Abstract

Service organizations are required to always optimize the resources to be managed in order to increase customer satisfaction, this study intends to analyze the effect of facilities (direct facilities and supporting facilities) health services and work environment (direct work environment and working environment conditions or weather) health services on customer satisfaction. Retrieval of data with a survey method of 500 respondents of health service users at the Community Health Center in Probolinggo District, with quantitative data methods were analyzed by t test in regression. The results of the study have shown that direct work facilities and supporting facilities as well as the direct work environment of health services have made a positive contribution to customer satisfaction, while the work environment related to environmental conditions or weather as measured by indicators of noise, air pollution, and lighting at the service has not yet fully contributed to customer satisfaction, so the work environment related to weather conditions needs to get attention or solutions to improve services to meet customer satisfaction, and this needs to pay attention to the location of the Community Health Center services in Probolinggo Regency, which is close to the highway.

Abstract

Customer relationship management (CRM) has been the favorite topic of scores of marketing consultants and academicians for over a decade. CRM approaches marketing as dating in which the marketer attempts to turn strangers into friends and friends into lifetime partners and to retain the loyalty of the right customers for this is the key to long-term profits in a company. Gender theories posit that women and men behave differently, and that they approach things differently. Moreover, these theories have documented a picture of women are being more expert and motivated relationship psychologists than men, as more active in their relationship monitoring, and as more oriented toward the maintenance and success of their relationships. Based on these theories, this paper develops some propositions to facilitate its empirical testing related to relationship communication and relationship dissolution in business market. The contribution of this paper is twofold. First, it attempts to create more insight into areas where relationship marketing research to date has not been abundant. Second, this paper attempts to contribute to methodological development of measuring relationship success by systematically distinguishing between good communication relationship and good management relationship.

Abstract

To maintain body stamina in the Covid-19 conditions that hit the whole world including Indonesia by consuming traditional drinks, such as ginger. Ginger is one of the abundant natural resources in Probolinggo Regency. With a low price and high antioxidant content, this ginger is often found in traditional markets, and some are deliberately cultivated in the yard of the house. In addition, ginger contains a lot of active compounds that are healthy for the body, in the midst of limited supply of vitamin C production and difficult to reach for the lower middle class. Ginger is very helpful in improving the immune system. For this reason, this community service activity which was carried out in Tanjung Village, Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency provided training to PKK mothers. This ginger is processed into a traditional drink, in the form of instant ginger in powder form. In this training, it is hoped that PKK women can make instant ginger and package it. So that PKK women in Tanjung Village, Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency have the knowledge, skills in making instant ginger drinks properly and correctly, and can package instant ginger drinks that are suitable for sale. Abstract

This paper addresses how to deliver more value in horticulture supply chain in Indonesia for consumers are demanding high quality product, healthier and environmentally friendly. Meeting such demand change is possible if all participants in the chain closely collaborate to develop new product and/or explore new market. Likewise, investment in research and development to improve crops quality, presentation, packaging and create market opportunities within existing outlets and new areas is deemed important. Abstract

Limbah air cucian beras yang dihasilkan sebuah keluarga dapat menghasilkan setidaknya 1 liter setiap harinya. Limbah air cucian air beras tersebut jika difermentasi, limbah tersebut memiliki kandungan bakteri serta unsur hara N, P, K serta Mg yang bermanfaat bagi tanaman. Ibu-ibu PKK Desa Bulang Kecamatan Gending merupakan ibu-ibu yang memang menyukai tanaman serta menaman tanaman di sekitar halaman rumah. Pengetahuan dan pemanfaatan penggunaan limbah cucian beras sangat minim. Untuk itu pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik cair berbahan baku air cucian beras. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diikuti oleh ibu-ibu PKK desa bulang Kecamatan Gending sejumlah 20 peserta. Pada pelaksanaanya dilakukan tiga sesi meliputi sesi sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pengabdian memberikan dampak adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu-ibu PKK sebesar 70% dan keahlian juga meningkat sebesar 30 %. Increasing Entrepreneurial Spirit Through Training On The Use of Rice Washing Water POC  Waste rice washing water produced by a family can produce at least 1 liter every day. The waste water washing rice water if fermented, the waste contains bacteria and nutrients N, P, K and Mg which are beneficial to plants. PKK mothers in Bulang Village, Gending District, are mothers who really like plants and plant plants around the yard. Knowledge and utilization of the use of rice laundry waste is minimal. For this reason, in community service activities, socialization and training on making liquid organic fertilizer made from rice washing water are carried out. This community service activity was attended by PKK mothers in Bulang Village, Gending District, a total of 20 participants. In its implementation, three sessions were carried out including socialization sessions, training and mentoring. Service has an impact on increasing the knowledge of PKK mothers by 70% and expertise also increased by 30%.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the quality of Biru Lancor Batik in Probolinggo by producing print batik and more variation in batik motifs. Batik craftsmen were also given training to improve their knowledge and skills in the batik business. This activity provides positive results in term of increased quality, production capabilities and managing the performance of batik businesses. To achieve a sustainable business, further service can be focused on developing knowledge and skills in processing batik waste, using dyes from environmentally friendly materials such as twigs, leaves, stems and flowers collected from surrounding, creating batik motifs that reflect environmental conservation and creating a work environment that is safer and more comfortable.

