<![CDATA[Students can never stay away from pressure. Stress is an unavoidable condition throughout everyday life and everyone has different feelings of anxiety. During the time of completing the thesis, students are faced with various obstacles, requests, and pressures. This is what causes students to prefer to procrastinate and it can be seen that student stress is influenced by the procrastination of the student. This research method uses an in-depth exploration configuration using a cross-sectional methodology. The example in this review was 62 respondents with the testing system, specifically basic arbitrary examining. The p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05) indicates it that there is a relationship between indecision and student stress when composing a student proposal for the Nursing Study Program of STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan 2021. They expected that students could motivate themselves to work on their thesis and manage their time so they don't experience problems, stress and no procrastination occurs.]]>

<![CDATA[Myopia is a condition where distant objects cannot be displayed clearly on the retina. The aim of the research is to determine the incidence of myopia in school-aged children in Trenggalek district. Myopia is the cause of decreased vision in school-aged children, good vision is needed in the teaching and learning process. The aim of this research is to provide education about hypertension to respondents (MIK students). The research design uses pre-experimental design, using one group pretest and post-test design. The sample was 14 respondents. Chi-Square Statistical Test Results What was obtained was that 68.46% of students did not understand what myopia was and after counseling, 86.92% understood what myopia was.]]>

<![CDATA[Kebutuhan spiritual pada usia lanjut adalah kebutuhan untuk memenuhi kenyamanan, mempertahankan fungsi tubuh dan membantu untuk menghadapi kematian dengan tenang dan damai. Kualitas hidup merupakan persepsi individu mengenai manfaat mereka dalam kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kebutuhan spiritual dengan kualitas hidup lansia di Desa Sampali Deli Serdang tahun 2022. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan analitik observasional dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 70 lansia dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kebutuhan spiritual tinggi sebesar (58,6%) dan kualitas hidup sebesar (57,1%). Hasil uji Chi-square diperoleh nilai p-value 0,013 (<0,05) hal ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebutuhan spiritual dengan kuaitas hidup lansia di Desa Sampali Deli Serdang Tahun 2022. Diharapkan kepada lansia agar tetap mempertahankan kualitas hidupnya dengan baik.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The environment for humans is a very important element in supporting life. One problem that often arises at this time is the lack of awareness of students in environmental conservation efforts so that the quality of the environment decreases. To overcome this the government established a program to increase student awareness in environmental preservation through Adiwiyata School. This study aims to determine environmental awareness about Adiwiyata School in SMP Negeri 1 Pancur Batu. This type of research is analytic descriptive with cross sectional design. The sample in this study were all students of class VIII-2 with a total sample of 30 people. Total sampling technique sampling. Data collection using questionnaire sheets. The results obtained by high environmental awareness of 20 people (66.7%). These results indicate that there is an environmental awareness of the adiwiyata school in SMP Negeri 1 Pancur Batu. It is expected that the teacher is able to increase student awareness regarding environmental preservation so that student awareness is higher. Salah satu masalah yang sering timbul pada saat ini adalah kurangnya kesadaran siswa dalam upaya pelestarian lingkungan sehingga kualitas lingkungan semakin menurun. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut pemerintah membentuk sebuah program untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa dalam pelestarian lingkungan melalui sekolah adiwiyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran lingkungan tentang sekolah adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 1 Pancur Batu. Jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa/i kelas VIII-2 dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesadaran lingkungan tinggi sebanyak 20 orang (66,7%). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya kesadaran lingkungan sekolah adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 1 Pancur Batu. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT Good nurse performance is a guarantee of the quality of health services provided to patients, both sick and healthy. In improving the quality of health services, the performance of a nurse must be high. This study aims to determine the service quality of nurses in the medical-surgical room at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan in 2020. The design of this research is descriptive. The sample in the study amounted to 30 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately. The results of the study obtained that the quality of nurse service from five dimensions showed that the majority of nurses had responsiveness, assurance, empathy in each good category, 30 people (100%), and reliability, tangibility in each good category as many as 29 people (96.7%). Nurses are expected to be able to maintain and improve the quality of nursing services well. Keywords: Quality of Nurse Services ABSTRAK Kinerja perawat yang baik merupakan jaminan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada pasien baik yang sakit maupun sehat. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan kinerja seorang perawat haruslah tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan perawat di ruang medikal bedah Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Medan Tahun 2020. Rancangan penelitian deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kualitas pelayanan perawat dari lima dimensi menujukkan mayoritas perawat memiliki responsiveness, assurance, emphaty masing-masing kategori baik 30 orang (100%), dan reliability, tangibility masing-masing kategori baik sebanyak 29 orang (96,7%). <![CDATA[Diphtheria is a type of infectious disease that can be prevented by immunization. The cause of diphtheria is toxigenic Corynebacterium diphtheriae strains. Humans are the only reservoir for the spread of diphtheria which is transmitted either through droplets, through eating utensils, as well as through close direct contact with skin lesions. This disease is characterized by sore throat, fever, malaise, and on examination pseudomembranes are found in the tonsils, pharynx and/or nasal cavity. Objective: To find out the magnitude of the Diphtheria outbreak problem and the risk factors that influence it. Method: This research is a literature study. The search was carried out in the Google Scholar database published in the period 2013 to 2023. Results: Shows that in extraordinary cases of diphtheria there are some who have received the DPT vaccine and there are also those who have not received the DPT vaccine, as well as a lack of public knowledge regarding diphtheria which can lead to outbreaks diphtheria. Conclusion: Epidemiological investigations of diphtheria outbreaks at this stage are still influenced by several factors which often occur, namely incomplete coverage of DPT vaccine in the toddler group, diphtheria transmission is prone to occur in the age group ≤ 15 years and low level of knowledge of the population due to lack of providing education about diphtheria disease.]]>

