Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui garansi produk dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Pada PT. Sharp Electronics Indonesia di Medan.Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh toko yang menjual produk PT. Sharp Electronics Indonesia di Medan berjumlah 135 toko, sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil sebanyak 101 toko. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini, analisis regressi linier berganda. Adanya pengaruh secara parsial antara garansi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan thitung>ttabel sebesar2,334 > 1,984 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000 berartiH????ditolak dan H????diterima. Adanya pengaruh secara parsial antara citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan thitung>ttabel sebesar7,469 > 1,984 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Adanya pengaruh secara simultan antara garansi produk dancitra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkeputusan pembelian, diketahui nilai Fhitung>Ftabel sebesar42,028 > 3,089 dan nilai signifikasi 0.000b < 0.05 berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,679(67,9%) berartinilai R-Square sebesar 0,462(46,2%) variasi dari keputusan pembelian dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas yaitu garansi produk dan citra merek. Sedangkan sisanya 53,8% dijelaskan oleh varibel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of shipping costs and delivery estimates on customer satisfaction at PT. Lautan Benua Nusantara Indonesia in Medan. The number of samples in this research was 150 customers from a total population. Sample selection uses saturated samples. This research method is a quantitative method. The data collection technique uses primary data and secondary data in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of the t test with a value of tcount < ttable (1.230 < 1.655) mean that shipping costs have no effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Lautan Benua Nusantara Indonesia in Medan. The results of the t test with a value of tcount > ttable (6.108 > 1.655) mean that delivery estimates have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Lautan Benua Nusantara Indonesia in Medan. The results of the F test with a value of Fcount (20.591) > Ftable (3.060) mean that the variables of shipping costs and delivery estimates have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The calculation results obtained a coefficient of determination of 0.219 (21.9%). Customer satisfaction is influenced by shipping costs and delivery estimates. Meanwhile, the remaining 78.1% was influenced by other variables not studied. The better the goods delivery process, the greater customer satisfaction will be. The process of arriving goods to customers is not optimal and does not match delivery estimates because the means of transportation used are often damaged. Customer satisfaction is closely related to on-time delivery, safety of goods (goods are not reduced, not damaged, not lost, guarantee compensation). However PT. Lautan Benua Nusantara Indonesia in Medan is not optimal enough in managing timeliness and there is no guarantee of compensation.

Abstract

The fluency operation of the company supported by efficiency and effective use of operational fees will be sufficient to achieve optimal company performance. This research aims to determine the effect of budget planning and operational cost realization on company performance with PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan as a research locus. It is a multinational company located in Medan and operates in the agribusiness (Plantation) sector. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, t-test, F test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that operational cost budget planning and operational cost realization affect the company's performance at PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan both partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, the research results also show that the company is still not precise in planning operational cost budgets and has not been optimal in managing operational costs.

Abstract

This research is a replication of several previous on going studies due to previous research results that tried to test the influence of financial performance on stock returns on IDX 30 during the covid 19 pandemic. The study is intended to obtain an explanation of empirical facts on the influence of factors described through financial stability, external pressure, and financial targets together and partial influences financial statement fraud on banking companies during the period of COVID 19 on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study is all IDX 30 indexed companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, namely as many as 30 companies. With sample count of 22 companies. The type of data used in this study was secondary data with the amount of observation from 2019-2020 during the COVID 19 pandemic period so that it became a sample of observation of 22 X 2 = 44 samples, and the scale used in this study was the scale of ratio and analysis of data used was with the multiple linear regression approach at a significant rate of 5%. Research will be very useful input for investors as an important guideline for looking at the condition of the company and the fundamental aspects to assess the expectations of the return (return shares) that it will acquire and as a decision maker to buynot buy shares of the company. The results of this research are also expected to be used by IDX 30 companies to find out their condition and finances so as to improve the financial performance of the next period that will eventually affect the company’s stock price. In addition, this research can also be used as the basis for advanced research to review financial performance viewed from different perspectives of financial instruments.

