Abstract

Katuk (Sauropus androgynus) merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman yang banyak ditemukan di wilayah Asia Tenggara dan memiliki banyak manfaat bagi manusia maupun hewan ternak. Tanaman katuk dapat tumbuh pada wilayah dataran rendah sampai pada daerah ketinggian 1.300 m diatas permukaan laut. Tujuan dari sosialisasi ini adalah menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat Desa Pemepek dalam memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah untuk budidaya tanaman katuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pedagogik. Petani yang menjadi sasaran adalah petani yang ada di Desa Pemepek Kecamatan Peringgarata. Kegiatan Sosialisasi ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2024. Tahapan kegiatan sosialisasi ini meliputi tahapan persiapan, sosialiasi kegiatan, dan peninjauan lahan demplot tanaman katuk. Hasil sosialisasi ini menunjukkan bahwa petani atau masyarakat menyambut baik terkait pemanfaatan pekarangan rumahnya untuk budidaya tanaman katuk, karena pasar katuk tersedia dan standarnya telah ditetapkan oleh APKI.

Abstract

The Mid-Infrared Burn Index (MIRBI) was designed for savanna ecosystems, yet its threshold sensitivity and spectral separability in Indonesian tropical montane savannas remain poorly documented. This study evaluates MIRBI for the Bukit Anak Dara fire (Sembalun, East Lombok, 31 August – 2 September 2024) using Landsat 8 OLI–TIRS Level-2 SR data acquired on 29 August and 14 September 2024. The difference image dMIRBI was tested at nine thresholds (7,000–25,000) and evaluated against a 319.61 ha control polygon visually interpreted from Sentinel-2A imagery (12 September 2024) using recall, precision, F1, IoU, kappa, and overall accuracy. Spectral separability statistics, ROC analysis, automatic Otsu thresholding, and bootstrap confidence intervals supported the evaluation. The dMIRBI distributions of burned and unburned pixels are highly separable (JM = 1.759; M-statistic = 2.176; AUC = 0.9960). The empirical threshold dMIRBI ≥ 15,000 yields 318.87 ha (0.74 ha or 0.2% from control) with F1 = 0.937 (95% CI [0.930; 0.942]), IoU = 0.881, kappa = 0.927, and OA = 98.4%. The Otsu threshold (21,906) gives 281.61 ha (only 4.4 ha less than the official BKPH Rinjani ). Only 52.2% of SiPongi+/FIRMS hotspots fall inside the control polygon, confirming the complementarity of hotspots and spectral indices. Abstract

This study aims to analyze community perceptions and the factors influencing the proposed development of community-based ecotourism in the customary forest of Bayan Village, North Lombok. The study employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive research design and multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 100 respondents from the local community of Bayan Village, North Lombok. The research instrument comprised four dimensions of ecotourism development: tourism attractions (4 items), accessibility (3 items), amenities (7 items), and institutional aspects (5 items). Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS software. The findings indicate that the community holds a highly positive perception of the proposed ecotourism development, with an average agreement rate of 98%, particularly regarding tourism attractions, accessibility, amenities, and institutional support. These results demonstrate strong support from the indigenous community for ecotourism development as a sustainable strategy capable of generating ecological, social, and economic benefits while preserving the local wisdom and cultural heritage that have been passed down through generations.

its vision of a harmonious, safe, welcoming, outstanding, and self-reliant city. The utilization of Green Open Spaces (GOS) plays a crucial role in improving quality of life, supporting environmental sustainability, fostering social interaction, and providing support for small and medium-sized enterprises to grow. This study aims to: 1) analyze the suitability of these spaces based on the principles of a sustainable city at Mayura Park, Udayana Park, and Sangkareang Park; 2) analyze the aesthetic quality of Mayura Park, Udayana Park, and Sangkareang Park. Using a deductive approach with quantitative research methods, this study examined Mayura, Udayana, and Sangkareang Parks as samples of Mataram’s urban parks and found that elements such as vegetation, biodiversity, microclimate, activity variety, sociocultural facilities, accessibility, and nature-based tourism activities align with the concept of sustainable cities. However, aspects related to water management, the utilization of renewable resources, cultural identity, comfort, safety, cleanliness, and economic activities still do not meet the expected criteria. Mayura and Sangkareang Parks demonstrate a moderate level of compliance, while Udayana Park exhibits a high level of compliance. Overall, the suitability of Mataram’s urban parks is still considered moderate, so efforts are needed to improve their quality so that Mataram can become a sustainable, welcoming, and inclusive city.