<![CDATA[Latar Belakang: Kepuasan merupakan respon dan umpan balik yang diberikan oleh pengguna setelah menggunakan rekam medis elektronik yang memiliki permasalahan berupa data yang tidak akurat, antarmuka yang rumit, waktu pemrosesan data yang lambat, dan sering terjadi downtime sistem. Tujuan: untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pengguna rekam medis elektronik dengan menggunakan metode end-user computing satisfaction. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 71 responden, 54 perawat dan 17 petugas rekam medis, dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling untuk menentukan sampel dalam suatu kelompok populasi yang memiliki karakteristik yang berhubungan dengan variabel yang diteliti. Instrumen yang digunakan kuesioner yang sudah baku dari peneliti faizah. Analisis data bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square dan analisis data multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil: Hasil uji chi-square dengan akurasi sebesar 0,001. Hasil uji regresi logistik ganda diperoleh faktor akurasi yang paling berhubungan dengan kepuasan rekam medis elektronik di DRS. RSUD H. Amri Tambunan pada tahun 2025, nilai p 0,021 dan koefisien (B) sebesar 89,592, sehingga faktor akurasi memiliki peluang 89% untuk mencapai kepuasan terhadap rekam medis elektronik. Simpulan: Diharapkan RSUD H. Amri Tambunan dapat meningkatkan sistem rekam medis elektronik dengan memperbarui sistemnya]]>

<![CDATA[Diet is one of the basic needs for humans, during the pandemic, there are changes in eating patterns such as conditions and time, causing a high body image. One of the causes of a high eating pattern is because the quarantine period makes students unable to manage eating schedules and sports activities are rarely done.Method :This study used a correlation research research design with a cross sectional design. Technique sampling techniquePurposive sampling of 108 Level 4 students at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan.Results :The results showed thatbody imagelow (54.6%), and high diet (52.8%). <![CDATA[Medical record documents become a source of information for health workers in carrying out data analysis, planning, making decisions to provide services and become accountability files for proof of services that need to be maintained until the time limit according to agreed and established rules. The stages of activities carried out consist of the preparation and implementation stages. , and evaluation. The preparation stage includes a pre-test questionnaire, preparation of material by the facilitator, preparation of educational media in the form of banners and leaflets as well as a post-test questionnaire which is carried out the day before the counseling is carried out. The implementation stages include the delivery of educational material regarding maintaining medical record documents in the archive room. From the results of the percentage analysis, there was an increase in the percentage of students' overall knowledge of all aspects of medical record maintenance education in the application room delivered by the facilitator. Educational activities regarding how to maintain medical record documents in the submission room for Health Information Management study program students increased knowledge. knowledge increased by 18.61 points after health education was implemented. This increase in the average knowledge value occurred because health education used methods and medians, namely lectures and discussions.]]>

<![CDATA[Ethics is a branch of axiology, namely the science of values, which focuses on the search for right and wrong or in another sense, moral and immoral. Smartphones are one of the results of technological developments that have advanced capabilities where students are one group of smartphone users. This research aims to increase students' knowledge about the ethics of using smartphones in communication. This research uses a survey method, namely by giving a survey questionnaire regarding understanding of ethics in communication and its prevention to students. The results of counseling and education for 19 students of the Health Information Management Study Program showed that the average knowledge of the community at the pretest was 92.6% and at the posttest it was 98.9%, which shows an increase in the average knowledge of students.]]>
