Abstract

Analisis Strategi Bisnis Ekspor Ikan Hias Air Tawar (Kasus di PT NAE, Jakarta) Aim of Business strategy analysis toward PT NAE on this research is to identify strengthens and weaknesses of internal and extemal factors of the company and recommend alternative strategies to the company as consideration for releasing essential policy related on fresh water ornamental fish business. Based on analysis through input matrix obtained scores above the average of 2,5, those are 2,545 for IFE and 2,651 for EFE. The scores show that PT NAE was enabling in using its internal strength and overcome its internal weakness to gain business opportunities and avoid treats. Based on analysis through matching matrix with SWOT, SPACE, IE and Grand Strategy analysis, result as altematives strategy was produced. The altemative strategies are product development and market penetration. Final step is making priority on recent altemative strategy. Based on as PM analysis. product development is being the 1st strategy to be implemented, and market penetration is being the 2nd. General description on implementing product development is to maintain consumer image toward fresh water omamental fish product and hold product quality and service. General description on market penetration is by doing prornotion strategy optimally to preserve rnarket share of company on targeted country.

Abstract

Phenomena of excess demand need to be solved by developing dairy goat farming in Indonesia. Prima Fit is one of the farms that conduct a business development of dairy goat farming in 2010. This study was conducted to analyze the feasibility of dairy goat business development and determine the change in some variables. The result of non-financial aspects of the analysis states that according to the market aspect, technical production, management and legal, social, economic and cultural, as well as the environment, business is feasible for conducted either without development or with development. On the financial aspect criteria such as NPV, IRR, Net B/C, and the payback period state that business is feasible for conducting either without development or with development. Result of switching value and sensitivity analysis show that business without development is more sensitive to a decrease in price of milk goat, decrease in quantity of milk goat production, and increase in price of dregs of the tempeh than business with development.

Abstract

Milkfish is one of the aquaculture commodities that has many advantages. The demand for milkfish always increases every year which is offset by the volume of production. In 2019, Kabupaten Gresik produced 54% of the total milkfish production in East Java Province. However, there was a decrease of milkfish production’s value so that it had implications for the income of fishermen. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the feasibilityof milkfish pond farming in Kabupaten Gresik. The analytical methods used are income analysis. The results of the study stated that milkfish pond farming in Kecamatan Ujungpangkah was economically feasible and profitable as indicated by the income value for the total cost of Rp21,595.613,00/ha and the R/C value of the total cost of 4.71.

Abstract

Indonesia dikenal sebagai salah satu negara yang menghasilkan sampah dengan jumlah terbanyak di dunia. Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan melaporkan pada tahun 2021 terdapat 21,88 juta ton sampah dihasilkan dengan 35,68% diantaranya sampah tidak terkelola. Berdasarkan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Sampah Nasional, komposisi sampah yang dihasilkan berupa 41% jenis sisa makanan dan 40,9% bersumber dari rumah tangga. Besarnya jumlah limbah pangan menjadi masalah yang harus diselesaikan. Pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Cihideung Ilir tentang sampah dan pengelolaannya masih minim. Fasilitas pendukung yang kurang pun turut memperburuk kondisi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan edukasi dan sosialisasi akan hal tersebut baik kepada orang dewasa maupun anak-anak agar dapat diterapkan sejak dini. Salah satu pengolahannya dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan media budidaya maggot BSF (Black Soldier Fly). Limbah pangan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan maggot, karena maggot memiliki kemampuan mendegradasi bahan organik. Maggot yang telah berkembang sempurna dapat dimanfaatkan oleh warga sebagai pengembangan ekonomi kreatif bagi generasi muda. Cara pengelolaan sampah organik disampaikan melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, kerja bakti, serta pelatihan langsung kepada warga Desa Cihideung Ilir. Kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan sampah organik di lingkungan warga.

Abstract

The research focuses on the cattle breeding business in Palon Village, Jepon District, and Blora Regency, which is still considered a secondary source of income by the farmers despite the region's reputation as one of the leading beef cattle producers in Central Java. This perception significantly influences the way farmers manage their cattle breeding businesses. The study analyzes beef cattle breeding operations' cost and income structure. A purposive sample of 30 farmers was selected for the research. Descriptive analysis was used to process the data, cost and revenue structure analysis, and return per cost analysis. The research results show that all breeders use green feed. The cost of providing feed is the largest in beef cattle breeding, reaching 51.13%. Beef cattle breeders also still use family resources, so the contribution of non-cash costs to total costs is significant, reaching 81.16%. Income from cash costs is positive, so farmers still consider this business profitable (farmers do not consider the resources owned by farmers). Considering the total costs, the beef cattle breeding business is inefficient. The capital allocation invested in this nursery business has not provided commensurate returns compared to other sectors. Apart from that, this business can also not provide wages to family workers equivalent to wages for a person-day (HOK).

Abstract

Bakso is the popular food in Indonesia and has many kinds of variation. One of them is Bakso Bakwan Malang Cak Su Kumis which has been established for decades by maintaining its unique taste. This study aims to identify the characteristics, analyze the level of satisfaction and the consumer loyalty. In this study, there were 100 respondents included. The methods used in this study are descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and brand loyalty pyramid analysis. The results of the CSI analysis showed that the value of customer satisfaction has a score of 79,99 which states that consumers are satisfied. Besides that, analysis of the level of consumer loyalty shows that even though consumers are satisfied with the restaurant performance, consumers are not loyal yet. Hence, the performance improvement can be conducted by improving attributes with low performance such as sale promotion, serving time, name board, price and food hygiene.

Abstract

The Green Harmony program, implemented by the Thematic Community Service (KKN-T) team from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) in Situgede Village, West Java, aims to enhance community awareness and skills in environmental conservation through plant education. The program comprises three main sub-programs: Green Day, Kisah si Biji, and the Workshop Taman Rumah Ceria, all integrated with the Five Capitals Framework theory. The program's implementation involved collaboration with a local partner, Abdi Tani Farm, and educational outreach to elementary school students and the local community. Green Day focused on land reorganization, Kisah si Biji provided horticultural education to elementary school students, and the Workshop Taman Rumah Ceria offered practical training to residents on techniques for planting and caring for home garden plants. The program successfully engaged 53 children and 19 community members, improving environmental quality and strengthening community knowledge and practices in sustainable gardening. The education and empowerment provided through Green Harmony not only positively impacted the physical environment but also inspired the community to continue environmental stewardship and more effectively utilize their home gardens.

Abstract

Nowadays, many consumers search and compare reviews online before making a purchase decision, including accessing information from @FOODFESS2. By sharing information on @FOODFESS2 via Twitter, consumers can easily find reviews of various foods and beverages, including Esteh Indonesia products. Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) information disseminated by Autobase members on @FOODFESS2 is very effective in influencing consumer decisions to buy Esteh Indonesia products. This study aims to analyze the influence of electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on purchasing decisions for Esteh Indonesia products. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results of SEM-PLS analysis show that the dimension of positive emotional expression has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Esteh Indonesia products. Meanwhile, Esteh Indonesia's purchasing decision was not significantly influenced by the dimensions of platform assistance, concern for other customers, release of negative emotions and asking for advice. Based on the results of this survey, Esteh Indonesia is motivated to continue to improve product quality, improve customer service, continue to invite consumers to share their positive experiences and collect customer experiences so that consumers can share their positive experiences with Esteh Indonesia.
