Abstract

This study aims to determine Service Accountability at the Wajo District Population and Civil Service Office using a quantitative research approach. Accountability is one of the factors in improving the quality of E-KTP services at the Wajo Regency Population and Civil Registration Office.The results of this study indicate that Accountability at the Wajo Regency Population and Civil Registration Office is in the very good category with an ideal score.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits of the farmer card program in improving the welfare of poor farmers in Talotenreng Village at the BPP Sabbangparu of the Wajo Regency Agriculture and Food Security Office and to find out the factors that hinder the evaluation of the farmer card program in improving the welfare of poor farmers in Talotenreng Village at the BPP Sabbangparu of the Wajo Regency Agriculture and Food Security Office. The research method used is a qualitative method, usually the data is inductive or qualitative, and the type of research used is descriptive that provides a detailed picture or phenomenon.The results of this study show that the Farmer Card Program in Talotenreng Village has not been used by farmers as recipients of farmer cards or is still tentative so that farmers cannot feel the benefits, because there are no instructions, directions or orders from the Central Government/Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. The Farmer Card Program is the latest Government program implemented in all regions with the aim of redeeming the purchase of subsidized fertilizers in an effort to improve the welfare of farmers in accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 77 of 2005 concerning the Determination of Subsidized Fertilizers as Goods in Supervision as amended by Presidential Regulation No. 15 of 2011 concerning Changes in the Determination of Subsidized Fertilizers as Goods Under Supervision.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing financial knowledge, financial attitudes and personality towards financial management behavior for business, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in tilapia cultivation in Tantan Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency. and using the method of analysis with the coefficient of determination, the researchers used 27 people as resource persons to find out the results of the study. In partial research, the results show that financial knowledge, financial attitudes and personality have a positive effect on financial management behavior. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of financial knowledge, financial attitude and personality have a positive influence on financial management behavior towards business actors. In the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it shows that the variables have an influence of 68.4% and 31.6% are influenced by variables outside this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip Good Governance dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa di desa Cendana Hitam. Jenis penelitian merupakan studi kasus. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni di awali dengan pendeskripsian narasumber, membandingkan teori dengan informasi yang diperoleh dari narasumber serta membandingkan teori dengan praktik yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi dalam sebuah table perbandingan, dan di akhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 9 prinsip Good Governance terdapat 7 prinsip yang telah diterapkan dengan sepenuhnya, sementara 2 prinsip sudah diterapkan tetapi belum sepenuhnya. Dari hasil pembahasan tersebut menunjukan bahwa belum semua prinsip dari Good Governance dapat diterapkan dengan sepenuhnya dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa dalam pemerintahan desa Cendana Hitam.

Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan dalam rumah tangga merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi pasangan yang akan membangun rumah tangga. Pengelolaan pemasukan dan juga pembelanjaaan yang terencana akan dapat membangun rumah tangga yang sehat. Keuangan yang tidak sehat akan mudah sekali mengganggu keharmonisan rumah tangga. Dengan demikian pendampingan bagi warga masyarakat di Kecamatan Tinggimoncong untuk memberikan pembekalan dalam perencanaan keuangan keluarga sangat penting. Pembekalan keuangan rumah tangga ini meliputi pengenalan landasan dalam mengatur keuangan rumah tangga dan pengenalan kas kecil untuk mengelola pemasukan dan pengeluaran keuangan rumah tangga. Habitus lama yang mengatakan bahwa pemasukan dikurangi pengetuaran sama dengan menabung, harus diganti dengan habitus baru yaitu pemasukan dikurangi tabungan sama dengan pengeluaran.

