Abstract

Internet-based technology has become a primary need. Based on the survey results from the Central Statistics Agency in collaboration with APJII, email sending and receiving activities have outperformed social media positions by reaching 95.75%. Very intense use of email can have both positive and negative effects. Because apart from being a communication tool, in reality not everyone uses email well and there are even so many misuses of email that have the potential to harm others. This misused email is commonly known as spam or junkmail (junk email) which contains advertisements, scams and even viruses. In this study, data processing from gmail emails with text mining was carried out and then tested with several data mining classification methods including the Naïve Bayes Algorithm, SVM, Random Forest and combined with Partical Swarm Optimization in predicting spam emails with the aim that the selected algorithm is the most accurate. From the test results by measuring the performance of the four algorithms using Confusion Matrix and ROC, it is known that the Naïve Bayes algorithm with Partical Swarm Optimization (PSO) has the highest accuracy value, namely 81.40% and AUC 0.78

Abstract

Currently PT. Telkom Indonesia (Indihome), uses the role of social media as a form of concern for its customers to handle complaints. Tweets from indihome customers on social media twitter are handled by the customer service division of Indihome. The manual of the categorization process carried out by the customer service division of Indihome on every narration of the "complain" complaint tweet that  goes  to  @indihome  twitter,  makes  the  process  considered  inefficient.  The purpose of this research is to provide solutions related to the problem of categorizing complaint tweets and to develop tools that can extract the narration of "complain" tweets in Indonesian. The research method used is comparative. On the other hand, gataframework and rapidminer tools are also used in this research to assist in preprocessing and cleaning of datasets to help create corpus and sentiment analysis. The total dataset after cleansing and preprocessing is 1,510. Based on the method proposed in this study on the Support Vector Machine classification algorithm, the highest  category  was  found  to  have  82.42%  accuracy,  75.33%  precision,  and 98.75% recall with an AUC of 0.826

Abstract

proses transaksi penyewaan alat gunung di adventure clothing masih sangat manual yaitu dengan menggunakan media kertas  dalam arti mengolah data barang penyewaan, pengembalian, dan pembayaran masih di lakukan dengan mencatat di kertas penyewaan.Untuk itu penulis membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai sistem informasi penyewaan yang saat masih manual.Dengan ini diharapkan dapat membantu sistem penyewaan alat gunung menjadi lebih mudah. Metode perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang terbagi menjadi lima yaitu (Analisa kebutuhan perangkat lunak, Design, Pembuatan kode program, Pengujian dan Pendukung atau Pemeliharaan).dan menggambarkan perancangan database menggunakan ERD dan LRS.teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode observarsi,wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dengan mengimplementasikan menggunakan prototype menggunakan NETBEANS sehingga membantu proses penyewaan agar menjadi efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The application of information technology in education is very important to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes. This research aims to design and develop an information system for Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Nurul Ikhlas Babakan Tipar, Sukabumi Regency. This system is designed to provide information regarding school profiles, management data, activity news, agendas, announcements, and activity documentation. With this website-based information system, schools can convey information more effectively and efficiently, as well as increase interaction and communication with the community. This research uses a system development method that involves needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The research results show that the designed website can increase the accessibility of school information, facilitate communication between the school and the community, and support information transparency. Apart from that, this website is also expected to improve the school's image in the eyes of the public and become an effective promotional media.

Abstract

GoJek's GoPartner application has many obstacles so this application does not fully provide service satisfaction to driver partners. The problem is the high level of complaints from driver partners on the GoPartner application which has the potential to reduce the quality of delivery services. Based on concerns and facts in the field regarding the GoPartner Application, it is necessary to analyze the satisfaction of Gojek driver partners as an object to find out what factors influence user satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the satisfaction of Gojek driver partners with the GoPartner application. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 94 drivers in the Kebagusan and Jagakarsa areas. The research results show that all factors simultaneously have an influence on user satisfaction. However, in the results of this research, there are only 3 variables that show that accuracy, format and timelines have a significant effect on user satisfaction, therefore there is a need to improve and increase several factors that have not had a significant effect, namely the Content and Ease of use variables due to these factors. is very important in influencing the satisfaction of GoPartner application users, so that in the future Gojek driver partners can provide maximum service

