Abstract

Research at the Harun Kuala Tanjung clinic conducted an analysis of the level of satisfaction of BPJS patients with the quality of service, which so far in the service activities carried out there are still complaints. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the interests or satisfaction of patients who can use the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. Based on the results of the calculation of the satisfaction level, it got a score of 8720 and obtained an average satisfaction score of 87.2. As for the results of the calculation of the improvement ratio, the value taken to be the basis for improvement in the analysis of the level of patient satisfaction with the quality of service, the value obtained was 1.3744, namely in statement/statement number 15 which contains, Knowledge and the ability of the doctor to establish the diagnosis of the disease. The value that is getting closer or the value that is most obtained means the value or statement that must be corrected. The results of the improvement rating use the calculation of the level of absolute importance and relative importance, namely conducting health training and seminars, maintaining good relations with patients, serving patients in accordance with existing procedures, being fast and responsive in handling patients, not Differentiating patient status, improving the ability to resolve patient complaints, explaining information in easy-to-understand language, being meticulous when examining patients seeking treatment, adding parker land and parker facilities. Abstract

Sumber Jaya Indahnusa COY adalah salah satu perusahaan di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan minyak kelapa sawit dengan daerah pemasaran produk dalam dan luar negeri. PT. Sumber Jaya Indahnusa COY memiliki permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan rantai pasokan perusahaan, dimana sampai saat ini sistem manajemen pengukuran kinerja supply chain masih kurang maksimal. Pengukuran yang dilakukan masih bersifat fungsional-based dimana pengukuran dilakukan di masing-masing divisi atau bagian yang ada di PT. Sumber Jaya Indahnusa COY. adapun solusi atas permasalahan ini yang diupayakan dengan mengukur dan meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasokan perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah action research. Penyelesaian masalah dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference). Dari hasil pengukuran kinerja supply chain dengan menggunakan metode SupplyChain Operation Reference (SCOR) terdapat 28 KPI yaitu 6 KPI untuk perspektif plan, 8 KPI untuk perspektif source, 4 KPI untuk perspektif make, 6 KPI untuk perspektif deliver, dan 4 KPI untuk perspektif return. rata-rata nilai indeks total sebesar 7,42. Berdasarkan traffic light system, nilai indeks tersebut berada pada kategori kuning yang menunjukkan bahwa performansi supply chain PT. Sumber Jaya Indahnusa COY secara keseluruhan belum mencapai performa yang diharapkan meskipun hasilnya mendekati target yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

PTPN IV is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in the agro-industry business which manages tea commodities covering 4% of the entire plantation business at PT. PTPN IV needs to determine the optimal number of workers at the rolling station, because there is an imbalance between working time and labor so that there are additions or reductions. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of standard time, productivity and determine the number of workers to be employed at the rolling station based on standard time. Through this research, the company can determine the number of employees needed by the company to complete its work. This research was conducted from 07.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB for operators working in the rolling section to limit the problems in the research. The research took place in several stages, namely preliminary observation and then continued with determining the number of observations, work sampling observations, data collection, data processing, analysis of results, and conclusions from research results. This research was conducted using the work sampling method. This is done by observing the actions of workers while working, which is then used to measure their work productivity. By knowing the productivity of the operator, we get the standard work time and the number of productive hours to complete the job, then use it to calculate the total work time with the total processing of the enumeration from observations and calculations so that the number of workers who should be employed is known.

Abstract

PT INALUM Power Plant is a company that operates a hydropower plant consisting of the Siguragura (SGP) and Tangga (TNP) power stations. So that requires it to continue to optimize its maintenance policy. Even though maintenance activities have been carried out, the frequency of damage to each unit still occurs frequently. As a result, the unit trips (experiencing termination), namely forced outage, which affects the amount of downtime. To overcome this problem, in this study the method used to determine the performance of the power plant is the Generating Availability Data System (GADS), then to determine the reliability and rate of failure using an exponential distribution. Meanwhile, to repair damage to turbines & generators using FMEA analysis. MTR bushings were repaired routinely for 51.306 hours (±2 days) or 102.612 hours (±4 days). 46% and in the Ladder Hydroelectric Power Plant it occurred in the T/Ge3 unit of 2.80%. The appropriate evaluation action is to carry out maintenance with the type of periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance. Particularly T/Ge1 PLTA Siguragura on the air cooler & metal cooling tube component and T/Ge3 PLTA Tangga on the MTR Bushing component. The right maintenance strategy to minimize forced outage is to review planned maintenance on the air cooler & metal cooling tube for routine flushing for 35,287 hours (±1 day) or 70,574 hours (±3 days).

