Abstract

ABSTRAKSekolah merupakan bentuk dari organisasi yang di dalamnya terdapat kegiatan belajar mengajar. Sekolah harus bisa memberikan pelayanan dan fasilitas terbaik untuk siswa dan orang tua siswa. Penyediaan sistem informasi merupakan salah satu layanan yang dapat disediakan sekolah untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan siswa dan guru.  Pada SMP Negeri 3 Kediri belum terdapat sistem informasi akademik yang dapat menunjang proses penyimpanan data dan arsip. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, diputuskan untuk dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi akademik berbasis website yang mencakup hampir seluruh kegiatan akademik sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) sebagai metode perancangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa implementasi sistem informasi akademik berbasis web yang memungkinkan guru melakukan input absensi sampai hasil nilai ujian yang dapat diakses oleh siswa maupun guru secara real-time. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan blacbox testing dengan hasil sistem valid dan berjalan dengan semestinya. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja akademik di SMP Negeri 3 Kediri.Kata Kunci: Sistem informasi akademik, Website, Rapid Application Development (RAD), Blackbox testingABSTRACTSchools are organizations where teaching and learning activities take place. The provision of an information system is one of the services that schools can provide to accommodate the needs of students and teachers. At SMP Negeri 3 Kediri, there is no academic information system that can support the data and archive storage process. From the results of this analysis, it was decided to design a web-based academic information system that covers almost all of the school's academic activities. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method as a system design method. The result of this research is the implementation of a web-based academic information system that allows teachers to input attendance to exam results that can be accessed by students and teachers in real time. System testing was carried out using blackbox testing with the results that the system is valid and runs as it should. The implementation of this system is expected to optimize academic performance at SMP Negeri 3 Kediri.Keywords: Academic information system, Website, Rapid Application Development (RAD), Blackbox testing

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Website Based Customer Accounts Receivable Monitoring System at PT. Guna Artha Kencana. This study uses a qualitative research approach, the subject of this research id Debt Payment Monitoring System at PT. Guna Artha Kencana. The object of this research is the financial manajer of PT. Guna Artha Kencana. The method used in this research is the Linear Sequential Model, the data collection method used is interviews to obtain primary data and literature studies to obtain secondary data and to design using the Laravel Framework and PHP programming. The results of this research are successful in designing a system for controlling customer receivables payments where this system can be used to record and process every transaction that occurs in the company and this system can also be used to monitor the status of customer account receivable.

Abstract

Bali Khresna Medika Health Vocational School is an institution that is engaged in education at the SMA/K level. The Bali Khresna Medika Health Vocational School is a private school established by individuals through a school committee. Currently, the Bali Khresna Medika Health Vocational School does not yet have a good financial reporting system. This information system is used to exchange information about the school's financial reports every month, especially useful for the finance department (treasurer) to make and determine monthly financial reports. The information system built aims to make it easier to submit monthly school financial reports and save time in making because this reporting system only does data input. The information system implemented will be built using Financial Reporting using In this research report, the researcher uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall development model, using the Mysql Database. While the programming used by the author is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and the end result is a web application that connects to a database that is run on one (single) server. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience in the process of inputting payment and expenditure data, to help speed up the performance of the finance department, to increase accuracy in conducting financial transactions. All transactions will be saved automatically to financial reports which include budgets, cash inflows, cash outflows, general journals, ledgers, income statements, and balance sheets, BOS funds and school inventory data. Suggestions that later this system can be developed by adding or modifying the payroll system feature which will later be able to help the principal and the head of the foundation to see the payroll procedures in this school's financial reporting system.

Abstract

PT Alfajores Bali Enak is a shop that sells cakes, cookies, and various other chocolate preparations. Currently, the recording of sales and inventories by PT Alfajores Bali Enak is still done manually. This causes errors in recording sales and inventory, which makes reports inaccurate. With the analysis and design of this information, the system is expected to assist in recording sales transactions and inventory management. This study uses the waterfall method, starting with needs analysis, planning, modeling, and maintenance. The results of this study are in the form of DFD, ERD, Database, and User Interface designs as an overview of the system to be designed. The method of this information system can later assist users in the process of recording transactions so that they become more accurate. This research only reached the design stage, where it is expected to reach the implementation stage in the future.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance the web development skills of students at SMKN 1 Sukawati through Laravel framework training. Although students were familiar with HTML and CSS, they lacked experience with modern PHP-based frameworks like Laravel, which are essential in today’s industry. The program was carried out in four phases: requirement analysis, coordination, training, and evaluation. Conducted on April 15, 2025, the face-to-face training included theory, hands-on practice in creating CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) applications, and discussion. To measure learning outcomes, a pre-test and post-test were given. The average score increased from 83.9 to 90, showing a clear improvement in students’ technical skills and understanding. The activity also sparked interest and motivation among students to further explore web development. This training is expected to be a foundation for developing digital competencies and industry-relevant portfolios. Continued training and mentoring are recommended for sustainable skill growth.

Abstract

The growing sophistication of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) has intensified the threat posed by deepfake technologies, which are capable of producing highly realistic yet fabricated facial images and videos. These manipulated visuals can mislead the public, infringe on personal privacy, and damage reputations. This study aims to develop an effective deepfake image detection system using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) enhanced with EfficientNet architectures (B3–B5). The research adopts the Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) methodology, providing a structured data science framework that spans from problem definition to deployment. Three open-access datasets (Celeb-DF v2, DeeperForensics-1.0, and DFDC) are utilized to train and evaluate the models. Experimental results show that EfficientNet-B5 achieves the highest classification accuracy at 93.2%, outperforming both the baseline CNN and other EfficientNet variants. The proposed method demonstrates strong cross-dataset generalization and computational efficiency, making it suitable for real-world applications. This research contributes a comparative evaluation of scalable deepfake detection models, practical deployment insights, and a foundation for future work in explainable and real-time AI-based media forensics.

Abstract

CV. Puspa merupakan sebuah pabrik beras yang memiliki sistem informasi akuntansi bernama Mekari Jurnal untuk mendukung proses bisnis dan operasional. Namun, terdapat masalah seperti tidak adanya sistem informasi kepegawaian, kesulitan berbagi informasi antar divisi, serta kurangnya pemasaran kepada pelanggan. Maka dari itu, perlu perancangan Enterprise Architecture dengan pendekatan Framework TOGAF yang mencakup Preliminary Phase, Requirement Management, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architectures, dan Technology Architecture. Berdasarkan analisis, Enterprise Architecture menggunakan Framework TOGAF memberikan pendekatan terstruktur dalam merancang Enterprise Architecture, memetakan kondisi bisnis saat ini, dan merancang kondisi yang diinginkan. Rancangan Enterprise Architecture menghasilkan blueprint yang mencakup roadmap, desain sistem informasi, dan struktur teknologi yang akan diimplementasikan.