Abstract

Objectives: Firm value is the price of the firm that can be sold with a price agreement that will be paid by the buyer. A high stock price will increase the value of the company and increase the prosperity of the investors. Therefore, to attract the attention of buyers of company shares, companies must provide the best and most detailed financial information possible. As for information that can be disclosed in financial reports, namely intellectual capital. The presence of PSAK No. 19 concerning intangible assets marked the beginning of the phenomenon of intellectual capital in Indonesia. It turns out that although Intellectual Capital Disclosure has started to grow in Indonesia, the growth is still very small. Companies in Indonesia should be required to disclose their intellectual property, particularly in the financial industry. This is because the financial services sector which is highly dependent on information uses more intellectual capital in its operations than the industrial sector which relies more on tangible assets. As it is known, the disclosure of intellectual capital can provide an attraction for investors to increase the value of the company. This study aims to find out how factors such as firm age, leverage, profitability, and independent commissioners affect firm value through the disclosure of intellectual capital.Methodology: This study uses a sample of financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2021 with a total population of 105 companies and a total sample of 83 companies. This research uses panel data.Finding: According to the findings of this study, business size, profitability, age, independent commissioners, and disclosure of intellectual capital have a beneficial impact on firm value of about 43%. However, leverage does not affect firm value. Furthermore, the mediation test results show that disclosure of intellectual capital is not able to mediate the relationship between the effect of firm size, leverage, profitability, and firm age on firm value. Only the influence of independent commissioners mediates firm value.Conclusion: For future researchers, it is expected to increase the research period and add other factors that influence the disclosure of intellectual capital.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of loan eligibility and repayment capacity on CU bad credit levels. Harapan Kita Belawan. The data collection techniques for this research are observation, questionnaires and documentation studies with data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in this research is that there is the influence of loan eligibility partially on the level of bad credit at CU. Harapan Kita Belawan, this is known as the t valuecount as big as 4,818 which compared to the t table of 1.66055 then 4.818 > 1.66055 which means the loan eligibility variable has a real (significant) and positive influence on the bad credit level variable. Besides that there is an influence on the ability to pay partially on the level of bad credit at CU. Harapan Kita Belawan, this is known as the tcount amounting to 18,086 Which compared to ttable  is 1.66055 then 18.086 > 1.66055 which means the ability to pay variable has a real (significant) and positive influence on the bad credit level variable. Next there is the influence of loan eligibility and ability to pay simultaneously on the level of bad credit at the CU Cooperative. Our Hope Against this is known from the F valuecount = 200.015 which is compared to Ftable of 3.09 then 200.015 > 3.09 which means the loan eligibility variable and ability to pay simultaneously has a real (significant) or positive influence on the variable level of bad credit.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of product quality on consumer decisions using wood packaging material services at Carsurindo Siperkasa Medan to assess the impact of product innovation on consumer decisions using wood packaging material services at PT. Carsurindo Siperkasa Medan determines the effect of product quality and product innovation on consumer decisions to use wood packaging material services at PT. Carsurindo Siperkasa Medan. The analysis technique used in this study uses quantitative data analysis techniques, namely testing and analysing data. The respondents in the study were 45 people. From the results of this study, it was obtained the significance value of the product quality variable (X1) on the consumer purchasing decision variable (Y) based on the t-test was obtained at t count > t table (8.212) > (2.018), (Sig 0.001 < α0.05) thus H1 accepted and H0 is rejected, the conclusion: there is a significant effect of product quality (X1) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). The significance value of the product innovation variable (X2) on the consumer purchasing decision variable (Y) based on the t-test obtained t count > t table (3.970) > (2.018), (Sig 0.001 <α0.05), thus H2 is accepted, and H0 is rejected, in conclusion. There is a significant influence of product innovation (X2) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). Therefore the results of this study state that the two independent variables support the hypothesis. Based on the results of the F test, it was obtained that the F count > F table was (34.068 > 3.21), (Sig 0.001 <α0.05); thus, H3 was accepted, and H0 was rejected. The conclusion: Product quality and innovation have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. It shows that if the company can improve product quality and innovation, consumers will be interested in buying these products, increasing consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Yayasan Pendidikan As-Syifa’ul Qalbi Langkat adalah sebuah Yayasan yang anggota Kelompoknya terdiri dari para Pemuka agama. Berdirinya Yayasan ini di prakarsa oleh Kepala Desa, yang merasa bertanggung jawab untuk menjalankan program Pemerintah dalam pemberantasan narkotika di Indonesia, khususnya di Desa Tapak Kuda. Desa Tapak Kuda yang merupakan jalur bebas terjadinya transaksi narkotika melalui laut. Dampak hukum bagi pecandu dan pemakai narkotik. Tidak mendapatkan pelayanan rehabilitasi dari negara, cara pencegahaanya dari bahaya serta penangananya, tidak adanya relawan narkotika  dan kurangya pengawasan dari pihak berwajib. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dengan melakukan : Metode pelaksanaan, Metode Implementasi, Metode Partisipatori dan Metode Pendekatan. Selain itu team juga melakukan  metode observasi atau wawancara pada kegiatan survey untuk mengetahui hal-hal apa saja yang menjadi permasalahan. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas  serta Pentingnya pengabdian ini, maka tim pengusul menawarkan solusi permasalahan kepada anggota audiens yakni 1. Memberikan Edukasi dan mengsosalisasikan tentang Implementasi Undang-Undang Narkotik Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang narkotik, 2. Memberikan edukasi dan mengsosalisasikan pentingnya komunikasi Terapeutik korban penyalagunaan narkotik. 3. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the role of facilitator assistants in increasing the income of umkm customers at PT Bank BTPN Syari`ah, what are the obstacles to the role of facilitator assistants in increasing the income of umkm customers at PT Bank BTPN Syari`ah, and what solutions can overcome the obstacles experienced by facilitator assistants in increasing the income of umkm customers at PT Bank BTPN Syari`ah. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data. Data collection methods using interviews and documentation. The informants used in the study were 8 people who were part of the company, namely senior business manager, business manager, community officer, mentor, facilitator and customer. The results of this study indicate that the role of the facilitator of PT Bank BTPN Syari'ah in Besitang is quite good, but not yet maximized as a whole. There are still obstacles that occur in the mentoring process, one of which is limited resources, limited abilities and knowledge, limited budget and others. In facing these obstacles, a solution is needed so that the assisting facilitator can process well in assisting the business of PT Bank BTPN Syari'ah customers in Besitang. Solutions that can be done to overcome these obstacles include improving the skills and knowledge of facilitator assistants, applying for a budget to the company to help smooth the mentoring process and other solutions.