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang vulkanisir ban di Sumatera Utara. Pada kondisi aktual, terjadi antrean pada lantai produksi dikarenakan penumpukan barang yang diproses pada beberapa stasiun kerja atau sering disebut bottleneck. Hal ini dinilai mengakibatkan throughput pada perusahaan dalam proses yang tidak optimal. Oleh karena itu penulis merancang usulan perbaikan dengan menggunakan penjadwalan stasiun kerja berdasarkan stasiun kerja dengan upaya untuk mengeliminasi stasiun kerja bottleneck dan mendapatkan keseimbangan lintasan pada lantai produksi. Penjadwalan tersebut hanya dapat mengurangi jumlah stasiun kerja bottleneck sehingga dilakukan penyusunan stasiun kerja berdasarkan kriteria line balancing. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang dipakai adalah Theory of Constraint (TOC) dan metode Moodie Young yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang ada sehingga waktu produksi lebih efisien. Perbaikan dilakukan adalah penjadwalan stasiun kerja dengan bottleneck yang menjadi kendala yaitu pada stasiun kerja skiving, cementing, repairing, envolving dan finishing, sehingga diperoleh 7 stasiun kerja dengan nilai smoothing index 709,43 dan efisiensi lintasan 75,44%. Perbaikan dengan metode Moodie Young terdiri dari dua fase yaitu membuat pengelompokan stasiun kerja dan melakukan redistribusi elemen kerja ke setiap stasiun kerja hasil dari fase satu. Hasil penyeimbangan dengan menggunakan metode Moodie Young diperoleh 8 stasiun kerja dengan nilai smoothing index 917,40 dan efisiensi lintasan 74,70%.

Abstract

PT. Sumber Jaya Indahnusa COY is one of the companies in Indonesia engaged in the processing of palm oil with regional and domestic product marketing. PT. Sumber Jaya Indahnusa COY has problems related to the company's supply chain, where until now, the supply chain performance measurement management system is still not optimal. The measurements are still functional-based, carried out in each division or section in PT. Sumber Jaya Indahnusa COY. The solution to this problem is sought by measuring and improving the performance of the company's supply chain. The research method used is action research. Problem-solving is done using a supply chain operations reference approach. The results of supply chain performance measurement are 28 key performance indicators (KPI), namely 6 for the plan perspective, 8 for the source perspective, 4 for the make perspective, 6 for the deliver perspective, and 4 for the return perspective. The average total index value is 7.42. Based on the traffic light system, the index value is in the yellow category, indicating PT's supply chain performance. Sumber Jaya Indahnusa COY has not achieved the expected performance despite the results being close to the set targets.

Abstract

PT. Lestari Alam Segar is a food industry company that manufactures instant noodles on Jalan Pulau Pinang III Kav. 600-342 E Ex. Saentis Kec. Percut sei Tuan, Kab. Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. PT. Lestari Alam Segar produces around 45,000 boxes per day. The purpose of this problem is to control the quality of finished products and identify the causes of product quality deviations using statistical tools, namely seven tools (check sheet, histogram, Pareto diagram, cause and effect diagram, scatter diagram, process flow diagrams, and control charts) so that it can determine the factors that cause product defects and the prevention that will be carried out. The conclusion of this study is that of the seven quality control tools that have been analyzed; it can be seen that the cause of quality deviation at PT. Lestari Alam Segar of the many product defects that occur, the most defective products are burnt noodles caused by three factors, namely humans, methods, and machines and preventive measures that can be taken from the human factor are providing strict direction and supervision and conducting training for operators.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) Reihan Convection is a home industry company manufacturing bags. This company is still experiencing problems in increasing bag sales. This research aims to formulate a business development strategy so that companies can consider it to increase bag sales. This study uses the SWOT and QSPM methods. The SWOT method is used to determine strategy, while the QSPM method is used to specify alternative techniques used by the company at this time. The research results were obtained for SO strategy focused on product development, ST concentrating on maintaining and improving product and workforce quality, WO establishing solid partnerships with related parties, and WT concentrating on practical and targeted promotions. The alternative strategies obtained are Product Development (TAS = 6.350), Integration strategy (TAS = 6.290), and Intensive strategy (TAS = 5.761).

Abstract

Business disciplines, which include production, sales, supply of goods, and services, are the main factors in doing business, especially for customers. If a company creates various things that can be handled and can be seen in a tangible form, then these services do not have a form but can be felt by customers. This should not be underestimated by business people, especially if the company is engaged in the service sector. In a service-providing manufacturing business, quality is one of the various elements that must be considered, if the business has a competitive nature against competitors. Quality is considered crucial because it proves the product being sold, not only by assessing the use or service but also by the suitability between buyers and users in utilizing the goods or services provided and selected. If the products and services offered have quality, the level of consumer desire is increasing, this is called the provision of good service quality. This research is quantitative research using Servqual and QFD methods, this research was conducted by the author at the West Store Medan Shoe Store, to know and analyze the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of service and goods in the West Store Medan store. In this study, the researcher describes each method, the goal is that the validity of the data generated is not in doubt. This study shows that there is still a lack of service at the West Store Medan Shoe Store, including the lack of responsiveness of store employees in responding to buyers, being less responsible when serving, parking and cleanliness are still lacking, to the lack of complete facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the causes of the decline in the quality of fried chicken and how to improve the quality of fried chicken at Fried Chicken Hisana using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The method used in this research is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The research instrument is a questionnaire distributed to Hisana Fried Chicken consumers. From the results of research based on the QFD method on the HOQ matrix, it is known that the highest value of the temperature parameter in the House of Quality (HOQ) frying process is 124.92 (50.85%). This is because the correlation matrix between the important attributes and the technical parameter attributes influences many attributes such as the level of doneness of the fried chicken, the texture of the creaminess and the aroma of the fried chicken. These results will affect the final quality of the fried chicken. Where the attribute improvement ratio value in this condition, the maturity level has a value of (0.75), which is a high improvement value among other attributes. This shows that these two attributes must be improved and paid attention to by Hisana Fried Chicken. Quality improvement that can be done is by improving the quality of the chicken maturity level attribute by paying attention to the temperature during the frying process.
