Latar Belakang : Insiden dan angka mortaltas akibat cardiac dan respiratory arrest cukup banyak oleh karena itu perlu penanganan yang cepat dan efektif ketika terjadi kejadian cardiac dan respiratory arrest dan keadaan gawat darurat lainnya. Mengambarkan pelaksanaan Code Blue di RSUD Kardinah Tegal. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan observasional. Cara pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel yakni 21 kejadian Code Blue. Hasil : Dalam hal proses rekapitulasi: Penelitian menunjukkan, 90,5 % pelaksanaan algoritma Code Blue di ruang rawat inap dewasa dikatakan baik. Waktu tanggap menunjukkan 61,9 % waktu tanggap tepat dengan mean 270,29 detik (4 menit 30 detik) dengan standar deviasi 51,360 detik. Outcome pelaksanaan Code Blue menunjukkan 61,9 % tidak berhasil dan 38,1 % berhasil. Alasan pemanggilan Code Blue terbanyak yaitu cardiac arrest 47,6 %. Responden terbanyak yaitu pada kelompok usia manula 28,6% dengan jenis kelamin terbanyak yaitu laki-laki 61,9 %. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Mendasarkan hasil penelitian mengambarkan bahwa pelaksanaan Code Blue di RSUD Kardinah.dikatagorikan baik, dan waktu tanggapnya sesuai. Namun keluaran dari pelaksanaannya kebanyakan tidak berhasil. Harapkan kedepanya ada peningkatan mutu pelayanan dalam kegawat darurat di semua lingkungan rumah sakit.

The use of Papuan red fruit as a supplementation ingredient in diluents is one solution to the high price of diluent raw materials. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using a diluent supplemented with red fruit extract (RFE) in various levels on the quality of liquid semen of Ongle crossbred cattle during storage at equilibration temperature. The research was conducted in the Animal Health Laboratory of Semangga District and the Independent Laboratory. The research method and design used were a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. This study used 4 diluting treatments, namely P0 = Tris egg yolk (TKT), P1 = (TKT + 0.1 ml RFE), P2 = (TKT + 0.3 ml RFE) and P3 = (TKT + 0.5 ml RFE). Semen was collected using an artificial vagina, immediately after the semen storage was evaluated macroscopically and microscopically. The homogenized semen was divided into 4 tubes, then put the semen into the straw as much as 0.25 ml. The next process is equilibration at 5oC for 2, 4, 6, 8 hours and evaluation of spermatozoa longivity is carried out at pots equilibration. The results showed that there was a difference (P <0.05) in the longivity of spermatozoa in P3 treatment against the control. In conclusion, it can be concluded that the red fruit extract supplementation in egg yolk tris diluent was able to maintain spermatozoa longevity.

Report compiled to executed Field in Popular Farm Country Kuncen District Mijen Town Semarang to obtain;get knowledge, ability and skilled about management conservancy of petelur race chicken specially layer period. Used items Farm owning layer chicken counted 47.630 tail, what consist of two strain that is New Lohman Platinum and Isa Brown. Used by Method is to 1) conducting all routine activity 2) doing record-keeping of done data with interview, direct perception, activity note and also recording company of ranch. Data in field indicate that cage building in Popular Farm most of all using W type, what aim to be can load more population. passed to feed chicken represent result from mixing alone which is based to the protein content with rate 18% per ton for the period of Grower and 19% per ton for the period of Layer. Giving of Feed, twice one day that is morning at 08.00 WIB counted 50% and daytime at 13.00 WIB counted 50%. Drinking water given ad libitum. Place feed form is " through feeder" long type and place drink is " through drinker" made long type from PVC paralon pipe. Consume ransum at layer period between 115 -120 head/gr/day and its mean 116 head/gr/day. Egg productivity in Popular Farm have fulfilled standart that was about 93% ( Isa Brown pullet standart) in B1 cage, B2, H, I, J, K And L, because of given feed is goodness and have as according to requirement chicken nutrition. The role of food commodities on the poverty line is much greater than the role of non-food commodities (housing, clothing, education, and health). Filter kretek cigarettes make the second-largest contribution to the poverty line. In addition, various scientific evidence state that smoking is a risk factor that causes morbidity and mortality from non-communicable diseases such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, stroke, respiratory disorders and cancer, impotence, pregnancy, and fetal disorders. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence the expenditure on cigarettes in households that consume them. The share of expenditure on cigarette consumption shows a different value in each quintile, so quantile regression is used in this study to see the influence of these factors at various quantile levels. The results of this study indicate that the education level of the head of household in the higher education category, the average per capita expenditure, the age of the head of the household, and the occupation sector of the head of the household have a significant effect on household spending on cigarette consumption at various quantile levels. Meanwhile, the variable that gives a bigger effect as cigarette consumption increases is the average per capita expenditure.

This research aimed to determine deer meat's protein, fat, and cholesterol content in the Wamanggu Merauke Traditional market. The procedure for this research is to buy deer meat from the Wamanggu Traditional Market at four different points, and the sampling process is carried out randomly without selecting specific parts of the deer carcass with the purchase amount for each place being 500g with sample code (S1, S2, S3, S4 ). The parameters observed in the deer meat quality test are Protein, fat, and cholesterol. The research showed that deer meat had a protein content of 22.77%, a fat content of 4.73%, and a cholesterol content of 31.23mg. This research concludes that deer meat's quality of protein, fat, and cholesterol in the Wamanggu market is good.

The aims of this research include: (1) To find out the forms of marginalization and discrimination experienced by the character Nyai Ontosoroh in Pramoedya Ananta Toer's Romance of the Earth of Mankind. (2) To find out the form of resistance of the character Nyai Ontosoroh in Pramoedya Ananta Toer's Romance of the Earth of Mankind. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The source of data obtained from this research is the book Earth of Mankind by Pramoedya Ananta Toer as primary data. Meanwhile, secondary data consists of information and references obtained scientifically from books, articles, the internet and mass media related to this research. The data collection technique used library, listening and note-taking techniques through critical discourse analysis developed by Sara Mills. The research results show that: (1) There are 6 data on marginalization experienced by the character Nyai Ontosoroh in the novel Earth of Mankind. In the family realm, the father's restriction/marginalization of rights and freedoms has made him a nyai or concubine (purchased slave). (2) There are 8 data on discrimination experienced by Nyai Ontosoroh. In the public sphere, she is seen by the general public as a woman who has no morals and is always looked down upon. (3) there are 11 data on the resistance of the figure Nyai Ontosoroh. Nyai Ontosoroh appears as the antithesis of the bad views about Nyai-Nyai. Nyai Ontosoroh emerged as the first Indigenous woman to fight European legal authority in defending her rights to her children and company.

The objectives of the study are (1) to determine the critical thinking skills of 5th grade students of SD Negeri 03 Jumapolo, Karanganyar. (2) to determine the factors underlying the critical thinking skills of 5th grade students of SD Negeri 03 Jumapolo, Karanganyar. This study used qualitative research that lasted for 2 weeks. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) the critical thinking skills of 5th grade students of SD Negeri 03 Jumapolo, Karanganyar in solving story problems on addition and subtraction material do not fully have critical thinking skills because there is one aspect that has not been fulfilled, namely not being able to conclude addition and subtraction material through story problems. (2) The factors that influence critical thinking skills in 5th grade students of SD Negeri 03 Jumapolo, Karanganyar are 2 factors, namely psychological factors and physiological factors.