Abstract

Simple on a paper, but complex in reality, that is horticulture value chain. It is a social-ecological system formed by bio-physic and social factors. The activities and nodes in the value chain involving processes and various dimensions social, economic, politic, geography, governance, institutional, science and environmental with diverse outcomes. Therefore, any efforts aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of horticulture value chain cannot be undertaken partially. Abstract

Kegiatan PKM di Kelompok Tani Desa Karangbayat, Sumberbaru, Jember, menghadapi beberapa masalah. Pertama, kelompok tani hanya berperan sebagai kelas belajar, menyebabkan hambatan dalam aktivitas produksi. Kedua, petani kesulitan menjual hasil panen kopi dengan harga layak karena tergantung pada ijon/tengkulak. Ketiga, kurangnya variasi produk pertanian kopi karena mitra belum mampu mengembangkan olahan kopi berkualitas. Tujuan PKM: meningkatkan kelompok tani menjadi unit produksi, membeli hasil panen petani dengan harga pasar yang layak dan menghasilkan kopi berkualitas. Melalui penggunaan mesin Electric Grinder dan roaster, mitra berhasil mengembangkan kelompok tani dalam produksi serta memperoleh pengetahuan dalam pengolahan kopi. PKM Development of Coffee Farmer Ecosystem through Karangbayat Village Farmer Group with the Application of Electik Grinder Machine Technology PKM activities in the Karangbayat Village Farmers Group, Sumberbaru, Jember, are facing several problems. First, farmer groups only act as learning classes, causing obstacles in production activities. Second, farmers have difficulty selling their coffee harvest at a reasonable price because they depend on debt bondage/middlemen. Third, there is a lack of variety in coffee farming products because partners have not been able to develop quality coffee products. PKM's goal: to increase farmer groups into production units, buy farmers' harvests at fair market prices and produce quality coffee. Through the use of Electric Grinder and roaster machines, partners have succeeded in developing farmer groups in production and gaining knowledge in coffee processing

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membentuk kebijakan dan mengedukasi masyarakat untuk melakukan pencegahan Covid-19 dengan tetap menerapkan dan mematuhi protokol kesehatan yaitu dengan menjaga jarak (physical distancing), mencuci tangan, memakai masker dan tetap menjaga imunitas tubuh dengan mengonsumsi vitamin. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat akan memberi peran penting untuk mendukung program pemerintah dalam menangani Covid-19. Kegiatan ini melibatkan masyarakat sekitar empat kecamatan yaitu pakuniran, paiton, besuk dan kotaanyar. Sehingga memerlukan edukasi tentang pencegahan Covid-19 untuk meminimalisir penyebaran Covid-19. Program yang akan diadakan di empat kecamatan yaitu pembagian masker dan handsanitizer sebagai bentuk sosialisasi sehingga masyarakat memiliki kesadaran pentingnya menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang berguna untuk memutus rantai penularan Covid-19. Salah satu hal yang dapat memicu penyebaran Covid-19 yaitu kurangnya kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat terkait pentingnya menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan kurangnya edukasi terhadap pencegahan virus Covid-19. Sehingga Pengabdian mahasiswa Universitas Panca Marga dalam kegiatan KKN tahun 2021 ini berfokus pada upaya penanganan dampak pandemi COVID-19 di masyarakat dan penyuluhan tentang pernikahan sirri di desa bocor kecamatan kotaanyar. Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak sangat luas pada kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat: ribuan orang berpotensi terjatuh ke dalam kemiskinan, kekurangan gizi, banyak usaha kecil terancam gulung tikar, serta anak-anak usia sekolah yang drop-out. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan meluncurkan program-program kegiatan mencangkup aspek-aspek bidang yang terdampak antara lain bidang pendidikan, UMKM dan kesehatan.
