Abstract

AbstractNatural herbicides is an effort to improve the competitiveness of the quality and quantity of production. Although the tall grass (Imperata cylindrica L.) is a weed, but this plant can be used as a herbicide to suppress the growth of weed seeds in the soil. The study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of grass root extract in suppressing the growth of weed seeds in the soil. The research was conducted in the home garden experiment pads Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra Muhammadiyah Jln. Tuar no. Medan District 65 Sand with altitude ± 27 m above sea level and implemented from the month of February 26, 2012 to 23 April 2012. Using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial with 10 treatments and 3 replicates and tested using Duncant test (DMRT). With the concentration of A0 = 0%, A1 = 15%, A2 = 30%, A3 = 45%, A4 = 60%. In this research found that the degree of concentration of 15% significantly affect the period of germination, mortality, and length of primary roots. In this study differences in the doses used in the treatment level is too low at 15%. So the difference in the data obtained is not significant among all the standard treatments. But the results of research with a concentration of 30% is in treatment in the use of extracts A2G2 alang - alang more effective against the primary root length on weeds and spinach shy daughter of thorns. For mortality, the use of extracts of grass - grass is more effective in the treatment of spinach burr weed.Keywords: Weeds, Herbicides natural alang – alang

Abstract

Wali merupakan bagian penting dalam melaksanakan pernikahan. Para fuqaha telah bersepakat syarat bagi sahnya pernikahan adalah dilaksanakan oleh wali yang memegang hak memeliharanya, baik dilakukan sendiri maupun dilakukan oleh orang lain. Jika terdapat perwalian yang seperti ini, maka sah dan terlaksana ‘aqad pernikahan. Jika tidak ada, ‘aqadnya batal menurut pendapat jumhur, dan menurut pendapat mazhab Hanafi adalah maukuf (tergantung). Jika ‘aqad berlangsung dari seorang laki-laki dengan pelaksanaan dari dirinya sendiri, maka sah ‘aqadnya menurut.

Abstract

Perbuatan melawan hukum dalam hukum perdata bisa terjadi dalam hal peralihan hak tanah, oleh karena itu manuscript ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk – bentuk perbuatan melawan hukum dalam hal peralihan hak atas tanah. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian normative/doctrinal, sumber data utama adalah data sekunder berupa dokumen hukum, jurnal dan literatur yang relecan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk perbuatan melawan hukum dalam hal peralihan tanah itu adalah Tergugat tidak bersedia melakukan pemecahan hak atas tanah yang telah dibeli oleh Penggugat secara terang dan tunai, akibatnya Penggungat mengalami kerugian materiil disamping juga kerugian immaterril (depresi) yang tidak bisa dihitung secara materiil. Aplikasi dari penelitian memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat bahwa peralihan hak atas tanah dilakukan dengan jual beli secara terang dan tunai adalah sah dan memiliki akibat hukum jika penjual tidak segera melaksanakan kewajiban nya terhadap pembeli, tanpa alasan yang sah. Adapun akibat hukum pembayaran uang ganti rugi sebagai pengganti kerugian yang dialami oleh Penggungat (pembeli).

Abstract

This paper departs from the lack of historical studies that discuss the issue of ecofeminism in Indonesia. The purpose of writing this article is to describe Samin women and nature in the concept of ecofeminism, the rejection of cement factories by Samin women, and the balance of the roles of women and men in the domestic sphere when Samin women resist. This study used a historical method consisting of four steps: 1. Heuristics is the collection of historical sources. 2. Verify sources. 3. Through external and internal criticism. 4. Interpretation of data that has been obtained through the process of data synthesis and analysis. 4. Historiography is writing history using descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that ecofeminism first developed in the West in the 1970s—1980s. Historically, the people’s movement began during the Dutch colonial government. The motives of the Samin community movement are based on social, economic, and spiritual factors. Samin women show the concept of Samin women with nature, and nature has a fairly respectable position. This is reflected in the view of the Samin people, who represent the earth as “mother”. This shows the close relationship between the earth and women. The driving factor for the transformation of Samin women from the domestic sphere to the public sphere is the green revolution of globalization. The post-reform Samin women’s movement is evidenced by her involvement in rejecting cement development in the Sukolilo area, Pati, Central Java.

