Abstract

Tujuan riset ini adalah mengukur akibat pengaruh beban kerja dan insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT SGI. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisa deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan 35 karyawan. Metode kuesioner yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil riset menjelaskan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Lingkungan tempat Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Insentif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja di PT. SGI. Beban kerja dapat dilaksanakan oleh karyawan dengan penuh rasa tanggung jawab diimbangi dengan insentif yang disesuaikan dengan kinerja dan harapan karyawan, dengan demikian karyawan dapat merasakan kepuasan kerja dalam menjalankan tugas di perusahaan.

Abstract

The economy in the current era of globalization has fierce competition, especially in the business world, where each company moves to continue to make products primarily to meet what is needed by consumers and companies are always innovating to make products that are different from before and from  competitors and strive to be superior to other products.  This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the independent variables which include brand image and price variables on their influence on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions.  This study uses multiple linear regression model and with classical assumption test using SPSS software version 24. Data were obtained primarily by distributing questionnaires to 162 students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya.  This study states that brand image and price variables can partially and significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions positively. The F test explains that the brand image and price variables together can influence purchasing decisions with results showing f-count>f-table.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the role of motivation as a mediator in the relationship between supervision and performance. This research is a quantitative research that uses the independent variable of supervision, the dependent variable of performance and the variable of motivational as mediator. This research was conducted on Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. The sample in this study used random sampling method which was conducted on 130 Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. Smartpls 3.3.3 is a statistical analysis tool in this study by using the outer test and the inner model test to test the feasibility of the data and answer the hypothesis. The results of this study found that direct supervision had no effect on performance, while supervision had an effect on motivation and motivation had an effect on performance. The most important research result is that motivation can be a mediator in the relationship between supervision and performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. This study focuses on the role of motivation as a mediation. This study also raises a new phenomenon, namely the performance of Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers conducted in the city of Bekasi, which is one of the provinces with the largest Muslim population.

Abstract

Corona Virus (Covid-19) is a virus that can spread like an outbreak and be transmitted to others caused by the SARS-CoV2 virus (MLE, 2020). Some patients affected by this virus recover without having to go to the hospital because they are categorized as having mild to moderate respiratory problems. However, there are some other patients due to the infection of the Covid-19 virus who have to get treatment in the hospital because the patient has a severe respiratory problem that requires the treatment of a medical team. Common symptoms for Covid-19 sufferers are cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, etc. (Singh & Singh, 2020). The average period of the incubation period of this virus is approximately 5-6 days. With the incubation period that takes a relatively long time, it can cause an increasing mortality rate due to the Covid-19 virus (Rusdiana, 2021). Patients who have Covid-19 disease can result in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), pneumonia (pneumonia) and failure of several organs. Patients at high risk are elderly and sufferers who have a history of medical diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, chronic respiratory diseases or cancer. The spread of this Virus through the mouth or nose of an already infected person through droplets or small liquid particles when they cough, sneeze, speak, sing or breathe. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) by the World Health Organization (WHO) has been designated as a global outbreak ("Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)," 2020). At the end of December 2019, the first time the Covid-19 Virus arose in Wuhan City, China. Johns Hopkins University provided data released in 2021 that there are total cases in the world regarding Covid-19 reaching 225,389,505 and death cases around 4,642,054. The government has taken efforts to prevent and overcome the COVID-19 virus (Aulia et al., 2021) in order to reduce the rate of spread of this virus to the territory of Indonesia. In this pegabdian activity to the community, invites the community, especially kampung KB, to always live a healthy life with the concept of "New Normal" or Adaptation to New Habits (Adriadi et al., 2021), namely activities while maintaining health protocols. In this new normal era, daily behavior or behaviors that in the new normal are different from normal activities before the pandemic or before (Nadilla & Zebua, 2020). The Covid-19 virus is not over yet and to prevent the spread of transmission, discipline is needed in implementing health protocols, namely 5 M (dr. Fadhli Rizal Makarim, 2021)

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan menilai akibat pengaruh lingkungan tempat karyawan bekerja dan beban pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan dalam bekerja di ‘PT PET’. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan antara Beban pekerjaan dan Lingkungan Kerja positif dan signifikan bagi Kepuasan dalam bekerja secara parsial dan juga simultan di ‘PT. PET’. Beban kerja karyawan dapat diselesaikan dengan maksimal apabila lingkungan kerja mendukung. Apabila kedua variabel tersebut berjalan dengan kondusif maka dapat menimbulkan kepuasan dalam bekerja bagi karyawan. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengalisis Pengaruh Penghindaran Pajak (Tax Avoidance) terhadap Biaya Utang (Cost Of Debt). Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Sektor Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Pada Tahun 2013-2017. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penghindaran Pajak (Tax Avoidance) terhadap Biaya Utang (Cost Of Debt). Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Pajak (Tax Avoidance), sedangkan unutuk variabel dependennya adalah Biaya Utang (Cost Of Debt). Beberapa perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dimulai dari 2013-2017 menjadi pilihan populasi peneliti. Pilihan Sampel yang digunakan peneliti menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Total 16 perusahaan ditentukan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan SPSS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penghindaran Pajak (Tax Avoidance) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Biaya Utang (Cost Of Debt), serta nilai R2 adalah sebesar 0,063 yang berarti 6,3% variasi variabel cost of debt dapat dijelaskan oleh ETR dan sisanya, yaitu 0,937 atau 93,7% dapat diperjelas melalui variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Apakah kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengolah data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara dengan pengambil keputusan. Populasi dan sampel yang diambil adalah 80 karyawan. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Melalui penelitian ini, sebaiknya perusahaan memiliki berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pentingnya kinerja dan kenyamanan karyawan guna mencapai tujuan yang baik. Pada penelitian ini, gaya kepemimpinan lebih dominan daripada motivasi dalam bekerja. Gaya kepemimpinan yang dimiliki seorang pemimpin mampu memotivasi karyawan dalam bekerja untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

This study was used to measure the effect of training on Performance mediated by motivation in retail businesses. This research is quantitative research where the object used is an employee in a retail business. This research was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study was 60 respondents. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using a structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study provide an explanation that the training variable affects employee performance in retail businesses, training affects motivation, motivation affects employee performance in retail business and training affects the Performance of retail business employees mediated by motivation. This research has a limited object of research which is only conducted on retail business employees. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty of this study combines training variables on Performance mediated by motivation in the retail business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of school service quality on guardian student loyalty, to analyze the effect of school image on student guardian loyalty and to analyze the effect of guardian student loyalty on parents' decision to choose. The data analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). Guidelines in PLS-Parth. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between service quality and student guardian loyalty. There is a positive relationship between school image and student guardian loyalty. There is a positive relationship between service quality and parents' decision to choose. There is a positive relationship between school image and parents' decision to choose. There is a positive relationship between student guardian loyalty and parents' decision to choose.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the relationship between work motivation and training on employee performance. This research method uses a saturated sample to determine respondents from a population of 134 employees. To obtain data is carried out by interviews, observations and distribution of questionnaires to the leaders and employees of the company. In addition, secondary data is also carried out by taking theories in previous articles or journals and literature studies. Encouragement Work motivation is needed by employees to develop their careers by attending trainings provided by company management. The role of leadership is needed in supporting the training of employees. Therefore, leaders should provide opportunities for employees to develop their careers and abilities to be more expert in their fields, besides that work motivation from leaders is important to raise enthusiasm in employees. To determine the magnitude of the influence of each independent variable, namely work motivation and training on the dependent variable or employee performance. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used in this study.
