Abstract

PT. Mitra Niaga Sejati Jaya, merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan kelapa sawit. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya tersebut, perusahaan harus didukung oleh sumber daya yang kompeten. Agar visi, misi dan tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai, maka kinerja para karyawan haruslah baik. Kinerja dari karyawan tersebut akan baik apabila setiap karyawan melakukan pekerjaan dengan optimal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Niaga Sejati Jaya- Langkat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian berdasarkan tingkat eksplanasinya adalah penelitian asosiatif atau hubungan yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih, dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini di ambil berdasarkan sampling jenuh/sensus. Proses pengolahan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda antara variabel karakteristik pekerjaan, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pekerjaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan karakteristik pekerjaan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan yaitu karakteristik pekerjaan sebesar 0,646 sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh sebesar 0,316

Abstract

The Medan City Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives Office is one of the regional apparatuses in Medan in carrying out government tasks and affairs in the field of cooperative management and small and medium businesses with the scope of work helping the Mayor of Medan. The problem faced is high competition between cooperative and non-cooperative participants who are external rivals, the low number of visitors or consumers who come to the Medan City Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Service Office. As well as product quality and location needs to be reviewed. This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price and Location on Purchasing Decisions at the Medan City Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Service Office. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 75 respondents. The model is used with Multiple Regression and is processed through SPSS Ver, 22.0. The results showed that the Product Quality, Price, and Location respectively had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Product Quality, Price, and Location Simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Adjusted R. Sguare, 0.843 or 84.3%, namely Product Quality, Price, and Location of 84.3% and the composition is explained by other factors.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1)  mendeskripsikan pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter pada perencanaan pembelajaran matematika di MTs se-Kota Yogyakarta, (2) mendeskripsikan pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter pada  pelaksanaan  pembelajaran  matematika  di  MTs  se-Kota  Yogyakarta,  dan  (3)  mendeskripsikan  hambatanhambatan dalam pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran matematika di Madrasah Tsanawiyah se Kota  Yogyakarta.  Jenis  penelitian  ini  adalah  penelitian  deskriptif  yang  dilakukan  melalui  metode  survei  pada  6 (enam)  MTs  yang  ada  di  Kota  Yogyakarta.  Sumber  data  (responden)  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  guru  yang mengajar  mata  pelajaran  matematika  kelas  8  yang  berjumlah  6  orang.  Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  dengan menggunakan metode angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Bukti validitas instrumen dilakukan dengan validitas isi. Teknik  analisis  data  yang  digunakan  adalah  teknik  deskriptif,  baik  secara  kuantitatif  maupun  kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan:  (1) perencanaan pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran matemat ika di MTs se-Kota Yogyakarta adalah 61,11% responden telah melakukan integrasi pendidikan karakter pada silabus, RPP,  dan  bahan  ajar/LKS,  dengan  rincian:  (a)  83,33%  responden  telah  melakukan  integrasi  pendidikan  karakter terhadap silabus, (b) 46,67% respo nden telah melakukan integrasi pendidikan karakter terhadap RPP, dan (c) 75% responden telah melakukan integrasi pendidikan karakter terhadap bahan ajar/LKS, (2) pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter  pada  pelaksanaan  pembelajaran  adalah  sudah  sangat  baik  (3,39)  menurut  guru  dan  cukup  baik  (2,32) menurut siswa, dan (3) hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi guru dalam pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter adalah guru  kesulitan  dalam  mencari  materi  yang  dapat  dikaitkan  dengan  pendidikan  karakter,  tugas  guru  matematika yang padat, dan suasana madrasah yang cenderung fokus pada pencapaian prestasi akademik. Kata kunci: pengintegrasian, pendidikan karakter, pembelajaran matematikaAbstractThis  research  was  aimed  for:  (1)  described  integration  of  character  education  in  preparation mathematics learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) in the city of Yogyakarta, (2) described integration of character education on implementation of mathematics learning in MTs in the city of Yogyakarta, and (3) described constrains in integration of character education on mathematics learning in MTs in the city of Yogyakarta. The research was descriptive research conducted over the survey on six MTs in the city of Yogyakarta. The data sources (respondents) in this research were mathematics teachers’grade 8 covering 6 people. Data collection was carried out by using the method survey, interview, and observation. Proof of  the  validity  of  instruments  performed by  content  validity.  Data  analysis  techniques  that  used  was  a descriptive technique, both quantitatively and qualitatively. This research result indicated: (1) planning for integrating character education in mathematics learning in MTs in the city of Yogyakarta was  61,11 % respondents had done integration characters on syllabus, lesson plans, and worksheet, with details: (a) 83,33 % respondents had done integration of character education on syllabus, (b) 46,67 % respondents had  done  integration  of  character  education  on  lesson  plans,  and  (c)  75  %  respondents  had  done integration  of  character  education  on  worksheet,  (2)  according  to  teachers  integration  of  character education in the learning was very good (3,39) and good enough (2,32) according to students, and (3) constrains  that  faced  by  teachers  in  the  integration  of  character  education  was  teachers’  difficulty  in finding material that can be attributed to character education, the mathematics teachers’ duties were very dense, and atmosphere of madrasah that tend to focus on the academic achievement.Keywords: integration, character education, mathematics learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look into how employee performance at BPJS Employment's Medan City and Medan North branches is affected by career development and awards. All 68 employees of the BPJS Employment Medan Kota Branch Office and the Medan Utara Branch Office make up the study's population. A total of 66 respondents' samples were collected. Purposive sampling is the method of sampling that is employed. This study was carried out in 2023. A questionnaire was used to obtain the data. This study employs a quantitative and associative methodology. SPSS version 20.0 was used for data processing. Multiple linear regression was employed as the analysis method. The study's findings indicate that the F-value is 236.992 with a significance of 0.000, the t-value for career growth is 4.805 with a significance of 0.000, and the t-value for incentives is 4.946 with a significance of 0.000. The performance of employees at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Medan City Branch Office and the Medan North Branch Office is thus positively and significantly impacted by career development and awards, whether partially or concurrently.

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) the strengths and weaknesses faced by SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu Lampung, 2) the threats and opportunities faced by SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu Lampung, and 3) what alternative strategies can be taken in facing competition SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu Lampung which has excellence in the academic and non-academic fields with precise Islamic characteristics using the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis method. This research uses a purely qualitative descriptive research design that describes what is or happens in the field. The research data source was obtained from interviews with school principals, teachers and other stakeholders. Data collection techniques use (1) interviews, (2) observation and (3) documentation. A SWOT analysis of SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu is very necessary to get a clear picture of internal analysis and external analysis in order to plan future school programs. The findings of this research are the results of internal analysis, the results of external SWOT analysis, and alternative strategies that can be taken in facing competition at SMA IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu Lampung.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to find out whether work experience and compensation influence employee performance. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 80 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The results of the research show that work experience partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Widya Indria Sari Sibolga. Compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on employees at PT Widya Indria Sari Sibolga Work experience and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Widya Indria Sari Sibolga.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload through Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention at Fastfood X in Medan City. This type of research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique uses a structural equation model (SEM) with the Smart PLS analysis tool version 3.0. The sample from this researcher is 80 employees of Fastfood X in Medan City. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but did not have a direct effect on turnover. Conversely, job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover, and it was even found that job satisfaction can be a significant mediator in the relationship between workload and turnover. These findings confirm the importance of organizational management to pay attention to the distribution of workloads and factors that affect job satisfaction in order to control turnover rates.