Abstract

Background of this research, based on observations, highlights the high public demand for transparency and accountability in providing information, as well as the community's desire to participate in the planning and implementation of social programs, which are often overlooked. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of good governance on organizational performance at the Office of Social Services, Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection in Wajo Regency. This research adopts a survey method, where data is collected from all members of the population as the sample, totaling 65 respondents. The primary data collection technique involves questionnaires, supported by observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings indicate a positive impact of implementing good governance on the organizational performance of the aforementioned office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the village government's efforts to encourage community participation in development in Mario Village, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency, and to identify inhibiting and influencing factors in the implementation of these efforts. Community participation is considered a crucial element in sustainable village development, as without active involvement from residents, development programs are difficult to achieve optimal results. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. This approach allows the researcher to capture in-depth insights and perspectives directly from the community and village officials. This method allows the data obtained to more comprehensively describe the dynamics of community participation and the strategies implemented by the village government. The results show that the village government has implemented various efforts to encourage community participation, including through village deliberations, mutual cooperation activities, and community service. Community involvement was encouraged through collective decision-making and shared responsibilities in development programs. These efforts have generally had a positive impact on community involvement. However, the study also found inhibiting factors, particularly the community's economic limitations that affect their ability to participate in development. Furthermore, some residents still face challenges in terms of awareness and understanding of the importance of active participation. Therefore, more inclusive strategies oriented towards the socio-economic conditions of the local community are needed. Inclusive policies and adaptive strategies are essential to fostering sustainable rural development. This research is expected to serve as a reference for village governments and other stakeholders in formulating more effective policies, so that village development can proceed effectively, sustainably, and truly benefit all levels of society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of due professional care and internal auditor accountability on the effectiveness of internal audits, with auditor tenure as a moderating variable. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to internal auditors who are members of the Internal Audit Unit (SPI) of State Religious Universities (PTKN) in Indonesia using purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that due professional care and internal auditor accountability had a positive and significant effect on internal audit effectiveness. These findings indicate that auditors who exercise professional care and have a high level of accountability are able to improve the effectiveness of internal audits. Furthermore, the moderation test results show that the auditor's tenure strengthens the influence of due professional care on the effectiveness of internal audits because longer work experience allows auditors to apply professional prudence more consistently and effectively in various audit conditions. However, the auditor's tenure does not moderate the influence of accountability on internal audit effectiveness, indicating that auditor accountability is more influenced by professional values and organisational control systems than by the length of tenure. The implications of this study emphasise the importance of strengthening professional competence, accountable attitudes, and proportional management of internal auditor tenure to improve internal audit effectiveness. This research is expected to contribute theoretically to the development of public sector internal audit literature and serve as a practical reference for university leaders in strengthening internal oversight functions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the institutional effectiveness of Women Farmers Groups (Kelompok Wanita Tani/KWT) in enhancing members’ capacity and their role in agricultural enterprise development in Puulemo Village, Kolaka Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with KWT leaders and members, and a review of relevant secondary data. Data were analyzed inductively through data reduction, data display, and thematic conclusion drawing.The findings indicate that the institutional effectiveness of the KWT is categorized as moderately effective, as reflected in a clear organizational structure, relatively high member participation, and the implementation of various capacity-building activities, including organic fertilizer production, horticultural cultivation, local food processing, and basic marketing practices. These activities have positively contributed to improving members’ knowledge, skills, and economic independence. However, institutional effectiveness has not been fully optimized due to limited post-training assistance, low digital literacy, and inadequate utilization of information technology for business development and product marketing.Furthermore, the KWT plays a strategic role in agricultural enterprise development through production activities, value-added processing, and local-scale marketing, which contribute to increasing household income. This study highlights the importance of strengthening institutional capacity, improving human resources, and optimizing the use of information technology and digital marketing to enhance the sustainability of KWT as a driver of rural women’s economic empowerment and local food security.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology requires communities to possess basic digital marketing literacy and skills in order to adapt to technology-based communication and marketing patterns. The main problem faced by the target participants in this Community Service Program was the low level of understanding and basic skills in utilizing digital media, particularly YouTube and TikTok, for promotion and information dissemination. This program aimed to enhance the capacity of beginners through an applied and contextual basic digital marketing training. The method employed an educative and participatory approach through interactive lectures, discussions, and hands-on content creation practices. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of digital marketing concepts, their ability to use social media functionally, and their initial readiness to produce simple digital content. These findings confirm that a beginner-oriented training model is effective as a community empowerment instrument in the digital era. This program contributes to strengthening digital literacy and has the potential to be replicated in other communities with similar characteristics.