Abstract

Reading activities are activities that need to be preserved and developed in Indonesia. According to research entitled "World's Most Literate Nations Ranked" conducted by Central Connecticut State University in 2016, Indonesia was ranked 60th out of 61 countries in terms of literacy levels. One of them is in East Java. Reading interest in Jember Regency has started to increase, reaching 54.7% compared to 47% during the Covid-19 pandemic. The reason the collaborative KKN team 67 moved in the realm of literacy was the fact during the DTKS survey activity, namely the large number of residents in Lampeji Village whose educational background only reached junior high school or high school, and what is even sadder is that this fact was also found in children of productive age. This is the basis for us to move in the realm of literacy as a form of prevention of bad possibilities happening to the next generation. Collaborative KKN students group 067 present a literacy corner which is placed in the Lampeji village hall in the Mumbulsari District area. One part of literacy that is the focus for development is reading culture. This research on the role of reading corners in fostering reading interest in the people of Lampeji Village uses qualitative methods. Reading Corners play a role in increasing the spirit of learning, providing readers with an understanding of science and facilitating the community to read books. Reading Corners in Lampeji Village act as an inspiring learning center, helping children and teenagers in Lampeji Village grow into a smart and knowledgeable generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) berbasis proyek sosial dapat memperkuat nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan pada peserta didik di tingkat sekolah menengah. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena menurunnya kesadaran peserta didik terhadap tanggung jawab sosial, gotong royong, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Hal tersebut menandakan perlunya pendekatan pembelajaran yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga menumbuhkan sikap dan tindakan nyata sebagai warga negara yang aktif dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru serta siswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan proyek sosial. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan mengacu pada model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran IPS berbasis proyek sosial berperan efektif dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan seperti tanggung jawab, kepedulian sosial, partisipasi, dan kerja sama. Keterlibatan langsung siswa dalam kegiatan sosial di masyarakat menjadikan proses pembelajaran lebih bermakna, kontekstual, dan berorientasi pada penguatan karakter. Selain itu, guru berperan penting sebagai fasilitator dan pembimbing dalam mengarahkan kegiatan agar tetap sejalan dengan tujuan pembelajaran IPS dan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran IPS berbasis proyek sosial dapat menjadi strategi inovatif dalam pendidikan karakter dan kewarganegaraan. Melalui kegiatan nyata yang melibatkan siswa dalam pemecahan masalah sosial, nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan tidak hanya dipahami secara teoritis, tetapi juga diinternalisasikan melalui pengalaman langsung. Dengan demikian, model ini dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran yang relevan untuk membentuk generasi muda yang berjiwa sosial, nasionalis, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles in enhancing student satisfaction at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kudus. The main issues examined include: 1) how TQM is implemented at MAN 2 Kudus, 2) the factors that encourage and inhibit the implementation of TQM, and 3) the impact on student learning outcomes and the overall quality of education. This research employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analysed through the process of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that: 1) the implementation of TQM at MAN 2 Kudus involves all school elements--from leadership and teachers to students--with a focus on continuous improvement in educational services, learning processes, and resource management; 2) the main driving factors for successful TQM implementation are leadership commitment, active participation of all school members, and the emerging quality culture. However, challenges still exist, such as limited understanding of TQM principles among some teachers and staff, as well as inadequate supporting facilities. 3) The positive impact of TQM implementation is reflected in the increased student satisfaction with educational services, a more conducive learning atmosphere, and improvements in learning outcomes and graduate quality. The study recommends ongoing training on TQM for the entire academic personnel and strengthening of the internal quality assurance system. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for other educational institutions in optimizing TQM implementation to improve quality and student satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesktipsikan tentang manajemen pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur`an dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin peserta didik di MIN 2 Jepara Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menguji keabsahan data yaitu: 1) Perpanjangan pengamatan 2) Meningkatkan ketekunan, dan 3) Trianggulasi. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitian adalah penelitian survey/lapangan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Manajemen pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur`an di MIN 2 Jepara Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 dilaksanakan secara terstruktur dan sistematis dengan target hafalan minimal 5 juz selama enam tahun 2) Berdampak positif dalam membentuk karakter disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan motivasi siswa, dengan faktor pendukung berupa kurikulum terencana, guru kompeten, metode inovatif, lingkungan kondusif, serta peran orang tua 3) Faktor penghambatnya meliputi perbedaan kemampuan siswa, keterbatasan waktu dan fasilitas, serta kurangnya pendampingan orang tua di rumah .