Abstract

This study aims to analyze membership activity at the Rimba Baca Library in South Jakarta using the K-Means algorithm. The background of this research is the library's need to understand membership patterns and improve services based on visit and book borrowing data. The dataset for this study consists of 81 membership records collected from 2023 to 2024. The methodology involved collecting visit and book borrowing data, then applying the K-Means algorithm to cluster members based on their activity levels. The results of the study indicate the presence of three clusters with different characteristics. Cluster 1 comprises very active members, while Clusters 0 and 2 exhibit lower levels of activity. These findings provide insights for the library to develop more effective service strategies, such as special promotions and programs to increase activity among less active member groups. Additionally, the study shows that membership types allowing for more book borrowings do not necessarily correlate with high activity levels. With this information, the library can enhance member engagement and optimize the use of existing resources, thereby creating a more dynamic and interactive environment for all visitors

Abstract

This Research is motivated by the importance of understanding students' interest in mathematics, especially in State Junior High School 193 East Jakarta, considering that mathematics is often considered a difficult and frightening subject for some students. Learning interest, which is defined as the tendency of students to pay attention with a feeling of pleasure, has a significant influence on the process and results of student learning. This study aims to identify the level of student interest in mathematics using the K-Means algorithm. This method is used to group students into several clusters based on their level of interest. The results showed that students were divided into three clusters, namely the first cluster with very high interest totaling 193 students with an average Final Semester Exam score of 91.920, the second cluster with low interest totaling 18 students with an average score of 52.333, and the third cluster with high interest totaling 66 students with an average score of 87.606.

Abstract

Kehidupan manusia modern tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kemajuan teknologi. Kemudahan yang dihadirkan oleh kemajuan teknologi telah mempermudah aktivitas manusia, misalnya dalam berkomunikasi ataupun memperoleh informasi melalui media. Saat ini, tidak hanya individu saja yang berusaha memanfaatkan keberadaan media, tetapi juga lembaga. Email memiliki fungsi sebagai tempat surat menyurat kepada rekan perusahan atau Lembaga. Ruang penyimpanan yang cukup besar sehingga dapat menyimpan surat dengan jumlah yang banyak. Setiap lembaga dapat memanfaatkan media email blasting yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan informasi kepada anggota, karyawan atau bahkan data yang ada tanpa mengirimkan email satu persatu, hal ini tentu dapat menghemat waktu, pesan yang disampaikan akan lebih sesuai dengan tujuan sehingga lebih personal, jangkauan yang luas sehingga akan memperluas relasi. Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi Pendidik, Tenaga Kependidikan dan Kejuruan (P2KPTK2) merupakan Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pendidikan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi pendidik, tenaga kependidikan dan kejuruan. P2KPTK2 terdiri dari 5 wilayah salahsatunya berada di Jakarta Barat. P2KPTK2 memiliki cakupan yang luas menaungi SD, SMP dan SMA sederajat yang memiliki banyak sekali informasi yang harus di sebarluaskan, berkaitan dengan permasalahan tersebut tentu P2KPTK2 membutuhkan media yang efektif untuk menyampaikan informasi tersebut. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan solusi untuk P2KPTK2 dalam Email blasting bisa menjadi solusi oleh P2KPTK2 untuk menyebarkan informasi-informasi kepada semua relasi. Informasi yang disampaikan akan lebih personal dan cepat. Program studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika dalam hal ini mencoba untuk selalu memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan kegiatan-kegiatan yang memiliki nilai positif kepada masyarakat khususnya Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi Pendidik, Tenaga Kependidikan dan Kejuruan (P2KPTK2).

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam dunia pendidikan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Nurul Ikhlas Babakan Tipar Kabupaten Sukabumi untuk sekolah. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menyediakan informasi mengenai profil sekolah, fasilitas, kurikulum, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan prestasi bagi calon siswa dan orang tua. Dengan adanya sistem informasi berbasis website ini, sekolah dapat menyampaikan informasi dengan lebih efektif dan efisien, serta meningkatkan interaksi dan komunikasi dengan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yang melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa website yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi sekolah, mempermudah komunikasi antara sekolah dan masyarakat, serta mendukung transparansi informasi. Selain itu, website ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan citra sekolah di mata masyarakat dan menjadi media promosi yang efektif.
