Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a form and concrete action by carrying out community service. One of the community service activities carried out through socialisation activities on digital marketing and training on CV making and job application letters involving the surrounding community, especially the youth of Jogomulyo Village. This activity aims to increase the creativity and motivation of the Jogomulyo Village community through socialisation of youth sensitivity to the world of work. In the era of globalisation, qualified skills are very important to compete. Activities carried out by Tidar University students include socialisation of digital marketing and training in making Curriculum Vitae (CV) and job application letters. The method used was to socialise the Jogomulyo Village community by presenting material and interactive sessions between the speaker and the audience. The target participants were village youth who need to prepare themselves to enter the world of work more professionally and be better prepared to compete in the era of modernisation. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing and effective job application document preparation techniques. The evaluation showed the need for further training to improve participants' skills. Thus, this kind of activity can contribute to equipping the community with relevant knowledge and improve their competitiveness in the world of work.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the communication strategies of nagari government officials in resolving nagari market management problems in Agam Regency. Agam Regency has many traditional markets spread across several regions. One of them is Rabaa Market which is located in Nagari Padang Tarok District. Baso, Agam Regency. The market is located on the side of the road connecting Bukittinggi-Payakumbuh-Pekan Baru. There are various problems, including administrative problems regarding ownership of the market land, and there is a tug-of-war regarding land ownership status between the local community and the Agam Regency Government, which in this case is the Nagari Padang Tarok Government, which becomes an obstacle in developing market management. The method used in this research is the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm communication model and the Swot Analysis method. The problem of asset ownership status and the status of Pakan Rabaa Nagari Padang Tarok is still unresolved and still triggers disputes . The results of this research found that the communication strategy used was the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm model of communication approach , which was very effective in resolving Nagari market disputes.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy is influenced by rapidly expanding startups. Indonesia is one of the five countries with the most startups, demonstrating the country's high level of enthusiasm. PT is one of them. Goto Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO). In the capital cycle, obviously, it can't be isolated from the systems taken by the organization, one of the choices taken by GoTo to get financing or functional capital for the organization is to lead a First sale of stock (Initial public offering) on the Indonesia Stock Trade (IDX). There are two parts to business development strategies: internal environment analysis and external environment analysis. The descriptive qualitative method was used in this study, and the process of collecting data involved conducting literature reviews of scientific publications.
