 4–5, 2025, by a team of nine lecturers from Universitas Pamulang and involved 32 participants, including teachers and students. The methodology combined lectures, hands-on practice, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer sessions, ensuring participants could understand theoretical concepts and directly apply them in practical scenarios. As a result, participants demonstrated significant improvement in understanding social entrepreneurship principles, business planning, problem-solving, and community engagement. They also expressed increased motivation to develop sustainable entrepreneurial projects that generate social impact, while discussions facilitated the exchange of creative ideas and strategies tailored to the local context. The activity successfully contributed to strengthening human resources, promoting social entrepreneurship awareness, and laying the foundation for ongoing community empowerment initiatives at the foundation and surrounding areas.

Abstract

The community service activity aimed to enhance the administrative performance of village employees through the utilization of E-Office technology in Cicalengka Village, Tangerang Regency. This program was initiated to address the challenges faced by village administrations that still relied on conventional and manual systems, which often hindered efficiency and transparency. The purpose of the activity was to improve employees’ understanding and skills in using digital office applications to support effective governance. The PKM was conducted on November 2, 2025, in Cicalengka Village by three lecturers from Universitas Pamulang, involving fifteen village officials as participants. The implementation consisted of three stages: preparation, execution, and reporting. The execution stage included material presentation, hands-on practice, discussion, and question-and-answer sessions. The results showed significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and ability to operate E-Office applications, leading to more efficient document management and communication within the village administration. Furthermore, participants expressed strong enthusiasm to integrate E-Office systems into their daily work processes. This program successfully contributed to strengthening digital-based governance at the village level.
